Love love love this place! They are professionals and treat you like family. Just went up to ask about this noise and they looked it was a simple heat shield loose and fixed it for free for me! When u do get other work u get sent a link of everything they can fix and how serious whatever problems your car may have, using a graph from red to very serious and green is A Okay! I recommend coming to this shop for sure! Prices were very fair.

We have been a customer of Dan’s for years, even when he was in Brunswick we followed him to Brookpark. He is a trustworthy personHe tells you what you need and does not do repairs that are not necessary! I’m speaking for my husband! But from my end I just love the little extras they do when your car is completed! From the little stuffed animals, to the fun flavored popcorn to the Fiber Optic Rose 🌹 my husband brought home today for me !😂My son has high respect for Dad & the work he has done on my Grandson’s SUV! Dan even checked & found out that part on his SUV were still covered under warranty! How many repair shop would do that for you? I have to say I am extremely impressed by the service of this company from start to finish . I myself am a technician that does some serious diagnosing of high end appliances so the lingo with the tech I was able to understand.I never used then before . Left my vehicle overnight for repair and the next morning a technician called me with a detailed diagnoses pitch on all the work hes going to do prior to find the issue I was having. I agreed to diagnosis charge and received updated on my phone when was done followed by a phone call with my quote.Everything went smoothly. Full inspection and turn key ready for my upcoming birthday renewal emissions test. The price was a bit high for what I felt the labor entailed but thats because I had this apart myself first and being a technician it was a bit easier. However no complaints here. The repair went smoothly and the professionalism of this company amazed me on there structure from start to finish.Highly recommended

Very disappointed!! I took my Nissan in for one of their free inspections because my brakes were grinding. I think now that was just a way to lure me in. I was quoted an outrageous price! Made a couple phone calls and had it done at a shop down the street for almost half the price. A woman also came into the waiting room and introduced herself as the owner. Her arrogance and condensing attitude filled the room! She was very, very rude and sarcastic. All that they care about is making money! Taking care of the customer is all fake. Dont let their website fool you, which is how I found them. No wonder they can give out loaner cars, which Ive never heard of before and all these other perks. These guys are great! From Karen at the front desk to Gerry the owner and Dan, one of the mechanics. They always keep me informed on the progress of repairs either by phone call or text. They even can text you photos so you can visualize the issues and repairs that are needed and in progress. They also are honest with you letting you know which problems can wait and which are critical. On top of all that, they have a free loaner car while your car is there (you just pay for the gas). -Janet

I went in one day for inspection, He told me price of service I was like I cant afford that right now, a patron in the lobby had stated try SNAP Finance so I did was very surprised, I received a substantial amount to get the car fixed, He did the brake work an fixed the ball bearings as well, It did take a lil longer than I expected but was worth the wait to be honest. I am the type of person that does not like taking my car into a dealer to get something done an i was searching the net an found this place was qualified to work on my vehicle a 2015 Mitshibishi Mirage, Not knowing these guys an this was my first time, I had a former repair person that use to work on our former car when i went by his place an showed him what was offered to fix my car he said was right on time in price so i came home finished filling out the app an called to tell them order them order the parts, I really tried them out today in the rain not even the first time have i had any issues since i have had them fixed. Karen and Dan were pleasant and personable. They treated me with respect. I had a Used Vehicle Inspection done and it was quite thorough. I have scheduled an appointment to repair the items found needing repair.9/4 Auto Repair Technology replaced my rear brakes and flushed my power steering. The car is braking and steering much better. They checked and answered a couple of things I had questions about.4/5 I took my car in for an oil leak but Dan called me and told me I had a transmission leak. He had to order the parts from Akron and didnt expect them until late afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from Karen after lunch that my car was done. Parts came in quicker than expected. No more leaks.

Had two broken studs, rotor was locked on and had to be cut off even. They gave me a slight discount so I could afford the repairs.

Been using their services for 15 years and would never hesitate to send anyone there!! Always professional and honest!! Recommend highly!

Quick service, great communication, friendly people

My niece took her 2013 Equinox in for check engine light and rear brakes. She was quoted $3,340 to replace catalytic converter and rear pads and rotors!!! She decided to get another estimate. At 2:00 pm we picked up car and they said they could knock %20 off for black friday, then she was charged $30 for brake inspection. Took car to muffler shop in Columbia Station. They replaced converter for $550.00 and we picked it up at 4:30 the same day. I would not normally post a negative review but this was deserved. She was in tears when she got that ridiculous quote. Shame on A.R.T.

All that expense and im Back to square one

I took my old 2001 Beetle to be them because it needed alot of work. Started out okay and every time they found an issue they would call and go over it with me. Then I get a call after most of the work was completed saying they test drove the car and the transmission is bad. Why would you wait 2 days and spent over 2000 on repairs and not test drive or run diagnostic testing on it? I declined any more work and e pected my bill to be around 1500. Nope, final bill was over 3000 and a lot of work was done that I did not agree to. I was told the car was good to drive around but not on the highway. On the way home the check engine light came on. The next day car wouldnt start, the new battery was dead. Found out later that the issue with the transmission causes the battery to be drained.The whole experience was devastating. They acted like they were great friendly people, until you question the bilI.Now I have spent around 3000.00 on a car that doesnt run and all I can sell it for is 650.00Do not take your car there.

They were very efficient helping me get back on the road as quick as possible. Also, Karen and a mechanic kept me updated on what was going on with my car. Thank y’all.

Just had my Ford F150 in for computer and wiring issues They found things in the wiring that the Ford dealer didnt. These guys are GREAT! ! got it fixed in 1 day and saved me money . Trust me go here before you go to a dealer they do their best here to save you money, treat you nice and have a friendly staff. I had a little apprehension about taking my vehicle anyone outside of my dealer for any type of repairs including an oil change but after taking my car to Auto Repair Technology I am so impressed with the competence, professionalism and downright ease-putting these people are. I ill recommend all my friends to them and wont hesitate to take my vehicle in again if it needs more than an oil change. They take great care and even sent me a report of what inspections they performed during the oil change and it was not expensive which was great for me.

Auto Repair Technology has the most honest and decent auto repair business in the country! Dan, the service manager, could not be more dedicated to his customers. I recently was having car problems and took it to Auto Repair Technology. Later, on the phone with Dan, I got completely hysterical after hearing that my car was on the edge of a blown engine. Every time I have brought my care to them Dan is always straight up with me and has saved me so much money. As a woman other companies have taken advantage and tried to run me for Everything I had and my car left with more problems then it came In with but NOT here at auto repair tech! I wont let anyone else touch my cars!

Service was great and friendly and helpful. However I feel like I took an absolute bath on the parts prices. They were more than double what even the most expensive OE replacement parts cost. I accept a markup but not price gouging a customer simply because they need a repair.Talked briefly with another customer while staff was away whom also felt they were being ripped off.Labor rate was acceptable even if it was quoted a bit high on hours in my opinion.Overall I dont think Id ever return. As I feel it was more than 1000 bucks or 1/3 higher than quotes I got after. Leaves a bitter taste.

They fixed what I asked them to and didn’t try to sell me something extra. The technician called and explained everything. I was given a loaner car to get to work while they fixed my car. The loaner car was reasonably clean and in good operating condition. I would consider returning to this shop for future repairs.

They wont try to sell you stuff you dont need. My car had a slow acceleration while under a certain speed, so I was worried. I took it to them and they gave the car a free look. They did some research and found out that my car model and brand itself all has the same issue. There was no fix, and it wasnt going to cause any harm. Its just something I have to get use to. He called me and told me all of this. Didnt try to sell me on the repairs I need. He was upfront and honest. I did get my transmission flushed and filled (It was about time for that anyways). The part where they surpass everyone, they gave me a free rental car to go to work and what not. All I had to do was pay for gas. You dont see many companies do that these days. They are professional with a side of friendly. I will be going back there again.Only issue I had: Im a tall guy. And when they drove my car to test it out, they pushed up the seat. Meaning since I couldnt check it before I sat down, my knees hit my chest. But thats all on me.

This place is wonderful. I discovered it about a year and a half ago and Laurie remembered me from then. I went in because my brakes were grinding, they took my car back right away and when the inspection was done they brought me back to show me everything that needed to be done. While we were sitting in the office going over everything they pointed out what was urgent and what could wait and the costs of everything. They were able to put me into a loaner car the only cost of that was to replace the gas I used. This was on a Wednesday night. On Friday morning not only did I get phone call but a text to me the car was done. It was faster than I expected. When I got there my car was washed and ready to go. I also invested into the car care club with text reminders of oil changes. I would recommend Auto Repair Technology to anyone who is need of anything car related. This is the best car repair place I have dealt with. The staff is amazing.

They also got my car fixed very quickly, was suppose to take about two days to fix and they expedited the process and fixed it in about 8 hours. I would highly recommend this car shop.

Everything you would look for in a repair facility. Got me in and out same day. Correctly diagnosed and repaired my non- working running lights. Didnt even charge me since the issue was just a corroded fuse. Love these guys. Honest and speedy!

The staff is courteous...Laurie is a gem and Andy is very helpful and knowledgeable...makes suggestions as to what should be done and gives accurate estimates. Repairs come in on estimate and if the techs find any other repairs that are needed, Andy will give me a call and his recommendation and estimate for the repair. Lifetime warranty on all repairs. Courteous pickup and delivery service. If for the very, very,very rare occasiona repair did not go as I expected...it is immediately addressed. Take your vehicles here. Laurie is very pleasant and helpful with making your appointments and make sure that you have a rental car when needed, which they dont charge for you to use.Dan was great, able to diagnosis the problem immediately and we picked up the car, he had hand washed it.I have been here many times, and they always are about helping the customer and not their bottom dollar. My father recommended this place to me. I had not been there in a few years. Their wheel alignment was competitively priced. The atmosphere of the waiting room was comfortable, and it had plenty of magazines and coffee. Slightly pricey but completely worth the lifetime warranty on all repairs, especially with older cars like mine! Their Car Care Club has come in handy with free oil changes. I had my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take about an hour and a half. Rather than wait, I asked if someone there could drive me down the street to the gym (I would’ve walked but the weather was bad). It was no issue for them to take me and pick me up! I was very greatful since I could kill 2 birds with one stone, so to speak. After picking me up, I made an appointment for the next day to have my cabin filter replaced. I went back to receive the service and was again very pleased. I would definitely recommend them for any work to your vehicle. My husband has gone there for bigger services and was pleased as well.Update: My headlight burned out! My husband and I tried to remove it with no success. After I took it to Auto Technology, I found out you needed a special tool. They removed the old and replaced it with one I purchased at the auto store. The next day my other headlight burned out and returned to have the same service done. They had no problem getting it taken care of for me immediately and both times there were NO charges! Great customer service!

Took my vehicle here recently and was given false service diagnostics . They told me I needed things that weren’t even broke ( I know this from going elsewhere) . Also the part I did need I was quoted about $300 more than it was worth and $200 more for other part that was actually fine . Don’t trust their word ! Do your research ! I ended up saving $800 from going somewhere else !

Most honest car place Ive been to! My first time there they called to tell me my issue was a recalled part and I could get it done for free through my dealership. So, I will continue to take my car there for anything! I had to replace a carrier bearing, and all 4 tires. I dont know how the cost compares, but I trust them and like how they run their personal business. Also got a free shuttle home and they offer loaner cars!

I have been going to Auto repair for some time and they are always friendly and willing to work with me on my schedule. When my schedule does not allow me to wait for the vehicle I like that I can get a loaner or they can drop me off at my home and pick up later. I like to especially thank Andy for working with me when it comes to costs and parts. I do wish that they had Saturday hours but it is not a big deal that they dont.
