They have some really good accessories and outfits! They have anime merch as well as some other fandoms like Harry Potter. Definitely recommend.

I LOVE HOT TOPIC SO MUCH. it has so many clothing to choose from and its funny when they have pride stuff when its september lol. but other than that, great quality, true to size, and cute designs! i never miss out on tbhk shirts. i do wish they had more hatsune miku shirts though. overall, best store ever! great service, nice workers, and friendly environment! (ive never written a whole paragraph wow)

Although Hot Topic never really stays clean and organized, the customer service here was exceptional. I walked in with a coupon and we were having trouble getting it approved for my purchase. Most retailers would give up in a matter of moments, but the two girls working that day did the exact opposite and made it happen for me. Im grateful for their level of professionalism, and friendly attitudes.

It has awesome gear and cool souvenirs. But I think the store itself is very crowded. Its such a small space I almost cant think or look at what I want. I usually never get service when I go and look. But I usually just get through and feel like I can see the whole store from there.

This store is my favorite of all. I always get excited to go there because of all the things. This is basically heaven to me. I always have a good time going there. I find my favorite things like band stuff, shows and movies like Harry Potter. I recommend you to go there.

My favorite place to buy cool fandom merch and the plus size range is great. Can be pricey but usually has a good deal if you look for it.

Perfect store for all of your edgy/weeb needs. Personally I was there to look for some Five Nights at Freddys merch for my little brother but unfortunately they did not have much, only a Helpy plush that went for $34, so I didnt buy anything however they had a lot of shirts I wish I could buy. Customer service was okayish, someone told us goodbye and to have a good day which is okay however they didnt tell us hello when we entered the store and never even asked if we wanted any assistance, besides that still a store Id recommend if you love anime/gothy stuff.

Hot Topic has shifted from goth/punk culture, to accommodating several SEVERAL, other fandoms and fans. Sometimes its fad based, Like Doctor who, or My Little Pony, but, if its what people want....Granted you can still get your chokers, earrings, studs, belts, eyeliner, black clothing, band merch, and spiked jewelery; its just in the back, like most of the culture is in the outside world.

Good products and chill environment. My only complaint is how small the stores are. You bump into people in there.
