Service was quick, friendly. I got a small hot coffee light/sweet. Dined in so I could use an outlet to charge my phone. I sat in one of the cushion chairs near the windows. This is the cleanest Starbucks that I have been in since visiting Massachusetts. I used the restroom and that also was very clean.

I love starbucks but my son HATES it. He said he thinks I spend too much money at Starbucks and sometimes yes I do buy Starbucks instead of soccer equipment but I wouldnt be able to take him to soccer if I didnt have Starbucks so its the ultimate catch 22. 5 stars.

Recently redone (and moved within the plaza). Drive through had plenty of space and was super quick. Overall way better than before it was redone.

The coffee today was unacceptable.Pumpkin spice season has descended upon us, and this is the best part of the year for my girlfriend. She absolutely lives for fall and pumpkin spice coffee, and today Starbucks has dashed her dreams. Instead of an amazing cold brew with pumpkin spice cold foam, she received coffee flavored water with barely any pumpkin flavor in the cream. This is fall, this is her time to shine, and instead of shining, the light was extinguished. She had to pout in the office for a solid hour about how terrible the coffee was, and frankly, its just unacceptable.Bring back my pumpkins pumpkin the way its supposed to be made.

I go here frequently on my break for a drink. I order ahead and today waited 15 minutes with no drink or anyone checking on me. I asked the barista about my order and she was beyond rude and belittled me because she could not find my order, that I have proof of, and essentially threw my drink at me having it nearly fall. Do NOT go here. Waste of money and time for such horrendous service

This location has been one of my favorites since I moved to the area a few years ago. My coffees, the two or three that I always order on repeat, have always been made perfectly - until recently. Not sure what changed this summer but I’ve had to return multiple drinks back and even though for the most part they are kind and make me a new drink - It always tastes horrible. Once I returned the same drink three times and I’m not the type to do so easily, I hate returning orders it’s very awkward for me. So today after yet another order was “remade” and returned to me and still tasted nothing like what it’s supposed to, I’ve decided to drive further away to a different location from now on. I’ve thrown away way too much money at this location this summer. Sadly, their staff does not know how to make drinks.

What can I say, it was awesome! I had just got caught in that severe rainstorm coming out of doctors & that hot Chai hit the spot. Also tried the pepper & egg bites=Yummy. Will get those again! Very busy just b4 lunchtime, staff pleasant and quick. People need to tip more bcuz woman seemed surprised to get it, which means theres too many people going thru that have no clue what its like to work in these places. Almost seems like it should be mandatory in HS, so people can appreciate the services given, stop being rude etc. Always treat myself when done with doctors by coming here. Always receive Excellent service and food. Close to rtes 138, 27,24. Across from 2 gas stations, panera next door. Down street from college. Very convenientlocation.

Service was horrible. They ignored me for 10 minutes and then I had to ask if I could order a coffee and they said NO. I would have to go back outside and order thru the drive thru or use my mobile. So rude to ignore me for so long. I just wont go to the Brockton Starbucks again.It would have been my first time there. Never again

Drive-thru and parking was a little awkward to get to. However the staff was great and patient. (especially when dealing with an unnecessarily impatient customer)

Love that they have a drive thru. Don’t love when they don’t take mobile orders and close the store front causing a drive thru wait to be 15 minutes and causes a traffic problem.

Best baristas ever!

Ordered ham and cheddar sous vide bites and I got egg white red pepper. I asked and she said, oh we dont have those anymore. They made me a different kind and problem solved, it was just time consuming and aggravating.

This was once the best Starbucks in my opinion. I dont remember her name but the tomgirl with the sleeve tats who used to work here frim 2013 to about 2016 was the best barista I have ever seen, been served by.Otherwise; Starbucks is an international coffee chain. You pretty much know what you are going to get with each one.Outsiders will complain about how pricey Starbucks is. You are paying for damn good coffee and an authentic experience.

Always takes 45-60 mins on Belmont street to get a coffee that’s never made correctly. The staff is incredibly rude and the customer service is tremendously underwhelming

This has to be the worst Starbucks ever, I come here almost every day and they manage to get my coffee wrong 9/10 times. No consistency per barista whatsoever, half the time I get a cup of milk the other I get a cup of espresso. No exaggeration

Emily doesnt return calls whatsoever. Minimum 10 calls and always an excuse as to why she will not answer then messages are taken. Messages go absolutely no where and no returned calls. So unprofessional on all levels. I guess people need to go to the store to speak to the staff over basic things.

They didnt even fill the drink all the way to the top than gave me attitude when confronted about it. Sorry I didnt pay almost 7 dollars for 3/4 filled coffee. 🙄🙄🙄

I love this place simply for the fact that my order is never wrong. I order through my starbucks mobile app so its ready when I get there. Although, if you get a nitro cold brew, you have to inform them of that when you arrive. Great customer service and great coffee. I have never ordered food from here.

Drinks are goodService not as muchThe staff don’t even try to call out your name if they think they can’t pronounce it. But it’s annoying when it’s busy and you are calling a drink out by the drink name like other people can get the same drink as you. At least make an effort to call out peoples names. That’s your job. When into this location today 2/24/2020 @ approx 10:50am. Placed my order with a young lady with purple hair. Sat down and waited patiently for my order 20mins later, I asked about my order that was just sitting on the counter. No name was called because the young lady never took my name and couldn’t be bothered to just say “excuse me your order is ready”. I worked for Starbucks many years ago in Boston at Brigham and Women hospital, which was constantly busy and our customer service was top notch. What I did notice were all the people that were white were called by there names. There was me and another fella and our names were forgotten. This kind of behavior does not reflect corporate, it’s the people that wear the mask that’s the problem.

This place is always closed and When theyre open, theyre only open for mobile order pick up only, very weird!

Love this location. Lots of seating and its open and airy. Can be loud at times but that comes with the territory (next to Stonehill College).

Weve been coming to this location for 14 years and we love it! The staff is very dedicated, friendly and they work hard. It gets very busy at peak hours but if you order on the app at those times you get your order quick! If you wait, its worth the wait. Great lattes and great non-coffee selections for kids such as the organic milk (3 flavors), cheeses, cake pops and cookies.

Good luck finding a parking spot in their new location. Drive thru is great for when you don’t want to go in, but what about when you do feel like going in? Was excited for them to move across the plaza, but what a sh*t show.

Asked for a iced coffee black. I thought a coffee shop would know that a black coffee has no sugar or milk. When I took a sip it was like sipping pure sugar. They put SO much sugar in. Will not return.

Good baristas, nice friendly atmosphere. They make an effort to know your name and your drink. Nice place to sit and read for a while. Easy access from the highway. Lots of nice merchandise to shop from as well as good food, coffee and tea.

Worst customer service ever

I travel for work and generally like Starbucks because I can hook up my laptop and other electronics while I work in strange cities. However, even though there were only 6 people or so in the store, it was so noisy from employees running all the machines that I had to go sit in my car to make phone calls because people couldnt hear me, even though I was using a Bluetooth earpiece. Starbucks should consider adding some noise-absorbing accessories like carpet, seat cushions, drapes, etc. Yes, I realize fabric and soft surfaces are more work and expense to keep clean, but tell me, is the business about the company saving a little bit of money (and alienating possible repeat customers), or about making the Starbucks experience pleasant enough for the customer to keep them coming back? All those hard interior surfaces make for a cachophonous atmosphere that is annoying enough to chase people out. I would have stayed all afternoon (and spent money), had I been able to work in there. Instead, I got out of there asap.

The only thing that could make this Starbucks better was if it had a drive through. Great friendly staff. Always get the drink right. Polite and friendly service.

Closed at 2PM when every other Starbucks in the area is open till 8pm. They blame it on staffing constraints. I call BS!

Busy day (sun late morning) and the staff was taking care of business! A little bit of a wait (expected) but my drink was perfectly made and the staff that was working worked quickly and seemed to work well together.

Specialty Coffee Items from Menu Are Inconsistently Made or Incorrect.Stafff struggles with making their specialty coffees with any level of consistancy. These are not personal customizations, soley offerings from their menu. The specialty coffee items are not cheap, i expect them to be made appropriately or perhaps removed from the menu. Too often, i have to wait an extended period of time for staff to remake correctly.I live within walking distance to the Belmont street location but recently started going to the Starbucks at Westgate.

On March 06,2017 at 4:51pm, I did order a tall latte Macchiato and egg&cheddar breakfast sandwich by the app.I got there around 5:15pm, I didnt get the buy one get one free drink . I saw 3 ladies working there, they were chatting together when customer need help....... Very bad attitude employees in Starbucks store I never see before. Impressed.

I am a Starbucks fanatic, and this is a pretty standard store. However, my only issue is that the times I have been here its always a bit dirty; overflowing trash, tables needing to be wiped down, and the counter is messy. I would say their customer service could use some work as well, but its not the worst Ive experienced.

I wish I can give them more stars. Great customer service. I go 6 days in a week and always go drive thru . As soon as I mentioned the latte they know how I like my coffee. Thanks for your service.

This place has the best staff!! I was going through the drive thru today with my 3 month old who was hysterically crying in the back seat, I am on little sleep and all I wanted was a coffee, I couldnt even concentrate on the menu because he was crying and they were EXTREMELY PATIENT until I decided !! When I came around the corner everyone was so helpful in getting me my coffee perfectly done so I can enjoy it! Thank you so much!!!! I will always come to this drive thru when I am in Brockton!
