Sale Days are the coolest. They have great selections. The ladies on the floor are helpful. They have numerous brand Name furn, also width lengths special designed for your accommodations.

Even though we didnt find what we were looking for, Im giving a 5 star rating for customer service and that they had a memorial set up for one of their long-time employees that unexpectedly passed away. That says so much about them as a company.

Tillmans Furniture in Brookhaven is the place you need to go! I was extremely pleased with the nice and very helpful salesman Al ! They delivered my furniture and set it up in no time! Very efficient delivery men! Great job! Now a dear sweet friend of mine has started working there! My rating for Tillman’s is excellent!!!!

Worst service I have experienced in a furniture store. I walked in and I got glared at immediately. Then I asked for assistance and some there, I believe named Mackayla, a SALESPERSON IN SALES was absolutely awful towards me. She ignored me and then when she did speak, she was very rude. I will not come back if she is in there.

Our Salesman was great and very helpful. I wish that I could say the same about the ladies in the finance area. Mikayla and the other woman was rude and acted as though I was wasting their time. My advice: if you dont like your job; find a new one because your interpersonal skills are nonexistent!!!

It was the worst experience I have ever had buying furniture before, no one had a clue what was going on and I have never been treated so bad from sales all the way up to the ladies giving prices that my salesmen said he had to get a price from which was this huge lady sitting behind the desk who told me we close in 15 minutes and it was 5:30. This place is a joke and I know the Tillmans personally and I plan on letting them know of my experience. I just moved to this town from Brandon and my family did all our shopping at Miskellys, if we are going to get treated like this we will just make the short drive to Pearl.. I would not suggest any one do business with this place, totaljoke!!
