The OWNER of this store is extremely rude, arrogant and a down right nasty WITCH!! BEWARE she acts as if she doesn’t need your business. I would not spend a dime at this store. Always a long line because she’s under staffed. No wonder she can’t keep any employees! I can wholeheartedly say that I hate this location and I wouldn’t recommend spending your time or money there!!

I visited this place for printing, Vino and team did a good job to get those posters finished within one hour. I called few other stores no one able to get it done. I would highly recommend this location compare to others, pricing is cheaper than other stores....

The Price Gouging (Over Pricing) at this store is totally unreasonable. I was charged 134$ for a 29$ International Letter Envelope shipping. When I contacted the Store about it, the Owner Vinos response was so bad. I will never visit the store again.

Had an interesting issue resolved. Sent a package with over $400 in value. The package was sent from this ups store) and delivered successfully. However intended recipient never received the package. Luckily, I had insurance on the package.The staff were a bit disappointed that I had this issue. The claim was filed immediately. Matt helped us out and Vino was instrumental in the process.We’ve sent lots of packages to our customers and none have ever not reached the intended party. Glad to have resolution and full refund of package content value.Thanks

I would not recommend coming here unless you have to or if you’re just dropping off packages. There was a customer in front of me who was shipping $600-700 of valuable electronics to his family in Africa and Kyle who was working at the time, had a very disrespectful attitude and demeanor towards this customer. This customer did not have his valuables packed in boxes yet and Kyle became furious. Most UPS stores are individually owned and selling services like packing valuables in boxes for customers is what keeps the business running. You don’t make money on returns, so you should be happy for the place you are working at if you’re able to sell services for them. Kyle definitely needs some customer service and culture training.

The owner and staff always greet their customers with a smile. They go above and beyond to help me with all of my business needs and identify ways to save money doing it. When I am in a pinch and need quick turn around they have always come through for me! I really enjoy doing business with them, they have provided excellent customer service year after year!

Ive never had any problems from UPS till this day. I had sent a box full of stuff to my sister out of state and bought lots of good things in there like makeups which she didnt receive one of. She received only one but not the other. So what to think right? These makeups are not cheap! And to think that I trusted them workers. Sigh! I dont think it deserves any stars at all.

I shipped an overnight package containing mail to my grandpa who was staying in a mobile home in Georgia. I was very nervous because the package was in care of I told the employee it was my first time, and he was so helpful. It made me feel really relaxed, because he was super knowledgeable.

Ive always had good and pleasant service from this store. I think the key is that it is a franchise store and the owner works there.Re price of supplies/Deborah105 I can only say Grow up. If you dont like the price, dont buy the product. There is no law that says a store must comparison shop your desired product because you have not done so.

I give this star to the woman who advised me that she has 6 years of experience......I have been a customer at this location for 3 years and have always been treated well by every employee I have ever encountered (15-20 visits between my husband and I) EXCEPT for her. She is extremely rude, does not listen to questions/instructions tried to suggestive sell me an over priced box to replace my newly purchased box (that she made faces and poked at as if it were dirty) that I brought in and became angry after I declined. She asked for the shipping zip code and went on and on about how expensive it would be (I have sent items to CA before at this location that were much heavier/larger dimensions) She quoted and extremely high price and I questioned the calculation because again I shipped heavier/larger for less this year. Rather then provide me the information she told me how much experience she had as if that quantified the cost calculation. Her false ego and rudeness prompted me to collect my package and leave instantly. I advised her that the sole reason I refused the shipping services was her terrible service. Not sure what her 6 years of expertise is for but it was not excersised in todays visit.

Been to 100 ups stores all over the country. I bring Amazon returns amongst other uses for the service. The person at this store charged me .50 cents to tape the box. Never happened to me before. I guess UPS just wants to nickel and dime you for everything. Avoid this store!

Paid to have replacement phone shipped overnight through UPS. Waited at work all day, checked online update. It stated delivery attempt made. Security checked ALL video footage and no one attempted delivery. Driver lied, no delivery was attempted. I work for a major corporation and the building is highly visble. Now I have to wait two more days with no recourse. Use Fed Ex better service

Just left this UPS store and have to say that looks like the newer ownership is already trying to establish negative relationship. Was returning items from Amazon, which Amazon pays for the return, and the petty woman (didnt get her name but will likely update this review. Shes the only female that I see working there), decides to charge me .50 cent for pulling a strip of tape over the box, which she, in her broken English, termed materials and labor. Im sure that the cost of running the credit card was more than the .50 that she decided to charge me for the 10 inches of clear tape from her roller. Have NEVER had UPS charge me for a stip of tape when returning an item. I will be sending a note to Amazon to verify that they (Amazon) only pay a corporate amount which excludes labor and materials, ie; a strip of tape.Very disappointed and offended.

I have two daughters that compete for daddys affection and the younger old feels as if I favor the older, so on the 7th I sent two autographed portraits of You are what you eat, The Bible, by Lester; $126.18 total for two different addresses in Kansas City, supposedly separately.Well to my surprise and now dismay the baby girl got both; Its been total hell since. You would think if you got separate shipping labels, that clearly state 1 of 1 for each all other charges are doubled, addresses are clearly different, someone at this UPS Store would have caught the mistake. Now I find out that our local UPS Store is a franchise, and not a very good one at that. PLEASE REFUND MY CHARGE FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED!!!!!

In the month of November I sent a box of 75 pounds for Miami-conavenca, with food and personal items and the box never arrived and this date I have not yet recognized the loss of the box, apart from that in that office they treated me poorly to my husband, for my part they do not deserve a star. they need better staff in customer service.

I tried giving this store another chance after an bad experience with the owner Vino & AGAIN i had TERRIBLE service with her . She’s very unprofessional to not only her customers but her staff as well, telling people‘s personal business that should only be left between her & the person . She made me feel very uncomfortable, i would rather drive further away for better service ! keep her as the owner & this place will be closed soon !

I contacted this store after being given their number by a local charity organization. I needed an item picked up and sent to me from this charity.I was given a reasonable quote to pick up, pack and ship the item. However, when it actually came down to picking up and shipping the item, the quote doubled! Pick up went from $5 to $25 and shipping went from $27.83 to $50. Do yourself a favor and use PakMail. At least they stand by their quotes and they are cheaper after this store raises theirs.

What can I say?I walked in with a DishNet return in the original box but still needed to attach the shipping label and tape up the box and all that. The nice guy at the cashier told me to hand everything over and hed take care of it. He printed my receipt and taped the box finally said I was good to go. He even printed the receipt for me to track the package in case DishNet lost the package. What a service, I haven’t had this service any UPS store! Must be a good friendly staff hired by owners.

Multiple stops for prepaid labels and always the lady wouldn’t touch them and asks me to put the plastic envelope and tape it myself as if it’s contagious. No other UPS store does that. Despite the fact that I choose this location to support the business in a dead plaza.

Im filing a complaint with the UPS corporate office. This particular UPS store (the Brooklyn Center location) has twice overcharged for packing materials. Once with small packing boxes - I was charged twice the going rate even after we questioned the pricing - and just yesterday I was charged $45 for a five pound box of wrapping paper.When I brought it home I checked out an empty box I had purchased at the same location a few years back and the pricing was $16.97 for 10 pounds.I returned the box of paper this morning and was helped by a lovely woman that was fixed the problem for me and returned the charges to my credit card.I then went to U-Haul where they sell a 10 pound box of wrapping paper for $9.99.I wish I could choose no stars.Check your receipts.
