This company performs greater than ever anticipated. Quality of work and product can not be compared with any other. Jimmy and Johnny were perfectionists. I cant say enough about the pride in workmanship. They left our home in perfect condition and beautiful. I would highly recommend using Window World for your windows and siding and if you can request Jimmy and Johnny please do so. First pic is the before and I dont have to explain the second. Original job was great but when they came back to repair hail damage they promised a dream and delivered a nightmare. Trash and garbage everywhere, the job took longer than the original installation. Also asked them to correct some work from another installation and the worker said he would have to remove the window. He left and I repaired in 10 mins. Never again

We ordered new windows and shutters from window world. It was estimated at a 6 week waiting period. It took a year to complete the job. First window install all the glass had blemishes on them and had to all be replaced again. The measurements were wrong and we still have one window that sticks out. The shutter install was a nightmare alos. Not measured correctly, scratches straight out of box, and two different styles. Now that the job Is paid in full no one will answer me to correct the shutter problem. Will never use window world again. Not a professional way to run a business especially when the job costed over $6000.00.The job was under willis fillers. This is August and still havent heard anything

Edit: got a follow up call to reschedule my appointment. He was very apologetic and I believe we can chalk it all up to a misunderstanding. No hard feelings and we are looking forward to getting am estimate from the company next week.Guy came out to do an estimate. My wife answered the door. He couldnt even be bothered to come inside the house to answer any questions or make any measurements even though she had made time during her work day to speak with him. His comment was that all windows are the same and he saw what he needed to see. Thats poor customer service if Ive ever seen it wouldnt trust them to hammer a nail.I say this in comparison to the two other companies we had who spent about 20 or 30 minutes asking us what we were looking for and giving us options and making suggestions. Pretty dissatisfied with whoever the guy was that came out I didnt see him but she did so I couldnt describe him. Maybe teach you guys a little bit of common courtesy and customer service. It goes a long way if youre a business trying to make money.

The initial contact to secure an estimate was on time and professional. The technician was also very observant as he pointed out a problem with the roof on my deck. I purchased 3 windows, with the cost of installation included, for a reasonable price. Those installing the windows arrived timely and performed a great installation. I will be contacting Window World in the near future to continue replacing more of my windows. I highly recommend this company.

These guys were great. They came out, and measured our windows, gave us a quote, and an estimated install date. The install was almost 3 months away, due to COVID, and we paid half up front. It was for two windows in our basement. They showed up on the exact day they originally quoted us, installed both windows in less than 3 hours, sealed up the windows, and were finished. They did a great job, and I couldnt recommend them more.

Extremely happy with the install experience and the team which installed them. Took pain in making sure it was done right the first time. I feel the quality of the windows was worth the total price. Also LOVE the fact that if we ever sell our home, the windows warranty is transferable. This help us make our decision even easier.

For the windows, I would give 5 stars. For the doors, 4 1/2 stars due to some of the coloring coming off after only a few months. The gentlemen who installed both doors and windows were fantastic. The salesman was great as well. I would recommend the windows and doors as well as the garage doors.We also purchased vinyl siding from Window World. I will give the siding itself 2 stars due to its looks and our installation experience. It is the same look as basic builder siding though it may be more durable. The men who placed our siding were very unprofessional. They took extended naps in our driveway, made a mess and left screws and scrap pieces lying all around the house for us to clean up, left gaps between the seams, and hung some of the siding backwards. My husband told them about his concerns while they were hanging the siding and he was basically told that they knew what they were doing. After two times of having them come out and redo it, another Window World employee came and was able to fix the gaping issues and backward siding. Due to the issues with instillation, I would not recommend siding from Window World.

Everyone from the salesman who came out to give me a quote to the guys who installed the windows were very nice and knowledgeable. They worked fast and efficiently and did a great job. The product itself is also very high quality. Would recommend.

They were here when they said they would be and gave explanation of what they were doing and why it was the best way! Completed work on time and cleaned up after finishing! Price was better than 2 other companies that I checked with and you got the assurance that if there was a problem, they would be back to take care of it! I would recommend them to anyone!

We had a very positive experience with Window World of Tri-Cities. They did a fantastic job replacing our outdoor window shutters. The process was very simple and straightforward, and we were very pleased with the quality of the shutters given the very reasonable price. They gave me a quote which was most expensive meaning I could buy a new car for the amount of money they wanted. Me being a General Contractor I know when businesses over charge people and this is one of them. Be smart and shop your options there is better and cheaper available in the Tri Cities area.

They removed our old siding and windows and replaced with new windows and siding. Great job by very courteous and professional installers. When finished, they removed all debris and cleaned up. Also, the office staff is great to work with. Highly recommend.

We had our windows replaced and siding added to our dormers this Summer. While picking out the windows and siding I told the sales man that I wasn’t sure if we wanted to go with siding ( we have a brick home) because most siding looks like plastic. He assured me that window worlds siding is more wood looking. The display siding he showed me convinced me of this. It was nice and had a nice insulation on the back and the sheen was that of wood. What we had installed is nothing like what was displayed to us during the purchase of the siding. We have called several times only to have them tell us 1.) we can pressure wash the shiny sheen off 2. ) we have buyers remorse. They only care about getting your money. They have little concern for the satisfaction of their customers. The windows are fine, 2 had issues with screens, but they replaced them. Just wish we would have known that the siding is basic contractor grade from builders 1st source.

We had a wonderful experience with Window World! We have an old house that desperately needed replacement of the original windows and doors. Jason did a spectacular job on the windows, and Danny did an amazing job on the doors, neither of which were anyway near energy efficient. Our old house now looks brand new! We are very grateful for their hard work and look forward to the money well save on our heating bill this winter!

Mark is in charge of the scheduling and installation of there Roofing materials at Window World. He has been very unreliable on keeping me informed of my roof installation, to say the least. My roofing installation has been changed 5 times so far and I only find this out when I call and ask. 13 weeks later and the only thing I have is the roofing material laying on the ground beside my house. Please keep searching if you are looking for a dependable roofer, it will save you a big Headache later. Window World did a good job installing my windows. I have found out the hard way there specialty is Windows. What a shame for such a big company. Update; The Window World crew finally arrived to reroof my house. The crew did a good job on removing the old shingles and installing my new metal roof, kudos to Alex the crew leader. I feel confident that the roof will last for many years. There for I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars only because of Alex and his crew.

From ordering to instillation, Window World was fantastic. The sales rep was so kind and helped with a gutter issue we were also having. The installers for the window were friendly, clean, fast, and efficient. The gutter installer picked up every tiny piece of metal from the yard as they trimmed the pieces. I highly recommend them.

Have had three separate installations with Window World in the past year. All three times, we got what we paid for, when we were supposed to get it, and paid what we expected to pay. The last two times, we had Justin as our installer, and he was exceptionally good. He cleaned up after himself even more than the first crew, he communicated well but didn’t waste time chatting, and he allowed us to make decisions when he found a problem instead of saving himself work and covering up the issue. Very satisfied customers.

We had a large bow window manufactured and installed by WW. It was really expensive, but you get what you pay for. It is of highest quality and beauty of any bow window we have ever seen. It will be a magnificent focal point of our house both from the inside and out. We are incredibly thrilled with this window. We also had 3 other older double hung windows replaced. Same thing, incredibly high quality. Installation crew was first class. First class all the way, not the cheapest, but very, very high quality. Would do the exact same thing again if I had it to do over.

Everyone we talked to was kind and professional. When the installers came they were at our house on time and they told us what they would be doing before they started. Afterwards, they showed us everything we needed to know about the windows. Very nice crew! Will definitely recommend to others.

We had 2 patio doors installed, our locks did not match and were told they would be matched with the same key, that has been over 2 weeks and we have not been contacted about replacing the locks to match, We are still waiting!!! They contacted us when the windows were in and a set up a delivery/installation date. Windows looks amazing! We are so pleased with them and the service of the company!

Good price on replacement windows. Very professional in all my dealings with them. Would have given a five star rating but quality of interior trim work was ok but not great. Some trim reworking will be required by me.

Replaces 2 screens that had small holes before leaving. Would refer no one else but window world from start to finish.

My windows have been installed for about 5 years and one sash started to fog up. The replacement was just installed by another great technician. He was the contractor you invite in your home, very polite, glad to answer questions and neat and clean in appearance. My initial installation crew was of the same high caliber. Just plain great folks to work with.

These guys were great! They came and performed the installation on the date I requested, and they were through when they promised. Somehow one of the new windows was broken. When I called the office about it they asked for the number off the frame and ordered a replacement.I am still waiting to see how that goes, but I must assume that they will honor the contract.Great company to work with.

My parents had replaced all their windows in 2011. We noticed a few months ago 2 of the windows were fogged up. I called and talked to Cara. She could not have been nicer. The replacement windows arrived faster that expected and were an easy repair. They are very happy with the quality and service of Window World.

The initial delivery from the manufacturer was wrong, however Duane and Roger stayed in contact with me and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. Installation went extremely well, Daymon and Drew worked for five full days and did a great job. The house looks great, I will definitely use WW again when the time comes and will refer others as well !

Bought windows from Window World worse experience I’ve ever had dealing with this company. They damaged my home. The owner came out and acted like no big deal. They ordered the wrong windows 3 different times finally ordered the right windows and believe it or not that window was broken. Ask if they could just install and bring back a window. Broke window trim said it would be replaced and hasn’t been. I will never use this company again. Horrible customer service.

After getting various quotes form lowes and home depot and other window companies, i had window world come out and give me a sensible solution to replacing my mothers windows. about 289.00 per window, and that was removing old storm and old lead paint covered windows. they raise up and down and tilt for cleaning.. the process took about all day to replace 7 windows... they really took their time the fellah that came out was the actual stepson of the owner.. the trim they did around the window is perfect.. and the caulking they used has stood up for the past four years. my mothers home is warm and comfy now. there is simply no other person out there in the tri cities area that has the quality work at these prices.. all windows have an expiration unless you are going to restore your old wooden windows... which is expensive.. so if you want to increase your savings on heat and cooling and not break the bank.. window world is the best solution. i currently have a house that needs 30 windows going to have to call them and perhaps buy some in installments as i can afford them..

I am having the worst time getting a repacement window from this company. Saying a car running through it is not a covered SITUATION!!! Im going to have PAY FOR IT MYSELF.... SOME REPLACEMENT INSURANCE.
