Outstanding! I needed a trailer hitch installed on my car last minute (was literally 4 minutes away from the store when I called them) Gyles was super helpful! He checked to make sure they had a hitch in stock, I pulled in and they pretty much went right to work! Gyles and Mark made quick work of the install and had me on the way in no time at all! Thank you Gyles and Mark!

Nice, clean and very secure. I liked the location as well. My only problem was there was only one entrance/exit, so, being that Storage locker 1509 is all the way in the back, I not only had to haul my stuff to my vehicle and load it but I also had to unload it and haul it a second time down this really long hallway which appeared to be a big maze to get to this particular locker. It was really extra tiring to haul it one buggy at a time all the way to the back. Come on UHAUL, have a heart, give a tired mover a break and allow them easier access to the back storage lockers.

This I must say was the worst U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. I don’t usually even write reviews but I felt I needed to with this one. My initial customer service experience was pretty bad. They seemed like they were bothered that I even was there. I told them what kind of truck I needed and instead of letting me know that would be returned later that day they made it seem as if the pricier truck was the only option. I was quoted a price and even though I went way less miles than my estimate I got charged even more. I decided I didn’t need insurance and I feel as though they gave me the worse truck they had there and the transmission would slip and the brakes were in bad shape. Then when I drop the truck an hour or so later the truck I wanted was there. They didn’t even say if you come back tomorrow the truck you wanted would be here. This was the worse uhaul I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been renting uhaul trucks for years.

The facility is new and its obvious with the cleanliness of the place. Employees were helpful and accommodating! My issue is with renting a truck. Uhaul is charging a daily fee, plus a per mile charge. Upon arriving to pickup the truck, Im informed that the truck is full of gas and needs to be returned full. Thats double dipping if you ask me and not disclosed on the website. This was my first and now last time I will rent a truck. I feel very deceived by this policy!

They were unable to help me. Didnt have trucks over 20 ft long.

Awful location. Completely useless waste of a large building when theres a storage facility directly nect to them. They Continually block roads of travel illegally prohibiting some people from getting to the apartments behind them. Should get off their power trip trying to control every road around them. Never see any actual business happening there either.
