They only limit a certain amount of people in the store at one time so dont be discouraged if u have to wait in line outside the store.

The staff is RUDE. Very poor customer service! I usually love and enjoy everything about my shopping experience with Bath and Body Works, but this time around was extremely disappointing!

It is the typical bath & body works. Cluttered with product, cramped with limited walking areas so shopping is difficult having to walk around other shoppers.Be careful where you walk so you dont knock something over. Good smelling product but over priced. You can find great products elsewhere for a better price and shopping experience.

I was there for the SAS sale and was very disappointed. First of all the place was so tight I couldn’t even get my stroller around. That’s not ok . Secondly the flood girls had no idea what was on sale . Every time I asked the answer was I believe so !!!! I picked up items I was told they were on sale when in fact they were full price. The store is just a hot mess nothing is organized at all. Full price items were with regular price. I will not be back in this store for sure. Get better trained staff .
