Five stars! The customer service provided for me at the Big Lots in Middletown was fantastic! Everyone was very helpful especially Vanessa. At least three different employees offered to assist me. It was refreshing as customer service has really changed. Keep up the good work. The store was clean and organized.

I like the discounted items these stores generally have to offer but cant stand that the store always looks like it was flipped upside down and shaken profusely. Some aisles are better than others. None the less if you dont fall down oflver the merchandise that is on the floor you can find what your looking for.

They dont have a large selection of items but always have already one. Also has some unique items other stores dont have. Enjoy shopping when Im really not looking for anything in particular.

I personally do not like how they add 20 percent to my order just to pay their personal employees.. with everything else going on u would think they would let some of the small stuff go for a small while. We had a gr8 time. I cant do shrimp on bbq without bbq

Nice big store. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good variety of merchandise including furniture. The prices seemed very reasonable, especially for the household organizing bins and trays I was looking for. Also, a good place for organic growing soil, in season. Lots of free parking. Easy to get to from the main road. Lots of other retail stores in the area, so you can do a lot is shopping without going very far. This saved me a huge amount of time.

Store is clean and traffic patterns easy to follow. Shelves were well stocked and associates were approachable.

It was just okay. The prices were higher than I expected and the selection of products could have been better. Also, the restroom was not very clean and was kind of rundown.

Wonderful customer service. I was looking for a glass table for my patio, did not want a patio set. Went to several stores only to be told could not be just buy the table. Went into Big Lots and the store associate was very helpful found the table I wanted and even carried it to my truck and put it in the truck for me. Big Lots is the best store.Reasonably priced, helpful associates. Excellent

I have been going here for the past few months and I would like to say that this location has excellent staff and excellent customer service. Every time that I go to this location, they always greet you at the door, they always ask if you need help with something, and everything is very easy to find. I really believe that the store manager here, really cares about making sure that the customers are taken care of and the place is overall neat. Everyone that has helped me thank you very much, and its because of the staff I will continue to spend my money here. This store is a great example of what retail customer service should be like!!

I just love it they got stuff in there that is definitely reasonable and all the dollar stuff you could get in there the stuff you get in there then you go to a regular grocery store you get the same thing theres a huge difference in prices

Enjoy shopping there and have good prices on name brands items. They also carry the flavor water ICE the cheapest around, just found that out July 2018.

Big changes to store since my last visit. Cleaner and better organized; even boast an area dedicated to inexpensive electronics. Cashier was abrupt, bordering on the rude.

I interviewed for a pt job here a few months back. A latino guy hired me on the spot. He goes and tells corporate he never hired me. I explained to corporate what he did. Corporate apparently didnt care! No, I will not shop here. Thats a messed up thing to do to someone. Apparently that manager is a pos!!!
