Very unprofessional to false advertise that they open at 10am and people wait here 20 minutes past the advertise opening time and the place is still close.

Is past the open hour and the place still closed, I waited 20 minutes before opening hour, I’m still here waiting is 10min past 10am, so unprofessional.
