Its a Walmart not a fed ex

Paid for packing of a vintage computer. Was charged extra for fragile packing. Computer arrived broken. Their fragile packing attempt was to put the computer in the box with brown paper crunched in. Box was wrong size.

My FedEx driver let someone else sign for my package because he was too lazy to take it to their Walmart location for me to pick it up.Now, the company is telling me to call the company I bought it from to get a replacement.Replace your driver! My building management will be looking at the camera to see who it was...Look at the ID, then let the receiver sign for it. Its just that simple...
