Probably got 2 cones...wife likes crunch coat & I like chocolate
We brought 2 large Raspberry cheese cake blizzards @ 13.50, it tasted like vanilla cheese cake hardly any Raspberry in either one of them, very disappointed in this, the asst manager had the staff premix then hand everything to him, Why I dont know, the amount of Raspberry was for a less than small, this location dont care, cant compare to anoka or COON rapidsVery 😠 dont have money to WASTE!!I would like 2 NEW large Raspberry cheese cake, to satisfy this order
They make the best blizzards here. Always full of cookie dough. Fast service. Been coming here for years. Better then other DQs in the area.
Been coming here for over 20 years! Love the place. The kids that work there are really nice and the managers over the years have been awesome!
I just got to say this dairy Queen charges $2 more on average per mainstream item then the standard dairy Queens this is an outrage thats thats an average of $8 more per trip per family just to go to this specific dairy Queen this owner is hosing everybody I would drive down the street and go to the next dairy Queen friends
Great service! Great attitudes and a positive vibe from all the workers! Had a large order over 70$ and they serviced us in under 5 min! Talk about speed! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would
We stopped here on our way home. And was actually a good choice, since I satisfied my blizzard cravings, that I had along with my burger. Good people, good food.
How do you get food handed to you not in a bag with multiple items.. and the service was garbage... also when I got home.. my blizzards I order was all soupy and not thick like a regular blizzard... I only live 5 mins away... not going back to this garage DQ
Really good service.
Byers beware that this location does not accept any coupons on the app or from your email like every other dairy Queen location. Its unclear to me why they do this aside from just wanting to suck an extra $5 out of you. Their food and service is excellent however, but I would recommend going to a different location. we were informed by the staff that is the owners policy that the coupons must be printed but in 2019 I think this is a ridiculous request #freetheapp
They made the best blizzard Ive had in a long time. Also forgot to order it with whipped cream and the guy working made sure to add or on for me at no cost.
My Hubby and I went out for a late afternoon drive to see our Mississippi River Flowing over the banks here in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota and into our Large Park Parking Lot!!And then he said do you want to go to Dairy Queen? And I thought oh how funny... because I was going to surprise him and drive him up there!!So we drove to the Dairy Queen and went through the drive up and then I ordered a Double ice cream cone dipped in Chocolate and he got a Heath bar Medium Blizzard with Extra Chocolate!!This is the perfect treat for an afternoon Drive!! 😄
While I get that some stores are not corporate ran, Ive never been to a DQ that did not serve their blizzard upside down. When told that they did not serve it upside down the manager was quite short/rude in showing us the fine print that it is for participating stores. Why would you not follow the DQ way tho? Then, as a separate purchase, I wanted to use a coupon on the DQ app. The app asks which store youre at so it can make sure to bring up the correct promotions (which is how I found out that this location does not allow for online ordering and the app is unaware of this stores hours of operations). When presenting my coupon I was told, again quite shortly, they dont participate in mobile coupons. Um. The app says you do. So I was told to take it up with corporate. Ok, fine. What is the store number so I can identify the location? The staff do not know and the manager also did not know. Who would know that? Oh, the owner. Ok. Well can you please call the owner and get the store number for me? While I admit that at this point Im quite frustrated with their attitude and am letting it effect mine, the manager told me to forget it, I can Google whatever information I want to get.Oh. Ok. The manager stated they only work there and that they only help customers. Well, I made 2 purchases and the other person I was with also purchased items so I would say that qualifies me as a customer. He didnt agree. After a few minutes another employee came to the counter (I was sitting at a table with my party and waiting for my kid to finish her treat) and let us know he found the store number in the back room. Ok. The other person I was with took down the info and we left. They did attempt an apology as we were walking out stating they had been busy today (it was GREAT weather), and they were tired (or something along those lines). I get it but was no reason to be rude on multiple occasions.
Their chili cheese dog is awesome. Sometimes its just what I crave! Always good food and great service
Once again Andrew and his staff were AWESOME..love that DQ
I was not impressed with this DQ location. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other and their friends who were hanging out inside and outside. The garbage cans were overflowing and the tables werent cleaned, yet the restaurant wasnt busy. My order was fine when I finally got it. They could be a bunch better with some customer service training and better cleaning regimen.
Rude workers with no masks, no type of barriers up inside and an overall sense of the workers not wanting to help you.
The food was under par, took 5 extra minutes than another nearby location, and there was only one worker. My happily married aunt was there with me and the Manager started to flirt with her disrespectfully. She had a ring on and asked him to stop but he just laughed at her. Im Never going back there. Its not a corporate location so they wont accept all promotions or coupons either.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Should not be allowed to carry the Dairy Queen name. Refused to honor DQ coupons through the app. If they don’t want to be a part of a system they should get out. Will not go there again!
Most expensive DQ ever been to. Cheap on servings too. Ordered pecan mudslide. Banana split, the split had maybe 1 teaspoon of toppings at most. $14 FOR 2 TESTS. WOW! WE TALKED ABOUT GETTING THE PRETZEL STICKS WITH CHEESE AND WHEN WE SAW IT WAS $3.50 WE SAID NO. MOST DQ THEY ARE $2-2.50. DONT THINK I WILL GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.
Ice cream, soft serve...... And pick out what you want on it or on top of. Yea, good stuff Manyard.
Really nice guy at the window and my treat was great!
I ordered the mini strawberry shortcake blizzard. I thought a blizzard was a little stiff and thicker, this blizzard was very runny. I was asked if I wanted a top, the plastic top wasnt even a top it was a container which made it hard to transport home. The blizzard got better only because I put it in the freezer for about 45 minutes. They need to make their blizzards more thicker. It was ok.
Always a cool treat. Love the blizzards.
The food was ok for something fast, but not very fresh/hot. The ice cream cones and freeze dessert were as expected. Our order was also not correctly completed, but the staff did make it right.
Great staff!
Nice and clean
Yesterday I ordered a banana split blizzard and it was literally like a shake and some-what warm. I would say that the Dairy Queen in Anoka is much better, for that reason if I was to order a Blizzard they will tip it upside down... and isnt it a DQ thing to do that any how. Dont know if I will ever return to this location again. FYI - you dont give someone melty shake when they ordered a BLIZZARD.
The guys i encountered at this store were the funniest friendliest guys Ive ever met in my like even the African American one you should stop and talk with them some time great dairy queen phenominal employees
Wish there was more outdoor seating. Very clean and inviting
Pretty upset they dont accept coupons... really stupid.
Always a great vibes and good attitude from the employees.
As speedy as a Dairy Queen can get, with excellent service and customer care.
Blizzard orders mixed up.
Fast service, with friendly and respectful staff who can still make blizzards no longer on the regular menu (like tropical or Hawaiian). So happy to have this DQ close by.
Workers were rude that last time I was there. In previous visits i had not experienced that
Fun little DQ. Summer special Blizzards make the summer evenings even more fun with friends. Staff was funny and friendly.
One thing I can say about this DQ location is that they are consistent. Once about every other year I find myself at this Dairy Queen because of some poor decision, or due to coercion or who knows why. And they never fail! They never fail to disappoint! This time my kids convinced us it would be a good idea to head in for DQs free cone day. After all, how can they screw up a free cone? That was a stupid question. They ran out of cones! Not all the cones of course, but they couldnt possibly have made a free sized cone in a larger cone. They must not have known that DQ free cone day was coming. International Dairy Queen perhaps should have done a better job communicating that it was going to be free cone day. On the other hand, the dozens of other potential patrons that came and went in the brief time I was there would suggest that communication about the event was adequate. It couldnt be that the owner or manager intentionally ran out of cones by 5 oclock before anybody was even off of work so that everyone else who came in (only because of free cone day because no one would go there otherwise due to the aforementioned consistent service) had to buy something expensive or risk disappointing children for whom an ice cream expectation had already been set. No, no one would do that to anyone on purpose.
We ordered two blizzards. Both blizzards were missing their cookie dough and s’mores chocolate. This is not the first time this has happened. Each time we go there something is screwed up and the service is horrible
I live close to this DQ so sometimes when a craving hits this is the best option. Once a got a blizzard where the ice cream tasted like metal about 2 years ago. I believe it must be the aspartame in the ice cream. They dont blend the candy in the blizzard well. Youll only get it on top and nothing the rest of the way in. Ive gone there every once in a while to give it another shot, the ice cream still tastes off compared to other DQs. Now we either drive to Champlin or get hard ice cream from the Festival grocery store next to this DQ.
Worst DQ ever. Doesnt have a frier, has a very rude team of employees, menu is twice as expensive as normal Dairy Queen. Overall, I would not touch this Dairy Queen with a mile-long-stick; DO NOT make the same mistake I did by going to this location. There is one off of Zane in Brooklyn Park only a few miles from this one.
This place is NOT a real DQ. They do NOT honor regular DQ specials or have the DQ minis. Food was not hot and more expensive than a regular DQ. Go to the one in Champlin, MN
Great place love there ice cream cake
I have been there at least a dozen times this spring. Every single time I go they screw up my order...Every single time.
That good place too.
Dairy queen ice cream cakes are very expensive. I paid 34.00 $ for a 8inch cake. Wow
It is high priced ice milk, but good none the less, I love the Blizzard.
Peanut Butter Smash blizzard. Awesome.
Took our son to get ice cream but when we arrived they stated that they will no longer honor coupons. Left without purchasing and will stick with the champlin location.
Its the DQ....what else can I say?!
Love the shakes
Food is ok just wish there were tables and we could enter the building
Quality is good!
High PricesBut really good....😊😊😊😊 😊

Oreo Cookie Blizzard was delicious
Great ice cream
Guys at counter white guy, and the black dude were both really rude
