Horrible experience today. The elderly woman working there was taking my and my daughters order while my husband and my mother in law waited behind us. Another employee, a young black woman, came up to them to get their order and the elderly woman yells at her practically smacked the ice cream scooper out of her hand and proceeded to tell my husband and mother in law that it’s because there is only suppose to be one person serving per order and she wouldn’t know how to charge it. My mother in law and husband tried to explain the young lady was doing nothing wrong and there was no reason for her to speak to her or to them the way she was. My husband asked for the owners name and number and she only stated that he would be there tomorrow at 12. So disappointed we only received and paid for my daughter’s ice cream and left. Very rude woman and had the audacity to claim she has never had a complaint against her. With all the other reviews about her lack of customer service skills, I very much doubt her claim. I can only imagine the type of abuse this woman is inflicting on other customers and her own co-workers.

Had a ver bad experience today, the old lady was rude when I arrived and didnt even look at me and said Opens until 12. Then when I went back at 12 she refused to give me a second scoop of marshmallows even after I told her I would pay extra. I dont know why shes there if she doesnt like customer service, its not the first time she does it. Such a horrible service from her,, all other times its awesome.

I got the strawberry shortcake ice cream, and I loved it. It had cake in the middle, and the ice cream itself was super good.

Worst service. Was a full line and old lady kept turning people away saying it wasnt open till 12:00. Always the same issue with her if she doesnt like her job why is she even working there.

An amazing ice cream shop in terms of taste. However, the last time I went to invite family members from Houston they got a terrible impression since the staff seemed to be having a bad day and was a little rude. However, I would still go again just for how good the ice cream is. I got 2 large cones for $17. Very good!

Horrible customer service. The food here is delicious, no doubt about it, but this specific employee (Kathy) makes the most delicious waffle ice cream cone taste sour. Not because of the actual ice cream but because of her nasty attitude. This is an old lady who I’ve seen on Saturday’s. Her name is Kathy. People who come to get a snack here are most likely tired and looking to eat something sweet to continue their shopping or hit the road home... we are not looking for someone to ruin our experience at the mall. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU SEE THIS OLD LADY!!!

You need to update their hours. They closed at 6 and it says they close at 8 on here. Was disappointed.

Lady fixing my ice cream was slightly rude and only knew spanish ( some how managed to order). And Im the type to eat anything and everthing but this ice cream tasted of scented chemical cleaner. So, I found the first trash can I could see to dump the ice cream. 6 bucks wasted....

The ice cream is amazing, however it is a tad bit pricey and my friend found a hair in her ice cream.
