Please do not shop here! We spoke to someone over the phone told us one thing. So we go in. Big mistake..very unprofessional and every time u ask some thing different story. No one is on the same page. The sales persons are very rude!!

Esa mentada Mayra very rude and she takes forever to bring parts there’s always an excuse for everything, my mother is an old lady and she doesn’t care about her, she had problems with AC and a washer machine and she never got the parts on time. Unprofessional and vulgar with customers; I don’t think is right to treat elderly women like that, knowing she needs to wash her cloth and have cool air at home and she still takes forever to fix a simple thing. Hopefully she remembers when she gets Old of all the necessities old people needed,..

Very dissatisfied, I got send an approval for a loan and at the end they change the amount to something that it was not even worth running my credit for!

Very rude and in professional service by the mgr thomas parra, very disrespectful.never will do business here again, had done business with them many years,never again, dont recommend at all.
