Well besides all the confusion and frustration caused by management not knowing proper policy and correct way of providing incorrect promotion information, going behind our backs and changing our plans so we could qualify for the promotion and lying to our faces about several things should explain my rating. Im a current business owner of three different companies I believe this rating is accurate and proper. To bad I couldnt report them to BBB because they dont even appear on the Better bussiness bureau. Now I know why.

We had amazing service from both Carlos and Rojollio at this store. The store doesn’t have all the bells and whistles but the the guys working there are helpful and just so nice! Carlos helped us well after closing time without a single moment of frustration that we were there so late. I highly recommend this store. Great team!

I am a winter Texan and my phone started acting up. Read all the reviews and also personnel reviews. The ones for Mario were right on! He was the most helpful, knowledgeable Verizon person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Id give him 10 stars if available!

Went in the store and it was way too hot in there. Could not be in there more than 10 minutes because of the heat plus wearing the mask, I felt asphyxiated. Had to go to another location, could not stand the hot in there.

Carlos is amazing he help me on everything. He should get a raise.

First time going to this Verizon location and my experience was excellent. Right away was greeted by Matt and his help was great. When it comes to getting a new phone I can be a bit challenging but Matts help and answer helped me choose my new phone. He has great customer service and is very attentive to ones needs. I will definitely be returning to this location thanks to Matt and his customer service. I have another Verizon store closer to home but I wont mind going out of my way to stop at this location in the future. Im so happy with my new S20+ phone and the service I received. I am thankful for Rogelio and his co-workers for assisting my wife a couple of days ago. I can not say that I am thankful to the regional manager, Lisa or Eliza. She was not helpful at all and requested that my wife be placed in a higher plan that would force us to pay more money. When in doubt Lisa, learn from your co-workers, ask questions or call customer service.
