Had my car for 3 weeks. No follow up by advisor. I come to pick it up after calling to see if it was ready. The original problem apparently was fixed. They had to jumpstart it when I picked it up. The tire sensors out and I didn’t have this problem when I dropped it off. Even their recommended service did not mention this. Not coming back!

Wow the service was expedient and quick, the rotation of my tires however the tire pressure was way out of where the standard was supposed to be. Outside temperature 74° and raining so the tire pressure should not have gone up to where it was.

So Ive been coming to Ganley for service on my 2013 Chevy Sonic for about 4 or 5 years now. Ive had oil changes, my car broke down twice and I always service it here. The prices are scary and yes Im sure you could find cheaper elsewhere. However, the parts are warranted for I believe 12 months to 24 months (honestly dont remember). So when the bad part broke again they replaced it. When my gear shift messed up they had a kit to replace it saving me 450 dollars in the process. Ive been to this service center 10+ times and the only complaint I can even think of is its expensive but again...you get what you pay for.

They charge $200+ for a diagnostic (advanced diagnostic in north olmsted costs $50 for comparison) they have ripped my elderly aunt off multiple times, as she offered to pay for my service, but never gave me a quote or any info when i asked before the service was done. They simply assured me it wouldn’t be too expensive. Charged my aunt $1000 without letting either of us know until the work was done. Hundreds of dollars charged for a $30 part, with heavily inflated labor cost. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic, look elsewhwere.

Continue to get great service at Ganley. People run from dealer maintenance and service but Ive never found that to be the case. Honest and reasonable in all my interactions.

Did not replace valve stem cap or clean rim. Brand new 2021 truck, 2500 miles. Well over an hour for a tire plug, with tire and rim extended warranty.

I started coming to Ganley for 2 reasons. 1 closer to my home. 2 more importantly the dealer in Strongsville was horrible with service amongst other things. 4 cars and one truck later I love their service team. Sales and Financial desk. I wont say we havent had our mission understanding s but these people always make it right

Ganley chevrolet takes care of customers the best they can sometimes its ok to pressure to get things done further thru service department but working together things get done everyone doesnt know everything

Overpriced parts and labor, I found the part for significantly cheaper at AutoZone and another shop that could do the job for less than half the cost. Service people were very nice at least.

They performed service on the car. The car was ready when promised and the service was excellent. This will be our dealership for the foreseeable future.
