I also like that in the midst of this pandemic, you get to shop by appointment so youre the only one in their warehouse when youre shopping. The price also couldnt be beat. I also splurged on a side sleeping pillow that has become my new best friend, and even that was offered at a significant discount! Finally, we had to bring our young children, and Matt was super sweet to them. He even gave each of them a little toy car when we were ready to go. I recently searched locally for a mattress. I visited Denver Mattress, Mattress Firm and others in search of a new mattress for my now-large son. The mattresses at these stores seemed acceptable from a quality standpoint, but were unfortunately a bit out of my budget. Reluctantly, I began to consider ordering a mattress from Amazon, when I came across Mattress By Appointment. I made an appointment with Matt, brought my son along for a test drive and quickly found a mattress that fit my budget - as well as my sons new size category. Matt was straightforward and friendly. I prepaid for a special order mattress. Matt delivered the mattress as soon as it came in. Done.My suggestion: Skip the fancy shops. Make an appointment and meet with Matt. Save yourself some of that hard-earned money.

Great customer service. Told him what I wanted and found the right fit for me. I wasn’t able to book appointment until 530 pm and I needed delivery. He showed up to the appointment on time and was able to deliver same day! Great person and high quality mattress.

Very knowledgeable, the process was easy and Matt was very friendly. I spent more than I was hoping to, but that’s on me, and I forget about that part every time I lay down on my mattress. They are so fast and efficient, with extremely professional customer service.I went to look at the mattresss Monday, Matt showed me everything available and within 15-20 minutes I was out the door with a delivery date the next day.When Matt showed up (early) to drop them off he was very nice and helpful.The mattresss I purchased were 70% less than I would have paid at the big outlet stores and having slept on them 2 nights now I couldnt be happier. Matt was awesome!! We joked around, negotiated to find a comfortable price, and he even sent me a piece I forgot at the garage so I didn’t have to drive back.

So disappointed. I am a single mom who needed to furnish an apartment after being homeless. I believed in Matt and his wife so I decided to invest in three beds. One king size bed for my girls and two queens for my son and I. The king size bed that I tested was amazing. The queen size bed in the same brand was not available to try so I took them at their word. Upon sleeping on my bed, I woke up with my arms numb as I have degenerative disc disease. I thought it was just par for the course. Then one day I went to lay down next to my daughter and was so shocked at how soft their bed was compared to mine! I asked Matt for a copy of the receipt as I was moving and working three jobs and believed I’d misplaced it. I have since searched my car and my new home for said receipt, to no avail. He said he did not have a receipt. He then said he needed to come out to compete a warranty claim. Now, he insists I strip the beds as if to imply I’m being dishonest? When I asked why, as you can feel the difference with it without bedding, he refused to reply. There is no way he doesn’t have a copy of the transaction. A good businessman keeps records of everything. He is now unwilling to make this right. If I had a lot of money to burn this would be a non issue... I’d sell it and get something else. That is not the case so I am left to figure this out on my own. He claims to be a man of faith... no wonder so many people have a problem with Jesus.

I found this place on Facebook I was a little worried at first because you never know but after calling and talking with Lisa on the phone I felt way more comfortable. Went to my appt met up with Matt and it was great I couldnt take it home with me right away so he held it for almost 2 weeks. I cant thank these 2 enough. Grade A customer service. OMG. These people were simply amazing. There were three or four customers in there I believe and the way they Tang Teamed (husband and wife) and served us all. It was Beautiful. I didnt once feel put off or ignored. And the prices, we searched and searched for my son a King mattress, jimminee but the price we paid here was almost $300 less than Everywhere else. If you are looking for mattresses I would make the drive, trust me or is worth it.
