I worked here for 5 years. I have never EVER had one bad experience and never had a customer had a bad experience ever. Sometimes things just don’t work out the way you want to and people make things up and slander for no reason. The staff and especially the owner are passionate and absolutely know what they are talking about. This was the best job I could have worked at and I would not have wanted to be led by any else except owner Mike DuPont. This place is one of a kind and this keeps our connection to nature and our heritage alive with beautiful pieces of furniture grade wood or high quality lumber for your yacht or fishing vessel. Very well rounded. Can’t please everyone but they sure as heck will try! 10 out of 5 stars

Called Newport Nautical Timbers looking for a live edge walnut slab for my kitchen. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They walked me through all my options and I ended up with a beautiful piece that looks fabulous in my newly remodeled traditional home. I couldn’t be happier with how the piece turned out!

This place is amazing! They have a huge selection of wood to choose from, and the staff is incredibly helpful. I have bought a couple of really nice pieces of Cherry and Maple from them, and I highly recommend this place.

Place is a joke. Customer service is always stoned and the owner is a narcissist it’s unbearable.
