Second-worst experience Ive ever had with getting a car repair, the other also being a Firestone repair shop years ago. I had a question about a difference in a price quote from one day to the next and was explaining a conversation I had with another technician and was interupted multiple times and finally hung up on. I called back to ask if he indeed hung up and explained that someone hanging up during a discussion would certainly play a role in whether or not I give them my business. He said, Ill answer this way... and hung up again. There are far too many places that repair vehicles for me to accept poor attitudes and purposeful disrespect.

Blew a tire today on my gooseneck trailer heading east on I-74, quickly Googled tire shop near me and you folks popped up. I received EXCELLENT, COURTEOUS, AND QUICK SERVICE!!!!!! You gentleman are awesome.....thank you Sean Janssen

This is a great Firestone. They have the best employees and service around. They will take care of you and give you the service you deserve. They helped me get my car fixed and working properly again.

I took my 97 toyota 4x4 pick up to this location after replacing a lot of components in the front suspension truck needed alignment badly after being in the shop for 30 minutes Larry (technician) call inside the shop and explain to me the issues Im having and what I need to get to get it fix we got that done a couple days later my rack and pinion gave up on me so I replace it and took it back for alignment Larry was available to get the my steering wheel center and the alignment done with no issues trucks drives pretty straight.. friendly staff except for the tall guy with glasses he could use some humor in his life

Very overpriced. Not sure they even know what they’re doing.Told me brake pads in the front needed replaced and would be over 400 dollars. Got a second opinion and they actually showed me everything and brake pads still had plenty of life. Told me struts and sway bar needed replaced and would be 900 dollars. Both are yet again fine.When I was there I got my back brakes down and now I regret it cause I’m sure they lied about those tooWouldn’t recommend and won’t go back

I scheduled an appointment online and their website shows they are open on the weekends but when I arrived for my appointment the store was closed.

Picked up a nail while traveling thru the area and they got us right in and had us back on the road pretty quickly, so thankful!

I would like to personally thank Mr. DEAN for ensuring quality and care was given to my truck in such a short time. I had no appointment, but needed new tires. He invited me to the shop asap and he ordered my tire set immediately after my arrival. I am so thankful. Because of his swift service I will be able to have safe travels with my newborn baby. I love Firestone. Ive been a member for years!

The best Firestone I have went to. The mechanics Are great and I had some cutter pins missing and they put them in while they were already there to keep me safe, safer than the so-called friend I had who didnt put them in in the first place And the nuts about fell off. These guys wanted to make sure I was leaving with a safe ride

We got a flat on Memorial Day, and the employees at Firestone went above and beyond for us. We called saying we had a flat and the quickest we can make it in was 2 minutes after they should have closed, and these guys made sure to stay open so we can finish our road trip back home. They were kind, resourceful, and got the work done. Very happy experience.

I think this place has the potential to do well, but needs more staff & friendlier staff. I called on a Friday and asked if they could look at tire for a creaking noise when I brake. They said no problem and bring it in at 4. I showed up at 4 and whoever I talked to in the morning didn’t put me on the system so I had to make a new appointment for the following week on Tuesday. I went in for my appointment and after about an hour they said it was fixed & the rotor just needed to be rotated. I drove it home and the sound wasn’t as loud, but still there. I called and told them, but they said I’d have to make another appointment which to me was ridiculous because it would make a 3rd trip for a minor issue.

I took my tire in to have a leak repaired. It was under warranty and it was misfiled as a Tahoe instead of a Suburban and I had to go around in circles over and over and over again to explain it was a Suburban and not a Tahoe. They kept on saying I cant find a Suburban. They didnt get it until I actually had to say it was not input correctly I have a Suburban not a Tahoe that should have let me in on how things were going to go because the person that input it didnt know the difference between a Tahoe and a Suburban and the person I was talking to couldnt understand English.I picked up the tire several hours later and I asked the technician what he had found and he said he could not find anything and they had soaked it with soapy water. They just resealed the bead and put a new valve stem in. I told them that I had soaked it twice with soapy water and found no leak and asked why did they not put it in the dunk tank and look for air bubbles and he said they thought they used to have one but wasnt sure. I thought that was very strange that a tire store does not have a dunk tank to check for leaks on tires. I took the tire home and put it back onto my Suburban and I also noticed they had not filled the tire to the proper pressure of 35 lb for the type of tire that I have on my Suburban It was only 30 (another gross mistake for under-inflating tires).6 days later I went out to drive my Suburban and it was 12 lbs low. I called them that morning to let them know my tire was low and then I needed to get it fixed again and asked if they had a dunk tank and they said yes they do. He told me he might be able to work it in the next day because he was short on people and that I needed to leave the car which I told him I couldnt do he then asked me if I could take the tire off and bring it in. I am 65 years old with a crippled right hand and I dont particularly like having to take off a huge SUV tire to take it back to them to fix.when I got there I complained to the same person that I went around and circles with over the warranty for the Suburban and explained that they have a sign that says Firestone which means they are supposed to be tire experts yet they dont even know that they have a dunk tank for checking for leaks. The manager walked up about that time and asked me to calm down. He then told me that the person that had worked on my tire was in training and didnt know about the dunk tank. So thats when I became really unhappy with him and told him thats his fault that he has untrained people working on my tire with obviously no supervision since he didnt know about the dunk tank and I threw my hands up in the air in disgust. He then told me to calm down and stop waving my hands.This is about a manager who doesnt train his employees properly nor supervises them correctly. Mistakes made on tires that go on vehicles traveling 70 mph and weigh 2,000 lb could cause a death. This is the second time Ive had a complaint against this facility. A year ago they left a mess in the drivers side floorboard which was full of brake fluid and it was covered over by their mat and I didnt discover it till I got home. I took pictures of it clean the mess up and took it back and the manager at that time gave me his card for one free oil change. all of this shows a lack of management, quality assurance and poor customer care.I then called Firestone and filed a complaint with them and a person named Cliff the area manager contacted me on the issue. After telling him what happened he made a very disconcerting statement and said theres two sides to every story and I said no theres not Im the customer. I then asked for his bosss name but he refused to give it to me so I called the Firestone complaint line again and the region supervisor is supposed to contact me. Its been 3 hours and I still dont have my tire and Im going to go ahead and post this.

More than 2 hours of wait time for a scheduled oil change. That was BEFORE they started the oil change. Seemed very upset they had to help a customer check in. Dont know why I returned, guess I was trying to give them a second chance after a few years, when they tried to hard sell my wife on things for her vehicle.

My service advisor, Dean, was a joy to work with. He exceeded all expectations by a long shot and truly made me feel as if I was valued. He is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable advisors that I have worked with. I highly recommend him and trust each and everything he tells me. I was up from S. Fl. spending the summer in Plainfield In. Bought Firestone Destinations LE2 4 years ago when i lived here. Joe and his crew did a great job on getting me in a set of the new DestinationLE3 tires for my Silverado Truck. Price was unbeatable and service was top notch. Will have my them do my vehicle service work while in Indiana.

Ah-mazing customer service - definitely recommend an appointment b/c they are super busy. Nice thing is if you decide to wait tons of restaurants, stores, salons, etc in walking distant. Very fair pricing!

These folks are friendly, and know their stuff. They always get me good prices and service over the competition. Even if they dont carry my preferred tire brands, its still a great place.

Battery went out when we were on vacation, three hours from home. Walmart wouldn’t help, but Firestone did. Thank you for your fast friendly service, we made it home safely.

I found flat tire on lunch break. Aired up tire with car pump. Called to see how busy they were. Said they could get it done today by close (on a Sunday). They were only place open. I took it there and they estimated 1.5 to 2hrs. Was done in 30 min. After explain I worked down the road and was on lunch they decided to put me ahead of a longer job and get me out the door. Only missed 1/2hr of work. They were awesome.. Polite and professional and accommodating. Unfortunately (or fortunately) tire only cost me the days with of work.

Thought I was going to pay more, I was surprised. Good job.

The initial service was very prompted. However, after that, there was no sense of urgency from then on. Waited over 40 minutes to get a tire patched and put on.A service that Big Os does for free costs 20 bucks at Firestone. Recommend Big Os and only use Firestone as a last resort.

I got my brake rotors changed here. They were thorough and as far as I can tell I wasnt charged for an extraneous repairs. Their rates were reasonable too, at about half of what the dealership was going to charge me ( I am looking at you Tom Wood Toyota!) and gave me a lifetime warranty on the rotors. Its early days to see how they deliver on the warranty but hopefully I wont have to claim it. I was satisfied and can recommend this to anybody looking for a reasonable repair.

Fantastic service!!! Our car broke down on the interstate near Brownsburg. We called Firestone and they referred us to a towing company. The employees at Firestone were extremely kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make us and our dog feel comfortable while we waited to have our car repaired. They even allowed us to store our harp in their facility so that it didnt get ruined while sitting in the car. They found the problem immediately, called around town for the parts, and then fixed our car quickly. The repair costs were reasonable and what we had expected. The mechanic had 20 years experience and diagnosed the problem within a short amount of time.Please dont take the bad reviews seriously. This really is a great place to get your car worked on.

I find that the tire prices and install is much higher than other tire stores, National market to allow tire repairs in other states. road hazards warranty limited to 3/4 ton truck & lighter. Always shop around... for best value.Other basic Vehicle Maintenance is spot on, and will be performed by the book. Always ask if thats the best price they can do the work.Very easy to find, limited waiting room area, but does have toy area for kids.many places to eat and shop at as you wait.

Need to hire workers. Car sat over four hours with screw in tire never touched this is where i bought the tires. Left took car to Belle tire fixed in less than 1hour and they were also busy. Wont be backto firestone.

The techs are very detailed in what the problem is with the vehicle. They explained some other small issues, but advised me that they could wait to be fixed. Most places will pressure you into getting everything fixed and make it seem like if you dont get everything fixed immediately, your life will be in danger, and then youre hit with a two thousand dollar invoice for things that could have waited. Theyre honest and Ive never had a bad experience at this location. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. Highly recommend this location if you have noises, that you cant identify and you can expect honesty and not get taken advantage of like most car repair places.

I am a repeat customer. My daughter bought a car and we had it outfitted with 5 tires. Service and prices are always good and I am confident with their service. They always tell me when they notice something wrong with the car.

Camper blew a tire passing through the area. The Firestone did not have the tire in stock, but Rachel did some calling to other stores and was able to locate a few. She offered to have her people go pick one up and meet at the store. Appreciated the service to keep from being stranded on a Sunday afternoon. Thanks for the service Rachel!

I called on Monday because I had what I thought was a slow leak in my tire. I was able to make an appt for my day off (the day before Thanksgiving!) For Wednesday. The staff were all super friendly even though the store was busy and the phones were ringing nonstop! They even fixed my tsp sensors that another store had put back incorrectly, the whole visit took less than an hour even with the tire needing a patch. Highly recommend the level of professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness of this store. Thank you for great service!

I had an appointment to get my brakes inspected and had a terrible experience with an employee here. He got angry when I asked him a question about the service, then went on a rant about a technician calling in. He tried to backtrack and act surprised when I called him out on his hostility. I left and won’t ever be back.

Got me right in close to closing time. Gave me exactly what I wanted. No problems at all. Would Definitely recommend this business to anyone needing service with no B.S. Great Prices, Great Service!

My husband and I have officially sworn off ever going to Firestone again. I had an issue a couple years back with the one in Nora where I had to wait 2.5 hours (no, Im not exaggerating) for a SCHEDULED oil change; thank goodness there were shops around to keep me occupied, and I had no other plans. I then tried the one in Brownsburg sometime last year to get an oil change, and they forgot to replace my oil filler cap which led to oil leaking all over my driveway. If I could zero stars, I would. I will NEVER go to a Firestone again.

Took a little while to get done even with an appointment but they had half their techs call in so thats reasonable. Service manager was polite and offered discount compensation to anyone they couldnt get in that day due to short staff. My alignment report shows adequate results, got what I paid for. Was worried due to the low rating at the time for this facility but I was not let down.

Went to Firestone in Brownsburg after I noticed a large bolt and metal debris in both rear tires. Was told after they took a look that both tires were unrepairable and that I would need two new tires. Estimated two tires at $660 (I spoke to Larry at Firestone). Went to Big O Tires in Brownsburg for a second opinion. Repaired both tires, free of charge. If you don’t want to be screwed and taken advantage of, I highly recommend Big O Tires. I will never take my business nor recommend Firestone to anyone ever.

Dropped off our 2016 Jeep for new tires, got it back and the computer was completely broken. We never had any issues before coming here. They said there was no evidence they tampered with or broke it, but thats a rare and unlikely coincidence.

Thwy were really busy and fit me in to their schesule early in the morning appriciate the cuaromer xare and the welcome when you come through rhe door also really attentive with each xustomer

Always great service! Of course its a bit expensive, can do it yourself for 1/3 the price, but youre paying for someones time to work on your car! They always get the best deal for you and make sure everything is set before you leave!

Weve used Firestone as an exclusive provider for almost for years. Weve been to the locations for various services. The only issue weve ever had is trying to get on the schedule at the Speedway location, showing that they are great providers of service and a business!

Have used Firestone multiple times in the past and while sometimes slow has always been decently happy with the results. This past time while taking in a flat tire for repair from a different vehicle an employee of Firestone damaged our brand new car while taking it from the trunk, then argued about the fact she caused the damaged even as we witnessed it happen. With multiple attempts to reach a manager and also their corporate office, still have not received a phone call or email back. Terrible customer service, disappointing they do not care enough about their clients to even follow up when there is a complaint. Will never use Firestone again and would warn others of the treatment they may recieve.

I have been taking both of my trucks there for the last 4 years. I wanted to get some tires installed and was given a 9:00 appt. No problem. was called back 10 minutes later and was told only 2 tires were in stock and could we make it 10:00, no problem. 2 hours later, jeep is still on the lift, I asked for a status update. was told it would be at least another hour. Not wanting to spend my entire Saturday waiting there, I went home. They called me at 5:00 to let me know it was finished. The part that really got me was there was no concern about communicating that there was a problem. I got the impression that I could take it or leave it. Well this is my last time there because dont have to spend my money at Firestone, I can go somewhere else.

I took my little one to the safety day across the street in the Walmart parking lot. We went to leave and my car wouldn’t start. It was a Sunday, hot & my only day off. I was very upset & didn’t know what I was going to do. We walked across the street to Firestone. The manager Perry had his tech go over to my car, he was able to get it started & as busy as they were, he ordered me the part and put a new starter on. I can’t thank them both enough. They truly saved me. #Verythankful

I feel the staff and mechanics have always been honest with us and not pushed us into things we didnt need to have replaced. They are very communicative and your vehicle will be ready when they say it will!

Update: I went back for an oil change, and not only was it the cheapest price in town for synthetic, but it was finished within 30 minutes which i didnt expect.It was a good experience, I went in knowing the reviews would be bad but they are the only place in town that would price match tires from online dealers. They were selling firestone A/T on their site and I price matched them down 45 dollars per tire (granted I added road hazard for $20 which was higher than some other stores).They looked at my alignment and gave me an honest assessment and while it didnt need it right away I knew it would within a year or so. Other than the wait time slightly longer than expected and waiting room area being small I dont have anything negative to say.Will Definitely be back.

I was traveling and still 2.5 hours away from home so had no idea what was in the area. After a not so good experience at Walmart (will just leave it at that), I went to Firestone and they assured me within the first minute that they would get my tire fixed and get me back on the road safely. Staff was very nice and understood my frustration.

Had an emergency on a road trip back to VA. I called, they got me in right away and confirmed the problem to match my diagnosis. Ordered the part and it was there in 15 minutes. Overall great service and got me back on the road as quickly as possible!

This Firestone location is absolutely horrible. In to get a tire rotation and a new battery and asked for a brake check. They provided me paperwork documenting my brake pads were 90% worn on front and back. Took to another Firestone that I trusted more and was told my front pads are at 50% worn and rear are 40% worn. They asked me who told me I needed any brake work.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. If you like to waste your time and money this place would be the one to go. I had an appointment to get my new tires on, they told me it would take 2 hours tops, it ended up being 4 hours. When I was driving home I noticed that there was a lot of vibration in my car, like i had a flat. I had make an appointment again and waste another 2 hours for them to take a look at them, apparently they didnt even know how to put on a tire right on the wheel. I will never go to this place again or recommend it to anyone!

When ever I go there they are so helpful and polite! That goes a long way for me!!

I went here, frankly, due to being low on cash and having applied for credit with them. Apparently that is their only selling point. After being promised a likely fix by day end for excessive road noise and shaking, it became 24 hours before they even inspected the vehicle and 2.5 days to completion. Rear brakes required special parts they had not anticipated due to my model, and a simple alignment took hours until they gave up unfinished and charged me anyway. They said they would call about extra parts they would have to order and not charge me to realign to beyond those parts (yes, not charge me twice for the unfinished alignment ... how generous), only to call days later and say they just couldnt figure my car out and I needed to go to the dealer (no refund offered). My impossible to figure out car? A Toyota Corolla.... one of the most common cars on the road in the last two decades. I would suggest they were a scam if not so clearly inept. When another mechanic was told about this shortly thereafter, and all he could do is laugh and apologize on behalf of his field.

Sorriest excuse for a labor team Ive ever bumped into. We called at 830 (ish?) In the morning after waking up to a flat tire on a sunday. The girl on the phone said they were all booked up, but if I wanted to leave the tire they would TRY to work it in (its a 10 minute plug job) and that I could come back at the end of the day. SERIOUSLY??? Seems lije the team might be afraid of putting in any extra effort in their day. If its not a booked appt, dont bother. Jiffy lube took us, 30 minutes, no hassle, no bs.

Sent my wife back on the road with bald winter tires because they refused to mount the 10/32nd tread factory Goodyears back on because they were not brand new. Will make sure to keep any business from floating their way. Wasted time going here, will go to any other legitimate automotive shop.

I have been a customer for several years and have spent many thousands with them. They have no good communications with customers. The current upnfront staff do not represent Firestone well. Customer is not number pne for them. Long waits and lack of knowledge. Expect to spend alot more in time and dollars. Understaff and Manager is only focussed on pure profit no give and take with customers. How does anoil change cost 55 dollars. Goobers filling station was more efficient on Andy Griffith. Essentially tires and oil changes anything complicated their minds cant understand. Manager could us lessons on manners.

Purchased new tires and am very happy with them. However...I also had an oil change. I usually only let the dealership do this. The next day my engine light came on on my 2012 GMC. I was told nothing Firestone did would cause this. After a month of trying to determine what was wrong I finally took it to GMC who told me that it was 3 qts low which had caused some minor damage to the engine. They did not find any leaks and it is not burning oil so obviously something went wrong with the firestone oil change. Im betting they did not replace the oil filter as well. I will never take my car there for any kind of mechanical work again.

This place is OK if you need minor service or tires in an emergency. A couple weeks ago, I stopped in here to checkout their deals on tires. Some young lady (Stephanie or Sofia??) tried to help me. She obviously knew nothing about tires. She kept reiterating sales brochure information, but had no real-world facts on their tires. She couldnt even explain the DOT grading on Traction Temperature, and Treadwear. Service fees were also higher, as compared to other local shops (balancing, valve stems, etc.). At the time of this writing, they charge a whopping $85 + shop fees and tax for a 4-wheel car alignment. I decided to get some Bridgstone Turanzas from Walmart, and got an alignment at an indepentant garage for $60 (total). Clearly saved $250 over Firestones best deal! Oh yea...beware of the Chinese low-end tires Firestone now sells!
