Personally I liked going to that particular GameStop for games on the self as well any interesting merch available. Usually I shop for already released games for current consoles I have but Im a picky person regardless what I find.

I was given ps4 games as Christmas gifts and it was supposed to he for Xbox One. Went to gamestop to try to change them for the same games but in Xbox version and was just told no. They said they wouldn’t do it without receipt. The girl there was rude and did not offer to look at the transactions by using my phone number or with my credit card. It just seemed like she didn’t want to do anything and she hated her job. I will never do business there anymore. No wonder their stores are going bankrupt.

Horrible experience today. I went over there and there was a Young woman. I asked if they had a certain game and she replied harshly. So I asked if they had it in the store and said I had to search it by myself. So I did and I paid for the game. I dont recommend going to this GameStop instead the one in the mall they treat you better and not like utter trash.

Id rather go there than the mall one just cause its a more relaxed atmosphere and I truly feel valued and appreciated. When I ask for something about a game they show true enthusiasm and are super eager to help. Keep it up Gamestop and youll get prestige soon.

The place is small and they RIP me off because I didnt check Ebay...They didnt give me what it was. Valued ...I Dont recommend trading for money or card.

This is a good gamestop. The guys working there are nice and always help you out. One think I dont like is that unlike most gamestop, these guys take too much time chatting with other customers and I have to be standing there like a good 10 minutes sometimes. Overall, good service, excellent appeal and very good quality.

Everything is awesome their although something I dont like is that the workers dont give you time to look for a game like as soon you walk in their like hey do you need anything I get that there trying to help out but like at least give us a minute to look around then you can come up and ask if we need anything.

Over the years, this place has really gone downhill, I remember when I would walk in this gamestop and be greeted with a friendly hello welcome to gamestop! From a few familiar faces. If you dont care about customer service, this is your gamestop.But if you like being treated nicely, go to literally any other gamestop. The people theyre hiring here are ridiculous.Try staying away from this Gamestop until they hire some good people...

Store lacks coverage and customer service. Waited in line 20 minutes to pay for something. Not cool, doesn’t matter if it’s holidays, there should NEVER be one person running store with 10+ customers.

Not to happy, I played off a game was called to go pick it up and when I arrived they said I did not have anything ordered. Now its been 3 weeks and nothing has been resolved.
