The employees inside are always polite, pleasant, knowledgeable, the building is clean (inside & out) and there is plenty of parking space. Mr.Gates & Mr.Childress are extremely wonderful to deal with. However, when my husband has gone there & had to have stuff loaded in the yard he has waited for 25 minutes or more on a couple different occasions for the man to even show up to load him....upon looking for someone to load him, the wasnt anywhere around. So if you go to pick up supplies be prepared to wait.
