Excellent quality supplies and paint that is incredibly durable. Ive used Sherwin Williams paint for many years and have always been beyond impressed with it. Ive been going to the South Elm location since 2008. The staff at this location, and others, are exceptionally friendly and very helpful.

Not only is this a great paint store, but the staff here makes this particular store one of the best SW I have been to. All SW are usually great, but I really like the BA store and will drive past other stores just to come to this location.

During this covid 19 season the store was super busy and working with a skeleton crew. Zack was amazing! He was answering phones, helping customers at the door and was also assisting a women struggling with picking a stain for her fence. He worked so diligently! He was also kind and friendly during what I can assume was a stressful and busy day for him.

I was very unimpressed with Michael’s customer service. He seemed to lack the ability to make eye contact and extrapolate unavailable information to make a decisive answer. I’m sure he just needs a little more time to grown comfortable with customer interaction. Caleb, Michael’s supervisor, did a great job navigating my paint needs when he wasn’t able to, as well handling those of his own customers.I’m hopeful that my next interaction with associates at this SW will go much more quickly and smoothly.

I went in with an issue originally, and was blown away by their customer service. I think at one time or another we have all run into an issue, but have not always had resolution by the company that you went to. Thank you so much Zach, I will be back as a repeat customer in the future. You are awesome!
