Today I stopped by life storage at 700 Mountain Rd., Bristol I wanted to find out information about the units and I must say the manager Ashley was amazing and pleasant… I definitely will be going back and renting from life storage

Ashley and Jayne are incredible. Finally friendly faces with experience, knowledge, and charm that make me look to them to help with any issue I have. They actually answer the phone and have helped me with several issues so far. They made LifeStorage the correct choice for me! I appreciate them LS, treat them well!

While the facility is generally clean, there are issues with snow removal and snow blocking garage loading bay doors in winter,,, and climate control, is basically ineffective in units that have an outside wall. Most of the staff is courteous and understanding, but corporate ties their hands to help anyone.The corporate office raises rent with no regard for anything. I have been in that facility for many years. There is no regard given for my loyalty as a customer. They raise rent due to increased demand, but they dont lower it when demand decreases. What other product can a company get away with charging you for then deciding, well, someone would have paid me more for that so you owe me more money?In essence, fairly nice facility, but lousy business practices.

Easy to begin rental process online. Store Manager Ashley was helpful in completing rental agreement and with tour of facility. Building was clean and in good condition.

The first time I ever rented a storage unit. Francisco was very nice and personable. He showed me around and also suggested options in products. Not pushy at all and was very professional. The place is very clean and the one to one customer service was great. A couple of days later I had to rent another unit and was given the best deal over the phone with customer service. When I got to the store Bobby was extremely nice and funny, seemed very happy to help, he even made sure I saw the unit before my purchase and got the best price. I would definitely suggest this place to others. Keep up the awesome vibes!

Great storage location. Nice huge facility with easy loading whether it’s upper or lower units. Plenty of room for offloading, numerous docking doors and nice big wide doors. Very clean.Can be a little tricky trying to make a left turn out of the parking lot, busy four lane road.

Jane was so kind and helpful. We left very satisfied.

Life Storage was able to provide me with a unit very last minute when I needed one and Kapil went above and beyond when I was closing the account to make sure I was only paying for the space when my things occupied it. Even though it was a difficult time and transition for me, I knew that my things were safe there. Would recommend.

I went into the office to let them know about water leaking from the roof. The manager, Kapil, was rude and didnt do anything to get the issue resolved. I also have a hard time getting someone to help me here because the office is never open.

Fast and easy transaction on storage.

I used Life Storage in Bristol for about 9 months and it was perfect! Exactly what I needed. When I moved out Francisco, the manager, was SUPER helpful and very kind. I would definitely use this storage facility again!

Fantastic experience. I worked directly with the location manager. She was very friendly and welcoming. The facility is spotless. Definitely would recommend to anyone needed a storage facility.

We had 2 storage units at Life Storage without incident for several months. But a few weeks ago, we arrived to find a large pool of water coming out of the unit two doors down for us, and water running down the back wall of our storage unit. Both the employee on site that day and the manager I talked to the next day said my only option was to change units, and that they would not provide any discount or any compensation whatsoever towards movers to move my entire houses worth of stuff in those units. Both the employee and the manager told me that life happens. And that the unit was dry when I gave it to you. This is not an acceptable response for a place that is supposed to care about keeping your belongings safe from harm. I do not recommend going with this storage unit unless you too want to hear that life happens at Life storage!. As a result I moved out early, and now have a jampacked garage because its safer there than in Life Storage Bristol.

Very nice facility and good location. Only downfall is management wont let you use the dumpster to dispose of items you dont want. We had some mattresses we didnt need and management made me take them with me. Should be able to leave items you dont want or need behind.

The Bristol facility is safe and very clean. The manager and employees provide great customer service. They are welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The facility has a customer friendly layout. It is easy to move your items into your unit, no stairs to deal with. The inside of units stay clean and arent affected by extreme temperature and moisture issues that other storage places have. I recommend this facility to others.

Life Storage in Bristol is great facility to store your treasured items. Easy keypad access, very clean temperature controlled facility. The staff is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This is an immaculate storage facility. Robin has always been friendly, available and has thorough answers to all questions. I don’t like surprises and billing has been as described. The design of the building is unique as every floor has a ground floor access. There are no bad units.

Mr Morales did a good job helping my mother and I look for the right storage unit for us. Kind, helpful, understanding and listened to what we had to say.

Went in prior in the month with my boyfriend. We were greeted by the manager Robin and her employee Phil. They answered all the questions we had and gave us a tour of the facility. The facility was very well little and exceptionally clean. Unfortunately the size we were looking for there prices were a bit of our budget so we went elsewhere. I just wanted to recommend this place to anyone looking for storage and who wants a clean and safe facility. Thank you Robin for showing us around and treating us like people not just a customer.

They treated me very respectful and were helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is well clean and maintenance the staff of facilitys provided excellent customer service. What impressed me the most was not that Facility has security cameras access control and is climate control rather the staff took the time to walk you through the facility to show you and explain everything and they were not pushy trying to get you to get a unit rather then they want to make sure that you were comfortable and that the unit will meet your needs it was one of the most Pleasurable experience.

Life Storage is a great resource for your storage needs! I run a HUD grant to make homes lead safe, and we recently had a need for storage for a clients project. Chante and her team were so easy to work with!! I had to do a third-party credit card authorization, which sometimes is a pain in the neck, but not with Life Storage. Chante got me the form right away, I sent it back and the client was able to store her belongings with no hassle. Chante was also super quick in responding when I had a question or needed documentation for my grant purposes. I would highly recommend Life Storage!

I usually dont do this however I came in the other day to inquire information on a storage space. When I walked in I was greeted by a young guy name Phil. He answered all of the questions I had and even showed me the spaces that I was Inquiring about. I didnt rent due to I would prefer direct drive up access and the price was a bit more than I was looking to spend. However I did feel like I need to let everyone know of the proffesionalism and cleanliness of this place.
