Unfortunately, I had to go to Sally’s for some beauty supplies for my daughter. I had no idea how complicated shopping for items that you are not accustomed to buying actually is. Being a father I reluctantly walked into the store and I felt like a deer in headlights. Luckily for me I was helped by an extremely helpful person. She could tell by my body language and puzzled look on my face that I was way out of my league shopping for my daughters list of items that she needed. I would like to thank Hannah who helped me out and made an awkward visit very comfortable and easy. She was very helpful and polite 👍🏻👍🏻. Thank you !!!

I went in to buy some hair products and a lady by the name of Oralia was very helpful she helped me on choosing the right product for me and while she was helping me she was very kind had great customer service so I decided to look around and buy more stuff since she was so nice I will definitely return to this location this is the best customer service I have received from all the Sallys I have gone to here in Brownsville she’s is an awesome person and nows here business

They didnt have the products I needed 😪 I ended buying some other products anyway.

Even though I found what I needed or wanted I didnt feel like I was helped how I expected. I told the sales lady what I wanted but didnt get any advice on how or what other product would help me achieve the results I wanted.

My third time to Sallys Beauty Supply and the products are not as good as they used to be. A lip liner I purchased was dry and crumbled. A second lip liner that I bought with a felt-tip was dry. I just bought a hair gel and the click tube broke. I will not be shopping at Sally Beauty Supply for a while.

Good service, but I do not understand why I couldnt get a special colour at sally beauty Mexico? If those products were made in Mexico. Cucu Cucu! Plus more expensive.
