Ordered refrigerator that was to be delivered July 20 (Tuesday). I called July 19 to see if they had a delivery window time. No, “delivery will be sometime between 9am-5pm”. As I was getting off the phone the receptionist stated “you’re white fridge will be there tomorrow”. I told her I ordered black. She told me black was out of stock. I asked her when they would be back in stock n if she could call me. She stated, “we have more coming in Friday, but you have to call up here Friday n ask for the delivery scheduler”. I couldn’t believe how rude n unprofessional she was. So I called there Friday. The soonest they could deliver was today, August 3rd. The scheduler told me “they will call you 30 minutes prior to delivery, so make sure your old fridge is empty so they can take it.” 2pm today I called, as I hadn’t heard from the delivery people. I was told “your fridge is on the truck n will be there this afternoon before 5”. At 4:50pm I called back as I hadn’t heard anything from the delivery and delivery time was until 5pm. The receptionist put me on hold. When she came back she stated “ the driver isn’t answering his phone but your fridge is on the truck for delivery”. 5:25pm, still no calls. I called again and a man answered. He stated “there’s a truck out still but there’s no delivery log. If they don’t call you, call back in the morning.” Needless to say, it’s 10pm n I never received a call and never had my fridge delivered. This is ridiculous. At least my old fridge still works, can’t imagine dealing with this bs if my fridge wasn’t working. Terrible company.

Dealt with cc Mitchell through work usually I order they deliver this time to make a house ready for a new tenant I went to the show room to pickup. It was my first time there wow they have some awesome appliances I was really impressed if you need something unique check them out.

Great products. Wanted to support a local mom and pop store. Customer service started out fine until the owner yelled and embarrassed the salesman. The lady at the front was rude and the entire staff seemed miserable. Ended up driving to another part of town to purchase thousand of dollars worth of appliances. Very disappointing.

Todd was very professional. My freezer’s compressor went bad, he sent Billy out right away to fix the problem, really nice guy. Highly recommended. Will do future business.

We spent thousands on new appliances, 5k+ on the range alone. The range is a defective one and they have done little to nothing to fix it. The glass is falling out of the door, the temperature is off, the lights flash randomly, the knobs drag when turning. They cant seem to get someone, anyone to fix it. The owner promised he would take care of it as if it was his own mother...based on this she is likely in a nursing home.Ill be recommending a different appliance supplier for my clients.

Worst experience Ive ever had shopping for appliances. Everyone is rude. They are mean to employees. Somebody should report them.

Had two 12,000 BTU air conditioners in stock paid for them over the phone and picked up. Eric and a helper loaded my car and I was on my way with a paid receipt. WOW that was easy!

The receptionist wasnt very friendly, she was very short. The company refused to be reasonable about the delivery appointment, told me they would arrive between 9a.m and 5p.m. and would only give a 30 min notice of when they would arrive (out of an 8 hour window). Delivery guy was relatively nice but he discarded the box and wrapping from the refrigerator on the side of my home without permission, no discussion, no approval, no nothing. I didnt even know until I went to leave my home and saw a pile of garbage against my home.

Great place with beautiful appliances. John was great and so helpful. Kept us up to date on our order.It was so hard locating a black stainless steel hood vent in all the stores but C C Mitchell was able to get it.Everyone was pleasant and professional. Even their dog Murphy was just so sweet. Just a great group of people 😉. Thanks John and C.C. Mitchell for doing what the other stores could not do.

I popped in after work to talk about dishwashers. The guys were very helpful and the showroom was filled with the latest and greatest. I ordered the dishwasher on Friday, it was delivered on Tuesday. They even recommended an installer who was there at the time of delivery. Excellent service. Great company. Ill be shopping with you guys for all of my appliances.

Prices are better than Home Depot and Lowes. I purchased an dishwasher and microwave. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Poor Delivery Service... The refrigerator came damaged I didnt accept it.Driver Told Me I have to wait another week forA replacement I called and then it turned into 2 days to deliver.. In order to keep a customer happy that would of been my first delivery of the day for the inconvenience of the damaged refrigerator and I was put to last delivery of the day. Also the receptionists that answer the phone are not helpful in any way.Dont Recommend this place to anyone.

So I built a house 25 years ago and bought from CC Mitchell. 25 years later looking to replace. Great company, great products, great service.

Called to inquire about a receptionist job to see how much it pays. Dont know who redirected me but i was directed to Jennifer. Asked her a simple question that any other employer wouldve answered, and she told me dont you think its stupid to hire someone and tell them what youll pay them?. Are you serious? i preceded to ask her why she doesnt know only for her to tell me im too uneducated. Well if i could give zero stars for poor customer service i would. Cant imagine working there.

It seems the receptionist only gives attitude to women. She must be a member of the family otherwise, she would have been FIRED!!!!!So disappointing to know there are courteous people out here without a job who could do much better.

Terrible customer service. Were supposed to deliver my refrigerator and neber showed up or call. Set up another date and the guys wouldnt connect the water hose that goes in the refrigerator and left my friend installing it. Never out the refrigerator where it was supposed to go. So I called them and they said I had to wait till they were in the area. Set up a date and again never showed up or call. I call the office left a message for the person on charge and I never received a call back. I call agaon and the receptionist gives me an attitude. I tell her my refrigerator is blocking my stove and she said I have to wait 4 days till the person in charge calls me back to set up another date. Major attitude! No customer service skills.
