They are the best! Every year they come and clean my Sub Zero freezer and refrigerator to maintain their efficiency. There is no other company I would call to service my appliances. They arrive on time and are always neat and courteous.

My mom had the ducts cleaned then the dryer stopped working. My appliance man came out and repaired the dryer. He was very nice and professional. We will definitely use this company again.

So I called after work Friday at 4:45pm and the recording said that I was fifth in the queue. After waiting a half hour being told that I am now first in the queue it sounded like someone was finally going to answer my call due to the clicking me in sound that I heard (I could tell someone was there but they didnt say anything) and then I was quickly put back in the queue still in first position. Then another recording came on asking if I wanted scheduling or parts department so of course I pressed #1 for wanting to schedule an appointment. So now I was in second position in the queue, after 10 minutes now I was in the first position well now its 5:30; knowing that they close at 5:30 I still waited 5 more minutes. I finally hung up and I checked their site and of course they are closed. After listening 50 minutes worth of telling a customer that our time is important to them and how they will get with you shortly this was the worst waiting experience I have ever encountered. I cant believe that my call couldnt have been answered in the length of time I had been waiting.This company was close to my home and is why I was contacting them for a repair. After I hung up I called a competitor and was scheduled right away, there was no wait time on the phone at all. Im sure the techs are good at total appliance, per some of the reviews I read, but they need a better phone system and retraining of the employees who answer the phones to provide better service for current and future customers. My time was not important to this company! Please have this corrected so no one else has to go through this Very Unacceptable experience!

I created an appointment with them 5 months ago. they sent a confirmation text message. i called and they pretended i didnt exist. they kept asking me for more phone numbers and never cared about the actual issue i have with my oven.they are very responsive for emergency service when they charge you $50 for every 15 minutes. they are not responsive for normal service.

Gave me an honest answer about cost of repair. On time, professional. Also got here within a week of calling while others were scheduling 4 weeks out.

Tech replaced the circuit board. Broiler works great now, and I swear the oven does too! We use it every day, and are thrilled that it works so well.

Total Appliance has employees that Do Not Understand customer service! They have a pretty good technician, but dealing with their office was extremely difficult. They just don’t care about your repair or following up when you contact them. I would search for another repair service before ever doing business with them again!

The freezer compressor for our 1986 Sub Zero refrigerator needed to be replaced. Russ was great! He was very professional, clearly knowledgeable with the model and just a very nice man. We couldnt be more pleased. We werent looking to purchase a new one right now (its been a very good fridge) and the repair costs were far less than buying a new one. Part availability was surprisingly good and we had very little downtime. I highly recommend Total Appliance.

Repair gentleman (John) was on-time, courteous and professional. He’s very experienced and didn’t waste time. Service is pricey, essentially $100 for travel time and $50 ea 15 min they are there.

Total Appliance does business the right way. Other companies want to gouge you to repair a high end built in refrigerator, not Total Appliance. Additionally, They were able to find alternative replacement parts when the mfr. had stopped producing its OEM parts. A little pricey I think $308 is a lot to replace a door latch. Repairman was very pleasant and conscientious It did take time to isolate the problem. However, our washer is working fine

Washer was giving “no water” error message. Microwave needed a new light. Water hose on dryer (for steam cycle) was too short to pull built in dryer completely out.Washer problem turned out to be a bad shut-off valve, they diagnosed it but they couldn’t fix. Water hose to dryer was extended about 12” (would have preferred a little longer, but ok). Microwave had to be pulled from built in cabinet and half disassembled - poor design on GE Advantium. Light replaced. Tech was professional, and did a nice job.My only “issue” has to do with their “extra appliance” charge. I understand the $90 (or whatever it was) house call charge. But I think the $40 extra charge for walking to the dryer, and another $40 extra charge for walking to the microwave is a bit much given they charge a hefty hourly rate for the time spent doing the work.

Our washer was leaking. They identified the problem as being in the steam line. They ordered parts and installed them on arrival. We were able to use the washer without steam while the parts were on order. Washer is working fine now.

I purchased a wsamsungSamsung washer and dryer for $550 the end of Feb 2021. Poor quality. Poor customer service.It started not performing properly. I contacted the company. They said I was overloading the washer.It has gotten progressively worse. Today it took 2 hours to wash a load of t-shirts and shorts. The washer and dryer were dirty when the young men delivered. It looked as if it was pulled out of someones basement. There was lint in the lint basket.

I just needed some simple parts which I couldn’t find anywhere to fix my washer. I searched for days. I gave up and called them. They had the original replacement parts for me, basically the next business day. I have been using them for years and will continue to do so and recommend to others.
