Ive been a Vetted Customer of Cricket Wireless for quite some time now and I have to tell you that Im not sure why ever time I go in its new employees. But this past week the employees in the one in Bwood just flat out- well thats all Ima say on that. But the service and quality of my phone is 👌🏿💯

The right foot doesnt know what the left what you doing I went in to get a phone first time for Cricket and they Smart Switch when I told them not to they gave me another phone am I smart switch that one I do not want nothing to do with your company because the people in that office ligh called me a liar when I have receipts and I have everything but I will never go with you or T-Mobile your employees are not informed about anything especially with 611 they said I could get another phone I do not want Smart Switch because I told him I have a hacker I need the phone for business a lot of I dont know and no you cant

Today as I was dealing with the loan company, employee named Erin was perfect. She played with my daughter and was very patient with us. Definitely will ask for every time due to outstanding service.

While at Cricket I witnessed an employee and customer yelling at each other. I’m not exactly sure what the issue was other then an the employee over talking the customer. After the customer stormed out the three employees gossiped about the trashy customer amongst me and the other customers. Aside from the drama the wait time is ridiculous. I’m not sure if the talking is the issue or lack of phone knowledge.

I have been a customer for some time now everytime I go in the computers are missed up or they cant do this or that not very pleasant to handle I go in for a upgrade and the phones I want are not showing up so I wait for a few then get tired of waiting then come back and now they dont have them smh

The help I received from the manager was beyond my expectations, Jake I believe was his name (Tall guy with hat and a knarley beard) The attention to detail and making me understand everything I was worried about, he put me at ease and now I would recommend this place to anyone who is on the fence or thinking. Ask for the Manager Jake he will make sure you leave happy, watch out for the pregnant girl though, her farts are deadly!!

They suspended my service because the phone they sold me two weeks ago was 3g and they no long support 3f now the want me to by 4 g phone

The employees has always been so helpful. I love Cricket service, not so much their phones. But you can buy a phone at at&t or where you like. I like Moto phones and they do not stock them. Best service for the price!

Has service everywhere I go. Even Im places other providers do not. I have many lines on one bill .Pay less than I ever have for unlimited text, talk, and data. I like it very much, I will be doing my business here for awhile :)

Employee damaged my cellphone (I have witness plus myself), told me service worked, in attempt to get me to sign for activation and one month service. After I signed, employee said, Your phone doesnt work but wouldnt refund money. Dishonest, getting money for services not rendered, and damaging my phone. Zero stars. Manager is responsible and refused to do a thing AFTER she had promised to make things right.

Great price. If you go to pay your bill in store you might have to wait a while if there is more than 2 customers.

They suck at listening to you when you are having tech issues. My data keeps dropping off and lose total internet data and I have an unlimited plan. I have gone in to there store twice for this problem and still has not been fixed. There over the phone tech support is even worse because you get someone in another country that cant speak English and wont listen to you. Every thing they tell you to try doing I already did 5 times. These people have no clue how to fix problems they only know how to sell you over priced phones.

I just bought a 50$ pair of headphones from there, had them 2 days. Called the store and was very polite when spoke to the lady. Tried expalain what was wrong. And out of nowhere I was hung up on. Wont be with that company very long witj that type of customer service.

No one seemed to notice that I was there. Never got a greeting so I left.

Terrible customer service. Was sold the wrong case with my new phone. The screen broke when it fell out the next day. When I got back in town from business and took it back to see what could be done. I was accused of trying to scam them. One star is over rating this store
