Picked up a screw in my tire in a nearby parking lot and it was deflating fast. Picked this shop at random and they not only managed to fit me in while they were shorthanded on a busy Saturday, they caught that all my tires were 6-10yrs old and cracking on the sides. Got all four changed at a great price and the car is driving much better than it used to, all with friendly professional service and pretty quick timing for a surprise visit. Ill be coming back here frequently.

Dealing with one of the most difficult times in my life, my car then cuts off while driving in rush hour traffic. Just adding a cherry on top to an already toxic stress filled week. In complete emotional distress crying and terrified of what just happened I some how make it to Midas. Greeted with warm smiles from both Dylan and John workers of Midas, they calmed me and assured that I was in good hands. They didn’t lie, the service they provided was nothing short of outstanding. Incredible!!We come here for our two vehicles every time we need an oil change. Devon and the location manager are very attentive to detail and their customer service is above and beyond!!! Got my car fixed with Midas due to the reviews being what they where. I regret 100%....I got work done on the 29th, last month. They started great, got my car in for service. Told me what other stuff was wrong. Had them repair and replace. Came to pick car up, they forgot to put shield back on, BUT they caught it. So they installed back on, I paid and was on my way. Go to work next morning and I hear a pop underneath and watch a car swing into another lane quick. I pulled over the shield flew off. Not only did I call and notify, they said Monday for my part to be there for them to fix it. Also was able to see how tacky some of the work that was done is. But atleast the parts have fell off. Haha....but its now August 7th and nobody has made contact to say we have the part or not. I contacted Corporate made 2 complaints about this location and still nothing done. And yet I will go without the part till next week possibly! (NOT HAVING THE PART IS HURTING MY VEHICLE) but simple fact it should not have happened. Debating if even going back is worth it after the amount I just spent.

I have taken my care here on more than one occasion and every time I do they get the work done in a timely manner and they are always trying to get me the best possible price. Their work is top notch as well as their customer service. I would absolutely recommend bringing your car here.

He literally saved our Christmas by fixing our brakes when they had frozen over, as a walk in, on Christmas Eve morning. Truly, the best service you can imagine - HIGHLY recommend!

Brake light came on, so we called Midas. Mike answered, said “Bring it in, we will give it a free estimate and then talk.” So my wife takes the vehicle in, and we are expected to pay for brakes, maybe rotors, not a fun way to spend a few hundred dollars. Mike checks it out, says “the brakes are fine, the fluid is low, let’s clean the brakes, and top of your fluid.” 1-hour and $60ish later, we are happy.Thanks Mike for being real and trustworthy.

Let start of by saying staff was really nice I took my Tahoe in because I kept smelling a strong gas smell they looked at my truck and told me I needed a fuel pump truck was running fine with no check engine lights on so I let them put a fuel pump in it picked it up drove it homeI only live two miles away and later went to start it and it hesitated to start then engine light came on and I have brought it back 4-5 times they cannot get light out and now I have to go another shop and have it looked at I have a after market warranty so they paid part of the bill and I paid a portion of it but this is wrong Midas should pay for someone else to fix this I have videos of what the truck is doing after there fuel pump install

Did not put the air filter box back together. Left out three of the four bolts. When I brought up the missing bolts they told me they needed to order the bottom half of the filter box. This Was a Lie.

Take care of my vehicle I had a problem I brought it back no problem problems fixed I go there again

I would like to thank Mike Jones for putting his customers FIRST. On 12/1/2020 Cleveland got hammered by a snow storm. My wife’s 2019 GMC Terrain( we got it in 2018) has 34,500 miles and the tires were needing to be replaced. Mike ordered the tires that night and they were at the shop at 10:00 the next morning. They were an upgraded tire then I purchased. The ones I paid for were not being shipped by the manufacturer because of a back log. I will definitely go back to see Mike when I need anything else done to my vehicles!!! I will pass this story on to my friends and coworkers. THANKS AGAIN MIKE FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!!!!

Dropped my car off for a full synthetic oil change and a check engine light diagnostic. Check engine light was on as well as the maintenance light. They called me almost immediately to tell me that my oil still had several thousand miles before it needed changed and the diagnostic test was cut short when they discovered the issue was the ECM. Hence all the lights being on. I received no bill. I will have to go to the dealer for the ECU and it wont be cheap, but all future maintenance for my vehicle will be done at this shop. Loads of integrity here. I will be a customer for a very long time.

Went to get an oil change. They told me I need a new battery, because it died when they was working on it. I had my battery tested a week ago and it was fine. I told the mechanic that and he got nasty with me. Two hours after they change my oil, I started having electrical problems. Widow wipers will turn on when I start the car when they wipers was not on.They also put other problems wrong with my car that they did not discuss with me at all! They had on the print out that the cabin air filter was good, but I had to change it, because it was completely black. They didn’t check what they say they check. It cost me a lot of money getting a simple oil change. Will never go back here, if you care about your car and how you are treated you wouldn’t want to go here.

DO NOT GO HERE! Employees tried to up sell me things I didn’t even come in for, when I said no they became very rude pulled my car out, left the door open and walked away without saying anything. I went back in to see if there was anything I needed to sign and the employee became extremely rude and started getting loud and obnoxious.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. The management and crew are top notch and trust me I am very hard to please. I was looking for a good shop to service my three cadillacs and these guys came through in spades. I have been so disappointed with shops in the past over promising and under delivering. Went into midas today after my brake lines were cut and got great service by Devin and Sean and I couldnt be happier. I was a walk in and they were able to get my truck right in and were able to knock the job out within a couple hours. These guys were fast, efficient, honest and did a great job and not to mention I got great price for the work that was done. I will definitely be coming back to get service on all my vehicles.

Bad do not use them. Got riped off. Charged me $150.00 for bad weld and pipe dope for a rotted muffler the should have replaced under their life time warranty. Emailed and got the district manager pual told me he would help never did told me it was covid 19 and he would set up appointment to look at it never did called him back and told me he would set up a date to look at it never did. I recently purchased a set of 4 tires in addition to an oil change, plus brake work recommended by Store manager John and Technician Devin. They were both extremely professional and courteous. I’ve been going there for many years because I’ve always trusted their word and their work. A few days ago, in wet weather, another vehicle pulled out right in front of my wife and I and I had to stop in seconds. My 5 year old Kia Soul performed like it was brand new and stopped on a dime! I’m so thankful I listened to the trusted professionals at Midas!I will never go anywhere else! Thank you John and Devin!

Very disappointed – Euro synthetic oil by law?!I went to your location for an oil change on my VW and immediately mentioned that I do not want to have Euro Synthetic Oil, that they please use their regular synthetic oil. The gentleman at the front office said that he can’t do anything else, his system won’t let him and that it is the law to use Euro Synthetic Oil. Very disappointing that you tell your customers they have to use a specific oil by law, I went across the street and they had a good laugh about it. I understand the requirement for synthetic oil and that European manufactures autos might have the requirement to use Euro synthetic oil, but there is a reason for it and it is my understanding as good customer service to explain it! That an oil change with the Euro synthetic oil won’t be necessary every 5k miles, telling a customer it’s the law is very disappointing!

Chef couldnt get meal correct. But what came was good. Wings were overcooked but burger was awesome. Server was cool.

I came in at 9am to get an oil change. They have really affordable prices, took an hour to change the oil and they identified an issue with my tires and verified with me on the repair and the cost to fix it. They are very straight forward with their prices and it was a very calm environment.

Took my vehicle for diagnostic and repairs in April 2018. They charged a diagnostic fee of $80 and told us that there were several codes that they could not read and we would need to take it into a dealership because only the dealership could read the codes. In the meantime they repaired the vehicle according to their own diagnostic report. Over $2500 in work. The dealership charged $145 for a diagnostic. We had a warranty to cover some of the repairs but Midas charges $110 an hour and we couldnt afford another $2500 in repairs/labor for a vehicle with less than $1500 trade in value so we saved money and returned about 10 months later. We presented the findings from the dealership to Midas, explained that they had instructed us to get the diagnostic since they couldnt decipher the codes. (dealership codes only- or something) The guy told us they would never do that. ?? No you did tell us to do that He then preceded to run another $80 diagnostic and quote another $2500 in repairs. Bad attitude as well. We decided to go elsewhere and found a mechanic who could do all of the same repairs part/labor for $575. That is a difference of $1,975!! He also told us that all of the lug nuts were stripped from whoever worked on the vehicle last...which was Midas. Take your business elsewhere, total ripoff! Also some of the repairs that they had made earlier in the year were once again listed on the new diagnostic. Seriously did you even repair anything.

Yet again, the guys at Midas saved the day. Was able to get in ( even close to closing time ), get my car looked at and fixed up, and was back on the road in about 30 minutes. Every experience Ive had here has been great. The workers know what theyre doing, will show you what the issue is, and will work with you on any and all options to get your car up and running. Ill be back again shortly to fix up a few more cosmetic issues on my car!

I recently used them for the first time for an oil change. There was an issue that I questioned the next day and I spoke to the manager who couldnt have been nicer and also customer service. Just let me say that customer service was beyond amazing. The young man who did the work also went over and above what needed to be done. I will definitely go back as they have earned my trust.

Great group of guys Ive had several of my vehicles worked on by the crew and even brought a few vehicles unsure if they were worth putting the money into and these men have been straight to the point unlike some other shops in the area....overall I will continue to recommend this location to any and everyone that needs anything from a simple oil change to major parts and too top it all off I was on a tight schedule before and they have given me a ride back to work and picked me back up to get my vehicle. Most chain shops are in it for the money but these guys go above and beyond.

Very happy customer. I came into midas with a jeep and a high mileage oil change they fixed me up with a new drain plug as well which was rusted solid for a more than reasonable price. I came to Midas to have brakes done.I was going to rainbow muffler but they were full and couldnt get me in until Monday.I am glad Midas was here .It cost a lot more at Midas per the quote but Midas is doing it right.I believe getting it done right is better than fast and I get lifetime warranty also versus no warranty.

Mechanic let me know what was wrong with my car without being pushy or using cheap scare tactics.Service was fast and efficent. I will be going to this location from now on.Oil Change Plus is one of the best deals around.
