A Must visit for the seasonal PSL. Our Family looks forward to these coffees every year and they never disappoint

I absolutely love this Starbucks. The employees are so friendly and if you are a regular they remember your name and drink order.

The staff was friendly and quick. I enjoyed my experience.

Third place in 3 different states I have attempted to get a shaken espresso and they all have been out. Also they didnt have the impossible sandwich. So both items I wanted they didnt have.

Love this crew!! The staff know my name and the frequent flyers. They are very warm and welcoming. Like anywhere, there are occasional hiccups when things get busy. Because the staff is so kind, I don’t mind as much when there’s an error. It’ll get corrected. Keep up the great work guys!!! I love your spirit!!

Everything youd expect from a Starbucks. There is no drive-thru here, so its not usually really crowded and theres usually no wait, which is a plus.

This location had a large change in staff after reopening. The new staff members are very irritable, impatient and inaccurate with orders.

The new Starbucks is just ok. The service could of been a bit faster. And the blueberry ice tea could of had more ice tea in the mix

I love this Star Bucks, very nice and friendly works. Always busy and they never show their stress, and go above and beyond. Parking can be better, thats my only thing.

Asked for a cold brew with cold foam. No sweetener in foam which is how it is supposed to be made. Please provide more training so they can get it right!!

Everytime I go to Starbucks I always get a venti dragon drink with no ice because I have extremely sensitive teeth . I always get my drink filled to the top with no ice at any other location I go to. I went to this location and the employee told me he couldnt fill my drink up all the way because I got no ice. I will never return to this location I paid $5.38 for a half filled drink.

It was okay service. I asked for a caramel frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle but I hardly got any caramel drizzle. I ordered my drink 1st then 3 other customers came after me. I was the last drink they made. And the person making my drink was moving and doing the drinks so slow.

Met an amazing barista named Kenya today and she honestly made my trip there a delight. She was kind, funny, and very friendly! The drinks as well were also well made. 5 stars!

I went in Starbucks for tea I wasnt feeling well so when i asked the gentleman about the tea selection I he told me what worked for him and I took it and I actually was feeling little better! Thanks to him!

I normally love Starbucks, but this visit was the worst experience I have ever had. First I waited to get my drinks for over 30 minutes, I didnt get them at once, like I ordered them in the app, instead it was one every 10 minutes. Other people were coming in after me and getting their drinks. There were two people working on a busy weekend and it was taking forever, but I was in no rush so I tried to be patient. When I told the lady I had ordered 25 minutes ago and still was missing a drink she looked and said it must not be up yet! Three more drinks were made before she finally found my order and made mine and it was wrong! She did make me a new one and I appreciate that, but the entire situation was ridiculous.

Little choice of coffee if you want something decaffeinated. My only choice was a decaf coffee where I had to mix my own sugar. And my grande cup was not grande. It was a small cup.

I support their corporate policies towards local community involvement. And their ability to send Fox News into frothing rage makes me smile.Their coffee... meh. Horribly over oxidized. Hideously overpriced.But, theyre obviously popular.When friends want to meet there, I get a sugar free cocoa. They get points for having a sugar free cocoa option.

Large tea was 3.18. Thats alot for 2tbags and water

If I could give it zero I would. Overpriced for average to below average product. Dunkin much better.

I could be the only person in this place and it still takes 15+ min to get an iced latte. Every single time. And drinks are always served out of order.
