My favorite place to get fajita and chicken for my BBQ. Only meat market that I go to. Much much better than Lopez and Michiocana meat markets. Food is fresh and very juicy. Best place in town. You will not be disappointed!

H-E-B is honestly the best thing Texas has in this moment. This year when the power went out and we needed to get basic stuff, this store was honestly very helpful for everyone. Besides, if you want organic/products made in the state, they have a bunch of options available that are amazing and never disappoint!

This H-E-B is probably the fastest for efficiency and the easiest to access than the other supermarkets in town. It is accessible on Boca Chica from the East by Turning (S./left) on Los Ébanos . From the west on Boca Chica it is only a few hundred meters from highway 77. They have self checkout and it is quick and seldom a wait.

Not happy with HEB. We were there yesterday, October 25th. I had a few groceries for 2 separate orders totally 14 items. We went to self checkout, but HEB personnel told us we had more than 10 items. I explained it was 2 orders, but they still did not let us use the self checkout. The store does not have enough checkers to accommodate patrons, as there were at least 5 people in each line to checkout.

Service was great. Quick and easy. I definitely recommend. 5 stars plus . The delivery was quick and absolutely no problems.

Was walking in the Boca Chica location when I was stopped by a girl who threatened to have me chased through the store and then call security to have me removed. When I tried to explain about the corporate policy for HEB she refused to listen and began harassing me. I asked for a manager. Joe showed up and asked if I could read the sign that read mask required. I was extremely offended. I asked for another manager and Angel then showed up and explained that there was a mask requirement still in place. When I explained HEB policy to him he refused to agree and stated that I was being confrontational. This was while I was surrounded by Angel, Joe, security, and two other employees who disbursed shortly. When I told him that he was giving misinformation and that they were each harassing me as a customer, he also asked if could read the sign out in front of the store. When I told him that he could request but not require me to wear a mask, he stated that he was not going to continue the conversation with me l. He then stated that nothing would actually happen to me if I did not wear a mask. I then got my hydrogen peroxide and asked for the regional manager. He told me that I could google customer service. I let him know that I knew that he knew that they were closed being a Saturday. He said that I could call on Monday. I said that he could give the information that I requested. As he was walking to the front office I told him that I was not going to allow him to play semantics with me. Both Angel and Joe them both said, almost simultaneously, ENOUGH. THATS ENOUGH. I told them that I was not a child to have to tolerate such treatment. I then told them that I had had enough of them. Harassment and bullying. ANGEL and JOE at Boca Chica. I hope that corporate customer service will apologize for them or I will be filing a harassment charge. Very poor service skills by these two inept people who have no business in management or dealing with peaceful customers in person. Extremely poor service.

Well H.E.B is the one store that has all the groceries the you will be looking for, clean stores well stocked, and the employees are very friendly.

I was surprised it was not too crowded being a Saturday and all. Got the vaccine shot. Yay!! Unfortunately, this HEB is not sanitizing after customer use either.😕

We went in at 6 am and it was clean, cold inside, and everything was stocked.

I love HEB and so far everyone on staff at this location has been friendly. They try and get you through the check out line quickly which is great.

My cashier was very rude letting people cut in front me and my old grandmother while we were waiting patiently. He continued to mock me because I knew he was in the wrong. Also he didnt even scan my coupons on purpose saying they werent valid. Bad location!!

This is the most Mexican H-E-B in Brownsville and I love the fact that they have Mexican food next to the deli, including gorditas which are delicious!

They always have what I need as well as a great staff.

Need to check your bathroom more often. Very nasty and a little rundown. It looks like you guy dont care how youre bathroom appearance give out to customer who visit for the First time using your bathrooms. Very disappointed with that.

Very convenient location for us. Just dont like that they dont have hygeia milk in stock.

I am sorry, but HEB was the only store to freak the heck out of me, I just needed milk and walked in to a store with no dairy, poultry or beef on shelves only can goods. I know now its was to keep foods at the temperature it needs to remain due to the power problem we were having, but none of the workers could explain why the food was removed.

Pretty great experience i had accidentally cracked a few eggs and went to pay for them and the cashier and cashier helper took the box that had broken eggs and replaced it with a brand new one. Customer service was amazing I most defeneatly recommend going for all your grocery needs at a great value for a low price.
