Horrible salesman (few months ago) man had a extremely smart mouth and just seemed like i was bothering him with my need of a new dryer. Really ticked my wife and myself off. Will never shop here again.

Nice Sears center in Brookhaven with a great staff of people who are very knowledgeable about appliances and prices are right.

The worst customer service. Period.... took a month to receive my appliance and nobody to install it. Oh they will sale u a appliance but dont have anyone to install it. Go somewhere else these ppl are a joke

Dont know what stores these other people have been in but Ive been in this store multiple times over the years and the lethargy that plagued other Sears stores does this one. No sales people to check you out. The ones on the door act like they couldnt care less if they sale you something out not. No wonder the company as a whole missed the market
