I called multiple times over the course of a week just to get a service appointment scheduled - once on Tuesday, twice on Thursday. I keep being asked for my name and number because they are too busy at the moment and that Casey will call me back. Never heard from Casey - must be too busy for my business. Going elsewhere.

Service writer did the high-pressure sales tactic to try to up-sell things I didnt need, but I was firm on what I wanted and didnt want. I was charged the higher price anyway.When I tried to get it corrected by phone, I first got the run-around, being sent to several different people, none of whom returned my call. I was told they were busy with customers, leading me to wonder what they thought I was..?When I drove there to get my money back, service manager Robert Saunders and customer service Donna became rude and hostile, telling me to leave and that they dont want my business (after 20 years).So much for their sign if you dont receive 5-star service, let us know.I called corporate. They were suitably appalled and told me they would have the general manager Andy Wernsman call by the end of the day. Cant say I was surprised that he did not call.This is not the first time Ive had trouble with the service department, but it will definitely be the last.Check the charges on your bill before you leave or you might have a devil of a time getting your money back --- and worse, you might be treated like dirt. This is the sloppiest, most unprofessional garage Ive ever been to.Now I have to wait 10 days to get my money back after they overcharged me. Ill be counting the days.
