Took an hour to change oil in a brand new Jeep with less than 10,000 miles on it, then they stripped the plug because they couldnt get it on and instead of fixing it, glued it in place so it wouldnt leak. Didnt even find out until this oil change at a better place with better prices.

This place was great! I was in and out… workers were super fast! And got my oil change done quick! Workers were very nice and got the job done within 10 minutes. Will definitely be back

They are professional and will get you in and out quick. I’m checked in with but never pressured to buy or pay for anything other than what I came in to have done. What I like most is their cross-check system. They always seem to call out what is going to be performed and when finished and there us a second set of eyes to check. I will return.

Just wish you would put more employees on the weekend. They were great but 4 or 5 cars deep the whole time I was there

The crew at the Brownsburg Jiffy Lube has been awesome. Its a very laid back, low pressure establishment. The manager can be seen helping the employees with everything. I’ve been bringing my personal and work vehicle’s here for a few years now and they have always been helpful, explain everything and are nice. They have explained why I need to use different oils in my high mileage work vehicles. They seem to enjoy their jobs. That is so rare nowadays. You are lucky to have this manager and team. I hope you pay them well. I know how hard it is to find good employees and somehow you’ve done it .Congrats

I have never paid $99.63 for only oil change. No filters or extras. As a matter of fact, they do not clean windows (without being asked), vacuum carpet, check wipers or tire pressure but raiser prices substantially.Valarie for me going forward.

Last two visits, I’ve showed up without an oil leak and left with an oil leak. Oil filter wasn’t even hand tight. Reused the crush washer on the oil drain plug

Five minutes into oil change, we were told that they had accidentally stripped the screw leading to the engine. They gave us the options of removing the skid plate (and not refastening) or just not change the oil at all. Love the town and community, sad we were given only these options. They made no attempt/offer to fix the problem they had created.

The manager and employees were very nice and professional. I was already upset and rattled at my truck cutting off on me mid drive, but to know the location closest to my home couldnt perform the repair was really disappointing. The manager at the Brownsburg location was very understanding and let me know that I could have my truck towed to the location and gave an estimate. I dropped my truck off Thursday evening with hope that I would be back on the road within a week. (Rentals can be expensive) Larry called me and explained what was wrong, he also answered my questions and gave estimates. I was surprised to have my truck back the very next day but more grateful to have had a stress free experience at a repair shop.

I also had a tune up done in addition to the oil change. To be honest youll probably wish you hadnt asked me to leave a review. I believe they done a quick but good job. I give three stars because of the overall price I had to pay. At the the time I was paying for the service I was tired and didnt think much about it but since then Ive had sleep and time to think about it. I had a 2007 Suzuki Forenza not long ago and the the water pump went out and unfortunately it wasnt covered under the extended warranty I had on it. I went and bought a new water pump at Autozone and took it to an auto repair shop and just to lift the car and change the water pump out they wanted over $1,000 for the labor. I unfortunately didnt have enough money for the labor and I had put in a six week notice at the job I had to come to Indianapolis to start working a job. I had to leave the car at the apartment building my nephew lived in and catch a Greyhound back to Indianapolis from Morgantown,West Virginia. Well when I consider that I paid $630 just for a tune up and oil change at your facility it seemed just as bad. The labor is just too high not just there at Jiffy Lube but at pretty much any mechanical facility. Im wishing I had found an off duty mechanic looking to make extra money off the job I wish I still had my youth and my tools I would have done it myself.

Jiffy lube in Brownsburg has been my go to place for quick work for our cars. I feel like they are honest people and don’t pressure you or take advantage of lack of knowledge you may have with vehicles. They’ve always put their best recommendations forward and I trust them. Added bonus, our toddler LOVES the jiffy lube “dancing guy” (what our 3 year old calls him) that they have outside. Every day after daycare “is he here mommy?!” Friendly staff, quick and honest people. Wish jiffy lube did so much more than they can, but with what they can do - I will always choose them.

Great service! Father and son team took really great care of my van... and I know it was a father son shop because the son was very hospitable while I waited and chatted about the shop. The father made sure the worker took great care of the problem with my van! Great to see that kind of service in car care!

I pulled in here at almost 6 with what I hoped was a busted radiator hose. It was not it was a radiator. Jack Blaine and Aaron stayed until 10:30, thats three and a half hours past close, called and went to two local shops to get the part that I needed and got me out tonight. When I get the chance Im going to bake them some cookies but in the meantime I want everyone to know what good care they took of me and how seriously they took it that my whole household depends on my car.
