Don’t shop in comfortable clothing on your day off unless you want to get followed. They won’t greet you or even smile at you like they do to surrounding customers. Then they will have the nerve to thank you on your way out, after you end up buying product and didn’t steal like they thought you would.
This is my go-to location! I brought my mom in to return a previous foundation. She was helped by Eric who helped her find her proper shade and who was helpful with information on all makeup and fragrances. Eric was absolutely FANTASTIC! He took the time to help her find her foundation and was patient and professional. Sending a HUGE thank you Eric and highly recommend this location.
Really helpful staff. Very upbeat. Helped me find the best scent.
The best staff i have ever worked with and Cynthia S was amazing with me last week she helped me rematch my coloring for my foundation and lip liner and I had never done lip liner but she was great and so very help full thanks u so much for all ur help.
Everyone was super super nice and really helpful. I had so much information around skin care and really stepped up my skin care routine from it, which I really appreciate. There was a woman who was so helpful, I forgot her name but she recommended the pink watermelon skin moisturizer and I love it.The staff members were super knowledgeable, 5 stars for their staff for sure.I had to take away one star because I bought some eyelash glue and when I went to use it, it was all dried out... I also went to use it on my wedding day so that way kinda stressful. managed to scrape out enough for them to stick throughout the ceremony but it was a bummer coming from a new product.
They were so pleasant and super fun to be around Cynthia S the person who helped me was amazing, I loved her, she found all the right colors for me, and everything while I was there. And though it was expensive, the products that I got are amazing. I love my Kat Von d lipstick like its gorgeous outlaw is definitely my color.
Amazing staff, Chloe was amazing. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, listened to my makeup style and helped me find a couple things I didnt need but definitely wanted!
OMG LOVEEEE, I came in on the 21st of March for my birthday weekend. The girl who was working at the door was so happy to see my birthday sash and insisted that I grab my free birthday gift for being a member.I had so much fun finding all my products and just having a blast in there. I love makeup and I love the people who work there.-Nico
Kim was beyond helpful during my last visit. I was looking for a new cologne and didn’t really know what I wanted. She had some solid recommendations, I ended up going with the Tom Ford she had recommended.
Had a wonderful salesperson that spent a lot of time with me. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, and full of patience with me.
Employees are so helpful and friendly!
Staff is always helpful, and they are doing an excellent job of making the store feel safe during COVID
All of the staff of this store are amazingly helpful and wonderful. They give great advice and I like being a customer. Ill continue coming back here.
If you ladies love make up ..This is your store
Im really disappointed because sephora is one of my main stores that I love to go to but its sad when they have staff that treat you like your a germ Ive never done a Google review this is my first time and its sad it has to be a bad one against my favorite store I literally just walked out and the experience made me so mad I left the mall
Everyone here is always nice and very helpful. Kim helped me today and was absolutely incredible! Despite having to work on a holiday, Kim was upbeat, friendly, and very helpful. Thanks for a great experience!
Best Sephora in Colorado. I always get the assistance I need & Staff is extremely kind. So happy they carry the Chanel brand. Was able to purchase my favorite Chanel perfume
Ask for Nina! She did a great job selecting the right products for my face and personal preferences. I cant say enough about finding the right person in a store with so many products and possibilities. I returned products from the Boulder store that did not fit me and feel so much happier with the products I went with. Nina does know a lot about the different options and helped me tremendously with my picks. Thank you!
I started at MAC. They were not nice...must get paid on commission...I got dumped for another customer.I went to Sephora and they were amazing. 3 different girls helped me find what I needed and were super nice! Thanks!
I needed to return some items past the store maximum of 60 days and the manager, Chelsey, went way out of her way to help me. This is one of the best customer experiences Ive ever had and I am very pleased with how I was treated. Couldnt be happier!
If I could put a zero star I would. The people that work there are very rude. From the regular associates to the manager. There was only one friendly person who looked like she actually liked her job and talking to the paying customes.I guess Ill shop online and go straight to the brands Yves Saint Laurent I wish you were at Ulta.
Extremely rude workers, every single time I go to this store and I ask a question to the ladies in the back about skincare they respond with such an attitude they are not friendly at all, they do not make you feel welcome. I visited the store in Cherry Creek and WOW what a difference, the people there were nice and very attentive, perhaps they should have the same people train the staff at the Flatirons mall location.
Dragged in with the gf.... Didnt have a bad time surprisingly.
Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, the employees were super polite to me. I got my birthday gift, and the employees were super happy for me and wished me happy birthday. The only reason my rating isnt 5 stars is because the stuff is kinda pricey here.
Yes they can be a bit expensive, but if you want to treat yourself-guys included-check it out...
Oh my gosh I’m in love! I came here for a make up appointment because I’m getting married & would rather learn how to do it myself than pay a lot of money for a MUA the day of. Dominique & Nina were AMAZING! They taught me everything they were doing, explained every product & it’s purpose, & even taught me application how-tos! Even after our appointment, they helped us find every product & answered every question! I am so happy I came here, these girls are so talented & have so much to offer! I am a wedding photographer & will refer all of my brides here for their wedding make up! ❤️
Supper kind
This place made feel like I was not wanted just because of the way I was dressed that day. I dont have to say sorry it my lazy day and explain to any of you why I am dressed the say I am. Everyone that goes into that store should be treated the same. Little did they know I was about to drop $500 in make up but they lost out just because they didnt want to do a color match. I would have bought more then $40 worth if they treated me better.
Get woke go broke.
I got great service and good advice right when I walked in the door. The store is clean and well organized. Thank you to Sydney for being super helpful!
Workers were so rude & called mall security to come harass us because they thought we were stealing. If I was more motivated I wouldve gone to a different location to buy my almost $250 worth of products. Not happy you d**cks. Learn customer service.
I want to express my displeasure with the people who work in Sephora in Flatiron crossing mall: I have spent hundreds of dollars on purchases! but I arrived twice in a row without buying anything, trying out my favorite cosmetics and I was left with a very bad attitude! the staff was apathetic and nothing pleasant! perhaps you do not depend on your clientele? I do not recommend anyone go there! they are disgusting!
I called to make sure they werent busy so I could get some help finding lipstick to wear to my upcoming wedding. I went through 3 sales associates. I know I wasnt buying a lot, but I feel like I was bothering them. The first girl was terrible. She checked my skin and told me to look at products on a computer screen and then she left. If I wanted to look online, I would have stayed at home. I found another associate and told her this was crazy and I didnt even know what I was looking at online since I dont even wear any of those products ever and wouldnt know the difference. I gave 2 stars bc of the girl that finally helped me and the girl working next to her. They were nice enough, but not great. I was only buying $20 lipstick and they seemed annoyed. I will never go there again. I felt like a bother. Get rid of those computers.
I went to the Sephora at flatirons crossing. The products were great, but I didnt end up buying anything because the staff was so incredibly rude. They continuously stared at me and made me uncomfortable to even pick something up to look at it. The staff followed me around the store and they didnt even talk to me or ask me if I needed help finding anything. I would probably never visit again until you get an entire new staff of employees, that have common courtesy skills.
Had the cologne I wanted for the price I wanted plus beautiful fast friendly helpful service
I always viewed sephora as ridiculously overwhelming. This location is the best experience Ive had. The girls are super sweet and gave me samples of foundation to try based off of what I told them my needs are. They didnt have a product I wanted but 3 different employees checked on it for me just to go the extra mile. I had to exchange two lip products within a week because neither of them worked out for me. The cashier was more than accommodating and it was done very quickly. I can actually say that my experience at this sephora changed my view of the company. Keep up the excellent service!
Worst customer service ever.
Made me want to either die or become a prostitute. The entire staff did their best to make sure you wanted to leave as quickly as possible. If youre under the age of 30 dont even bother, once you walk through the door youre a suspect under constant surveillance. When confronting a manager about rude behavior dont expect much. Theyll apologize and offer a makeover but you can see their insincereness in their cold, dead, soulless black eyes. I felt like I was on an episode of the Twilight Zone. One blonde girl in particular was a real pain. Didnt bother to remember her name, all I remember is her tense voice scarring me for life. Pretty sure I walked out of that store in the same mental state as 2007 Brittany Spears. If I end up on the news with a shaved head, downing a bottle of vodka, throwing my life away know its youre fault. Im only fifteen. Screw you all for making me feel worthless.
EVERYONE who works here is so rude! Every single time I come here! It’s ridiculous they are never willing to help me out, too busy to give me the time of day. When I ask them for help ordering something they say I can do it on my own time. Never willing to check other stores for things they are out of. Always sit around and talk to each other and get annoyed when I come up to them and ask for help. Would pick any location but this one.
Some brands that were online arent offered here (Charlotte Tilbury for example). The staff is helpful but not overbearing.
If this Sephora got mystery-shopped, theyd fail. So hard. In 30 minutes of browsing, I was not greeted, offered assistance, or spoken to once. Every salesperson in the store -- who was not actively cashing customers out -- did nothing but hang around the mirrors, gossiping and fixing their own hair. For 30 solid minutes. I wish I were kidding, but I have never seen such poor service. This Sephoras size, organization, and cleanliness have been a problem for years, but now theyre not even bothering to hire well. Sucks.
Zero..0... help or service- just right now. I spend at least 10 minutes in the store and nobody even said hi to me. I needed a new foundation since my complection changes over the Summer. The employees puddled for a chat and looked at me but no interaction -even when I followed one....guess Im not Sephora material.....nor customer-anymore
I just went to this Sephora for the first time today, and I was incredibly disappointed with their staff. I asked one male associate for help finding foundation, and it seemed like I was just bothering him. His attitude was one of How dare I ask him for help at the store hes employed at? Then, I asked another saleswoman for help finding an eye cream, and she could not have been less enthusiastic. Instead of really listening to what I was looking for, it seemed like she just aimlessly looked for something that might work. Again, it seemed like I was just bothering her. Really, really rude staff. Im going to continue to shop for my beauty needs at Nordstrom.
I use to love shopping at Sephora until I had a bad experience and I stopped going there. I had scheduled a make up session with a purchase of 50$. I go to my appointment and the guy who did my make up was taking a long time to do my face. Its supposed to be an hour appointment and we were passed the hour and had a place to be after. So I buy perfume and a hair straightener for 180$ and I choose two things from what he used and since we were running late I was rushed into buying a palette and a concealer for 70$. After I left I noticed that the make up was so plain and most of it came down my face after an hour. I go to a different location where I live and asked if I can return or even exchange the palette and concealer and she said she couldnt because they were on the same receipt as my make up session. I told her that I did spend 180$ and she said she will have a manager call me. So a manager calls me to tell me how they cant do it. Every since then I never go back to any sephora locations. I spent about 300$ that one day and was rushed into buying two items that were definitely not my skin fit. Now I go to mac at Macys way much better, better customer service for sure.
Just wish it was less expensive!
Nice could have been better
The store its self was wonderful!! But I really only went in to find 2 things and to just look around. I was greeted kindly but then 2 short minutes after being there I was being handed a basket (as if I were supposed to take it) and then was hovered for a good 5 minutes. After being hovered this person kept trying to engage as much conversation as possible. It seemed no matter where I went there was somebody down my neck or staring at me.... VERYYYY uncomfortable experience. I got my two things though and somebody still had something to say oh its lash day?...... Yeah..... Its lash day....
So the first and last time I went to this location is went with a couple girlfriends and the workers were literally breathing down our necks up our butts the whole time we were here. It made me feel super uncomfortable, I would have bought something but I just wanted to leave. There was even a woman watching us. Its super rude to stare at customers while they shop. Last time I walked by this store there was a woman legitimately standing there watching a group of people shop like it was her assigned job for the day. If youre worried about shoplifting get surveillance dont scare your clientele away by unprofessional behavior.
Miss Kiylee (hope I spelled that correct) Was AMAZING!I brought my 16 year old sister in for a tutorial on how to do her eyelashes and foundation, she has been super nervous and has never wanted to try it do to that small issue. Kiylee was gentle, thorough and so kind! She walked through everything with my sister and made her feel so much more comfortable with doing her own makeup. Thank you so much for everything! By far the best customer service yet.
Perfect place for any formal occasion and the prices are incredible.
I’m a VIB rouge level purchaser (which means I spend wayyyyy more than I should on beauty products) and basically refuse to go into their retail outlets any longer. I am above 50 and get ignored every time I go in. I used to be very allegiant to Sephora. I’ve been a shopper there for decades and am extraordinarily disappointed in the staff behavior. They staff their stores with prima donnas who live for make up and associated products, yet have zero kindness or social skills. Yes. A blanket statement that covers what I’ve experienced time and time again. Hey. Wake up Sephora. I spend a lot more than a 14 year old with perfect skin. All my money goes to ulta now. The store samples suck and service is non existent. If you want deals, good samples and no snooty bitchy retail brats, try their website.
Im a VIP rouge member and ive never been to a Sephora that an employee has treated me with anything but respect. The first employee I came into contact with treated me as if I was stealing because I wasnt using a bag?? She offered me one and I agreed to take one. When I was asking questions about liquid highlight she would interrupt me to ask are you sure you put everything you have in the bag?She made me feel so uncomfortable I almost left on the spot but decided to purchase some items anyways.I just moved here but will be doing my makeup shopping at Ulta from now on....
Great selection of Cologne!
My only complaint is that this store which is on the North side of Denver does not have some of the products I need. I hate having to drive to the Cherry Creek Mall to get Armani foundation. I realize the shipping is free if they have it shipped in however most of the time I am out and need the product right away. They also do not stock the Bobbi Brown cream eye shadow so I am stuck driving or waiting for my online order to come in. I could totally understand the JC Penney Sephora having limited stock but there should be one store on the north side that has more variety. I usually get great customer service but I do notice that it instantly gets more enthusiastic once they pull me up and see Im a VIB Rouge status. (lol)
Every time I go to this Sephora no matter the day they are extremely rude and it seems like its a bother to ask them questions about the products and to match foundationsRather drive further to the Sephora in Cherry Creek
There was a different types and makeup lipsticks lip balms very huge selectionsand some things might be a little higher price that you get what you pay for
Lovely staff and the store looked neat and organized and the staff was very helpfull!! One of the better sephoras in Colorado
There are some girls/ boys that are really attentive but I would say 80% of the employees there are rude and act like they pay you to be there
Autumn was so knowledgeable and helpful, loved her!
Worst Sephora I’ve ever been too. The manager is extremely rude and pushy and I’d rather go to ulta.
Dont bother calling the store number to see if that have what you need in stock...they will not pick up 🙄😣🤯
Great make up!
Never stock up product on the shelf. Busy or not busy, services is terrible or disrespectful. Example: my wife asked help and she was redirected to another staff, WTH?
Great place
Most employees are really rude, have experienced this more than once at this location.
Staff are a little pushy but its a standard sephora
