In time of need who can you count on more than your Walmart Cashier/ Salesperson/ All Around Help Guru... i want to take time to recognize the Lady in Electronics who helped me with shopping experience yesterday 10-8-2021 (Boca Chica Walmart Supercenter).Thank YouI am so sorry for forgetting you nameBut i hope someone at store searches for you and recognizes your dedication and diligence.

Baby aisle is always a mess this was the cleanest Ive seen it. The people who leaves milk and other refrigerated items in the baby department shouldnt shop that aint right. The messed up part about it it that th milk was did have condensation on it (not sweating)nor the shelve. Meaning its been there for a few hours it was warm to the touch. I guess no one works this department or just dont care. Again this has been the cleanest Ive seen it and s t owned the most, toys usually just thrown on shelf.

No good!!!! Needs attention on customer service. All registers closed and we as customers have do their job. We have to charge our own merchandise and bag it. While they are just talking it easy

Large store and will always have what you need. The staff is really nice and will with no doubt help you and even sometimes guide you to the exact isle where something you want might be.

Its walmart.... so... you can find anything youre looking for (which I did) .. except their workers who seem to never work there 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I like to come here because I can buy everything that I need in one place and they have good prices.

This walmart is pretty big and was in stock of everything I needed. I actually found a lot of things here that a lot of other stores dont carry. The associates were friendly and helpful.

Only checkout lane with a clerk is the tobacco lane with a line ten carts deep. Went to the self checkout. The clerk said I was using too many bags. I said I have not been to Walmart checkout training. Perhaps you should finish checking me out. She did. Now anytime I see she is on duty I go to her self checkout area and she does my checkout.

This Walmarts customer service NEVER answers the phone its ridiculous. You call several times throughout the day and they never answer. You call to have a simple question answered, save gas, and of course safety with this COVID, but its obviously not important for Walmart to attend customers and help with the safety measures of the virus.

WalMart has almost everything you need, groceries, food, clothing, bakery, tech, literally almost anything you want. For a decent price, you can get a cart full of items for a okay price. Clothing? No problem. Good price for the items they have. Tech related items like game consoles and gaming laptops, they have a pretty good selection. Although all the Nintendo switches are gone, not sure why 🤔. The lines arent long at all, they have an abundance of checkouts as well as self checkouts. Over all a really good place to shop at for your everyday needs and wants all for a decent price.

So I wanted to purchase an item that was on the clearance section with more of this items un the section for sale and it wasn’t scanning on register. Cashier at self checkout spoke to Elvira and said she couldn’t sell it. Then why is it up for sale with many more of those items on the section. She said they were a deleted item. Why are they up for sale then, just take em off the floor so more customers won’t try to purchase them.

Whatever you do NEVER OPEN PACKAGES IN YOUR HOME FROM WALMART!! MINE HAD BATS WITH RABIES!!!! AND WALMART DOSNT CARE!!!I know what not getting customer service is like! I ordered a new grill for my truck and ended up having bats living in the box that you sent me! I am currently getting rabies shots because one of the bats was rabid. You gave me a big whopping 15% something like $13 for my trouble. I will be posting the rest of my life every chance I get about my experience with Walmart

I know, I know. I know all the objections to Walmart. Now that thats been stated, let me say this: Walmart has kept me and my family fed, clothed and taken care of inexpensively for many years. When I want better quality, I go elsewhere. But for every day living, this is where Ill shop.

Purchased an order today, got home & 4 items missing a pair of overall shorts $12.98 3 tank tops @ $3.98 blue, white & coral. These were the last items rung up. I call the store an associate tells me let me check register 1 places me on hold. 10 minutes later the call goes dead, so I continue to call again no one answers. It is now several calls later & still no answer after a half hour & worst thing is I don’t drive so…….

The store is great but the pharmacy could use some work

This Walmart has terrible customer service and they never answer the phone. Most people that shop here have no common sense and they move around like they are dragging a ball and chain. They would rather form a line than check out quicker at the self checkout.

Walmart is the place to go and find pretty much almost everything at lower prices than other stores. I guess that justifies the not so good customer service.

Not only are they the only Walmart with no cashiers and only self check out but if you ever get home delivery by them they forget half your items. Good luck if you shop here. Go to Walmart paredes or Ruben torres they still bag your items and they deliver your groceries without missing items.

Theres never hand sanitizer anymore at this particular location, and youre lucky when you can find the wipes to sanitize your cart that they used to have on him all the time a few months ago

Tried buying some men shorts, when going to pay in self checkout it said “item not on sale”, asked for associates assistance and the lady named Martha was very unprofessional just straight up said they can’t sell it, which makes NO sense since there was a bunch on the rack, asked her why and she just simply said “because it’s not for sale” the shorts had the price right there, why would they restock something that’s “not for sale” ? She even left and said they would have them removed, just a rude lady.

Self Checkout is a Job killer. May have to switch to Target for this reason.

This is a good place to find quality products. However, one down side of walmart are the prices. I can go to HEB and buy more groceries with $40. The reason of why I give walmart 4 stars is because it has saved my life a lot of times. I can find almost anything in here even last minute objects.

I wish I could give the customer service at the Boca Chica Wal-Mart in Brownsville TX. a zero for customer service, management included. I requested help at the paint section from 3 different associates and a manager called Rolando .I waited for 40 minutes and NOT a single person arrived.

Sanitation, Sanitation, Sanitation. When I got a cart from going to Walmart after getting down. I saw an employee there making sure the carts were clean and sanitized. Im proud that I didnt have to worry about getting a dirty cart.

The curb side needs to be managed better. I waited for 45 minutes to confirmed and 20 minutes to get my order.suggestion orders can be done by item 15 or less as one area and large order in ampther

Called walmart auto center Saturday asking for 4 tires. They said they had them. Made an appointment for Sunday. Showed up Sunday at 1 pm. They said it would be ready at 3 pm. Waited for two hours when they called me saying they had no tires for me because someone had an appointment at 4 pm who requested them. My appointment was at 1. I left with no tires. Im speechless

Nice building with all the normal Walmart items. Parking lot is easy to maneuver but turning left took some patience.
