Just went in for a storage unit and asked a very lovely employee named Shama if it was ok for me to check out the sizes of the units by viewing them before making a decision and she had no issue with this whatsoever. She was very polite throughout the whole process and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this storage unit if they continue with the nice customer service I received today. So far so good I cant really complain the workers are nice, I have seen a few mice i droppings in my unit, I know that is something that can happen at a storage facility but for the most part I can say it is a very clean and safe storage facility my unit is on the ground level

I felt recognition once entering by being prompting greeted, all my questions were adequately answered with a pleasant and professional attention. The customer service displayed was excellent. I must say I was impressed and because of how I was treated, I prefer to visit this site specifically going forward for all my storage needs. Five star treatment!

Shama showed me everything being it was my first time there. She was really nice even. I came at 5pm, they close at 6pm and she still let me unlosd my stuff. Oh it was cheaper than Uhaul! Great storage facility, and great people too.

Steve was really great when we were checking in. It was quick and easy the facility is nice and clean. I would recommend renting there. Just be mindful of which unit you get we have to use the stairs. Other than that great facility.

They shouldnt kick you out if youve been there a while moving things out and you happen to still be working when they close. Everything gets locked up so you should still have access to your storage room.

Luis was extremely helpful and made the setup process for my storage unit super simple! He explained everything, showed me my unit, got me a lock and personally showed me how the whole entrance and exit strategy works. And made sure I could get in and out of my unit on my own before I left. Very knowledgeable! Great employee!

Year ago, this was my post of this storage when it was under another company Treated well. No hassle with switching units when I told them stairs was hardship for me. Now that they are Public Storage my review is still the same. Personnel were pleasant, property is well maintained and transferring to another unit was easy. Also, able to look at my account online is a plus.

Kemoy was terrific. She made the process easy and was very helpful. She went above and beyond with excellent customer service and communication. The facility seemed clean and secure and had climate control too. Thanks for making everything go smoothly.

Ok place. I dont like the mice.

The facility itself is clean and affordable and the staff is professional. The problem here is the location. Its right down the street from the homeless shelter and homeless people rent the units and basically live out of them. They come in after 6 when the staff goes home and they hang out in there until right before 10 when it closes. They bring in food and alcohol. They hang out in the back and smoke and drink. I have even heard them having sex in the units. The staff has to know whats going on. Its not like they are hiding it or anything and there are cameras. The alarm has even been set off a couple times because people have slept overnight in there. It really makes the place trashy and brings it down

We have been on again off again customers because the work we do has seasons. It is always so great to see Steve and his warm smile welcomes me right in. We find the property to be pristine so we can store heirloom belongings without having to worry about getting everything dirty. Keep up the great Job Steve.
