One of the employees in a company vehicle intentionally tried to T BONE my vehicle, had many opportunities to stop and even when I moved out of the way decided to keep turning towards my vehicle to T BONE us on purpose . Manager (Ken) was very nice and I hope he gets to the bottom of this, sounds like someone was trying to get some sort of workmen comp/ settlement on purpose

The crew at this location helped my wife and I pull off a Christmas miracle. They worked with us on the down payment because we had very little money to put down. Without the help of this location, my eleven year old got his one wish for Christmas. What a blessing!

Always read your rental agreement and try to use this as a last resort since you end up paying triple retail value. Just some freindly advice.

I am renting a computer-- and I am not having any issues with them at all -- I make my payments and when I am going to be late I call so I am in constant communication with them - It is there equipment - They have been very nice to me and in fact I had an issue with another store and they actually helped me resolve it which is why I gave them my business

The manager and the crew are very rude!!!!!! The dont know the first thing about customer service at all !! I have been with rent a center for over a decade and never have i disliked a location as much as this. If you ask me they need to replace the whole crew!!!! If you have the option rent from another location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the best rent a center I have ever been to. The GM is one of the hardest working and helpful managers I have ever encountered in that industry. He was there for me for whatever I needed and helped me with everything I needed down to physically picking up a product I needed for work when they were out of stock at their store. The whole staff is friendly and attentive and I have been inside this store many times and they are always working and helping each other or us customers. If I could give 10 stars I would.
