Great job on my truck repair... looks as new as the day I purchased it. The staff is very friendly and professional. They even have a deal worked out to where my rental car could be left with them so that I could drive away with my own vehicle. Great company!

My dad and I were both given a verbal estimate for how much my car would approx. be to fix. My dad has done work with this shop many times before and has never had any issues. When I went in to sign the work authorization form, I never received a written estimate, just a general authorization form with no specific information about my car repair. Having read so many positive reviews and the good history my dad has had with them, I wasnt worried at all. When I received the phone call that my car was nearly ready to pick up, I was told several hundred dollars worth of additional parts were added without them notifying us of this before the parts were added. The parts were essential to get the car drivable and they discovered this after looking at the car closer, but my dad and I were never notified of the need to add parts or to increase the estimate amount. We are paying for this repair out of pocket and not through our insurance, and so this additional cost that they did not inform us of until the car was already finished is very frustrating. In my opinion, great customer service is keeping your client informed and updated on their repair, especially if you are going to be adding hundreds of dollars to the bill. I wouldnt have minded the additional parts if I had been contacted when they realized the repair would be more in depth, but receiving a call that the car is nearly finished and that the bill is several hundred dollars more than you were quoted is very frustrating. The extra $$$$ isnt the issue; but not contacting us as the customer to let us know of the need to increase the bill until the repair is already done is the issue. The mechanic did apologize and admit he made a mistake of not letting us know after I called back and spoke with him for a while. Thankful the repair is finally complete, but we will not be coming back for any further business.

I’ve taken two trucks to Golden Chassis and have received nothing but great service. Quick and thorough estimates and very fast and professional repairs. Very friendly and customer centric. Highly recommended and should I need any other repairs this is the place I’m going.

Had limited options for where to take my car when I was hit, so this location was picked by insurance.Everything was generally “okay”.The employees were kind, but everything seemed to be on downtime:Drop off, pick up, calling to check on the car was all at their own pace.They cleaned out the car, which wasn’t expected or anticipated, and I have binders of papers in the back that were all just thrown together.Had to re-wipe my whole car as the window were so streaky with whatever they used that it wasn’t safe to drive in the sunlight. Really guys?Wouldn’t be my first pick, but I suppose it’s a back up if something happens to my shop.

Horrible Customer Service! The women at the front desk is rude and seems to do things her way with no consideration for customer service. The level of communication at this body shop is what is in desperate need of repair! I have only been there twice and both times they have kept my car for several days without even doing any work to it. Just when I thought my car was going to be ready to pick up after 5 days, I found out on day 4 that they havent even started the work yet, couldnt get the parts and didnt bother to tell me either. All they needed to do was pick up the phone and tell me there was a problem, not sweep it under the rug. Then after having my car for a total of 10 days, between both trips, they only put 3 full days of work into it and still gave it back to me without the emblem on the front grill when I specifically gave it to them to put back on. This place is clearly busy enough to not need my business anymore. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! NEVER AGAIN!

I have had multiple cars repaired here and would recommend them to anyone. The quote they gave us was the cheapest, and the work ended up being cheaper than quoted. They returned my car to me in the time given. They did a great job! I will always take my cars to golden chassis for car repairs after an accident.

Worst body shop i have ever dealt with. extreme in pricing, estimates, etc. had my car for TWO WEEKS. i should have shopped around. then, they didnt even call me when car was finished, but claimed they did. i called after two weeks, concerned with the amount of time they had my car, with not one update or phone call received from them. my insurance company and myself were ripped off. my trunk was filled with broken glass upon its return to me. 3800. they charged to replace back glass window and small triangle in rear. three small holes in top side. and didnt even clean glass. and my family removed all glass from inside and out before they came to tow. live and learn people. do NOT make my same mistake.
