This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to use. They consistently do not have your prescription ready. It usually takes 2-3 trips to pick up your prescription and 2-4 days to fill one. You better not need your pills the same day as they are called in.

Neither one of the stores in Brownwood ever answer the phone. They send you a text your prescription is ready and when you get there they tell you 30 to 45 minutes. I’m tired of playing this stupid game of theirs.I used to love them but no more. I called them and it rang and rang until I got fed up! That was 45 minutes. I’m done with CVS.

The pharmacists and pharmacy manager were great. Very helpful and accommodating.I had gone to another CVS and they were unable to help me with an issue promptly. So I drove to the one on Austin and they helped me quickly even though that wasnt the original pharmacy I had gone too.Thanks

To be completely honest the pharmacy lacks any customer service skills and deserves NO stars. I was the only person at the desk waiting. The two that was back there saw me and just ignored me. No one was even at the window. The lady voiced later she was doing Covid testing (on ghost I guess) I’m a nurse and know how long that takes. Multi tasking is key. She waited til the girl at 11 to come in and send her to the register. Also my fiancé always had trouble with them getting text that his meds are ready only to get there and they say it will take a few hours. He would go back and they still was not ready. Someone needs to look at this. Lost our business and probably many more

If you ask the employees a question be prepared to be harassed by their family on Facebook! Extremely unprofessional hopefully corporate steps in this is horrible

I need some last minute medicine for a family member and CVS was there for me and my family. Super great customer service from Caleb, helpful and kind.

I finally hung up after being on hold for the pharmacy for 57.33 minutesCompletely ridiculous.

The pharmacy wait is ridiculous! waited behind one car 15 mins, then after a 15 min wait, asked to pull around and get back in line. Once back in line, waited again to be told to come back in 15 mins. My prescription was called in last week from the Drs office that stated I would pick up today and I also called mid afternoon to reassure of the pickup time and was told by the pharmacy it would be ready! Not the first time to happen to me.

Worst wait time in the world. whenever i call, i will always spend 20-45 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to pick up. the drive through is just as bad. just choose another pharmacy honestly.

After getting a text that my prescriptions were ready, I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes when someone hurriedly told me they would be right there... 10 mins later I came inside. “It will be 15 minutes until we have those ready....” I am so glad we transferred our other prescriptions to a local pharmacy. Shop local, friends! The customer service is much better than these bigger stores. Rude people and long wait times are just not worth it for slightly cheaper prices.

This is the 3rd time I’ve used this CVS and the 3rd time I’ve been in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes.

I love the people in the pharmacy! They make picking up my prescriptions easy and comfortable. Theyre efficient, organized, and very personable. I actually enjoy picking up my medicine here!!

Never answers the phone

The people here are great! They get you in and out as fast as possible but still take the time to answer any questions.

Went in to get mucinex because I was very sick. Guess the lady at the counter thought I was going to make crack while I had pneumonia out of my medicne. Wouldnt sell it to me even with my id.(Im 34) then she threw my id back and said she had to check out other customers. I would rate this place a 0 if I could. Never going back.

With the exception of one gal, the pharmacy is consistently incompetent. Im not sure if its lack if proper teaining, not enough help or just employees that dont care. I am sick and tired tho of the way I am treated and will be finding another pharmacy. The drive thru wait is ridiculously long and going inside isnt much better. Someone needs to figure out the problem soon before all the customers go elsewhere.

Customer service has always been great but why do you close way before youre supposed to?? Sometimes up to 30 minutes!

May I suggest Walgreens?

Pharmacy has awful customer service. I would rather drive across town to fill my prescriptions and deal with nice helpful people than deal with the rude incompetent people in this pharmacy.

Pharmacy has the best customer service. They remember your name.
