This place has gone down so much. Customer service and selection, both.There used to be a good selection of product, but suddenly it is all clothes that 1) I dont really think look good and 2) my fiance and people his size (which are usually the people you will find play games that want good game clothes) cant even wear. Not only have they replaced a majority of board games, but I now have to go way out of town to get X-Wing and Star Wars Armada. I mean, I cant even treat myself to a decent walk into the store. You get bombarded with clothing when you walk in. I dont mind gamer clothes, but I dont see why there needs to be so much of it in a store where you buy the GAMES themselves. There are less board games than when the store first opened and no game table for game demos.The customer Service feels somewhat plastic and very hollow, it makes you feel as if they just want your money and you out of the store. Its like Im waste their time by counting the magic singles I want to buy so I can tell them and save them time. I know for a fact that the workers I actually enjoyed have either moved stores or left the company.The other G2k stores I have been into have been decent and even great, but theyre almost an hour or more away. Its shameful that this is my local G2k, and I dont even want to go into it.

G2K Games is no longer open at this location. I drove across town because the hours showed open and available online at the Pinnacle address but the store front is abandoned and empty.

Just amazing! This more than just a game store. There are trading cards, board games, collectibles, and much more. The staff is easy to talk to and ready to give good advice on most anything you could ask about. I couldnt be happier with this establishment!

On our way driving up to DC one day I brought my kids in one day and Garrick ( I believe thats his name) was extremely entertaining and funny. My kids loved him and still talk about him till this day. We bought a few things that day. I always try to stop by and buy something there. Great selection of retro games and also new comics. As well as MTG cards etc. . . Awesome place.

This place is always the best. The girls who were working were very friendly and helpful. The one getting my games had trouble finding the disks at first, she was very apologetic about it. I told her how hard it was for me to even find them. I had to ask them where NASCAR games were and they sent me right to a bunch of them. Great staff and tons of games for amazing prices! I even bought two games for $1!

This is an absolutely excellent game store. The game selections are astonishing from retro to new. Rare items are priced unreasonably cheap. Do they even know they are rare? Beats me. Most of the items are priced reasonably. They even give out an reusable instant 10% discount card thats valid from the first visit. Yeah, it still may or may not beat the internet, but it beats most other game stores. Shop local! Just take a visit!! You will see!

Usually have a good experience here but this past time wasn’t too great. I bought a game just to find out when I got home that it was a REFURBISHED disc and didn’t work. I was not notified of this and it’s also irritating that they do not check to make sure games work before selling them. On top of that, whoever was at the counter apparently thinks being grumpy is good customer service. Probably won’t buy anything from here for at least a little while.

Its a fairly small store. If you are looking for used games/consoles, this is a good place to stop. Personally, I think the prices are on the high side.If youre looking for table tops, collectables, comics, etc, then youd likely find the selection lacking.

I love g2k, I go plenty, but this is absurd I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes. I already knew what i wanted, I had planned for it to be a quick trip.There was one associate shorter younger girl and instead of helping she decided to continue to ignore me and stay on the phone talking even after I prompted her multiple times. I understand that maybe she had an emergency, but 10 minutes without even a head ups is absolutely rude so I left. Disappointed with my visit.

Any visit to this establishment is always a great experience! The staff there are extremely helpful. The associate with short, colorful hair always makes my visit fun. She clearly knows her stuff!

The bristol store is super friendly. I had a problem that wasnt able to be fixed at the Johnson city store. But the store manager here was very helpful and solved my issues.

This store is a great representation of the G2K company. Great, friendly staff and a large selection of board games. The game demos throughout the week and on weekends are a great idea.

Wide variety and knowledgeable staff. Retro and newer used consoles and games. They also have table top rpg and comics.

I loved it so much I want to work there! Down to all the video game selections and theyre really good deals for instance buy 2 used games get one free. I love it all. They even have the absolute most amazing posters and actual framed pictures from Metroid Prime, Zelda, Splatoon Etc. Such a great store in fact I would probably spend my entire paycheck if I did work here!

I like G2K but I prefer Gamestop because G2K has mostly older used games and stuff. Gamestop has the up to date games and cool collectibles Im always looking for. It looks rather dusty in here sometimes. Still a neat store though.

Decent selection for the size of the shop and the area its in. Customer service is meh. Prices are where its all down hill. Everything is 10-20% more expensive than it should be. There is also ZERO price matching... No online price matching which is a bummer but they dont even offer local stire price matching.

If you havent been to the store since before March 2017 you need to go back. It has been totally rearranged and new merchandise has been added. Excellent customer service!

One of G2Ks smaller franchises, still has a good variety for different forms of entertainment and trading cards as well.

The service can really be hit or miss. I mean when its good, its great but when its bad...its really bad. It would probably help if they had more than one worker during busy hours like weekends and around the holidays.

The variety of games is nice, but the prices for used games are high. 2Dudes Gaming in Elizabethton is easily $10-15 cheaper on most things you compare in G2K.

If you want an amazing selection, and prompt friendly customer service come to g2k. If they dont have what your looking for, theyll get it ordered for you. G2k will be getting all my business, and Ill never step foot in a gamestop ever again.

I have been here at least 10 times in the past 3 months looking for a aystation gift card, they have not had it a single time. i do not recommend it because they will not have the things you need.

They offer boardgame demos as well so you can learn to play new stuff all the time. I highly recommend checking them out.

G2K Games is definitely my favorite place to buy both new and used games, i believe G2K is the only dealer that keeps a good selection of older games and accessories for new and old games.They also have clothing cards and funko toys

Its ok they have a lot of gamea for older gaming consoles like Nintendo, Super NES, Sega Genesis, Game Gear, Gane boys etc... They mainly have a lot of shirts board games and cards, gaming strategy guides and that type thing not so much my kinda place bc the only thing they have I like os Ps4 games but their selection isnt great, but they do pay damn good for trade ins

Let me start off with saying I know almost nothing about gaming! The last system I actively played was the SNES. With that being said the staff at G2K Games bristol is amazing! Elizabeth and Diana as super helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I have never felt more comfortable in gaming store in my life! I have always felt really overwhelmed and intimidated going into gaming stores trying to find stuff for my partner. That isnt the case here and they even carry old school games! Thats one of the many things I like about this store, my partner can get the games for his xbox one and I can relive my childhood by getting games for my nes and snes! One thing this store does that is super awesome/amazing is they run game demos on a lot of their tabletop games they sell. I never really thought board games were all that fun bc I always played boring stuff like monopoly. But they have a huge selection of really interesting and fun board games and if you talk to the manager about a specific game your interested in playing she will try and set up a demo day for you to try it out! G2k Games is amazing and offer a customer service experience Ive never seen before in any gaming store.

They ripped us off on the games we was selling to them they took a game and didnt even give us store credit for it. Then we bought a game and the disc was broke at the top it was snapped.

They helped us find the things we needed and everyone was friendly
