Everything is always clean and easy to find. The employees are always so nice!!

There is a large selection of fabric there. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

On Monday, October 11, 2021 I went to the store on Villa Maria in Bryan Texas, and purchased a Cricut Easy Press 2, paying $237.08 in cash. The salesperson was helpful.Returning home, I decided that it would not serve the purpose appropriately, and never even took it out of the trunk.On Tuesday, October 12, 2021, I returned it to the store, and the cashier rung up the return and I signed for it. Immediately thereafter, she realized that she did not have enough cash in the register for a cash refund, and I offered to let her put it on my debit card, and she called her manager. The manager, Jo Ann, was advised of the situation and told me they could not refund it, and I should return after lunch when there would be more cash. I asked for something in writing to show the store owed me, and she refused, but finally put my name and phone number and the amount on the Cricut and set it behind the counter. The cashier was very polite, the manager was abrupt and rude.I returned at 2 pm, and when it was my turn in line, Jo Ann said she still didnt have enough cash. I told her I would take on my debit card or a check. She became very angry and sarcastic, and said I just have to come back another time. She cant invent the cash. Said there was barely $100 in the register and I just had to come back. I asked if she would keep todays cash separate, so that it could accumulate. She laughed at me and sarcastically said that everyday is a new day. I responded that it didnt seem reasonable to me that I should have to come back to the store every day at the end of the day in the hopes that enough cash was collected. Her answer was that was too bad. I again asked for something in writing that the store still owed me $237.08. She refused and put the Cricut on the counter. I told her that the refund had already been processed and I had signed for it. She spoke to the cashier, and told me that the cashier said she had cancelled it. She refused to have any further contact. Incredibly shabby customer service.

Prices are high even with sales. Coupons are nice, but only work for full price items. When several items on sale in same category, for example: floral, everythings mixed up so you never really know which is which. So something may be marked as 50% off, but you find it elsewhere for 40% off, then get to check out to find out it is only 30% off. Staff in my local store used to be very grumpy, but this time everyone was in good spirits and anxious to help customers🖤

Really great selection and variety of craft supplies! A little more expensive than Michael’s but still really great options. The fabric selection of course is wonderful, but the rest is great too! I love patches and their selection for that was super!

Love going in here. I could totally spend too much money on the different fabrics and things because my imagination runs wild. they have a great variety of fabrics, and they have a good amount in the clearance section every time I go, so it takes me a while to really decide what I want.

They have so many pretty fabrics and the other items in the store are great, too! Ive been sewing for many, many years and Joanns is a great place for many items!

Rather disappointed in their products. Its been a long time since I have shopped here and from what I can remember, the stock is not what it used to be. Kinda a shame as I had enjoyed shopping here.

I went in close to closing time just to look at baby fabrics. I was greeted by a sales lady that her first words to me were “we are closing in 10 minutes”. I told her that I just wanted to look. My next interaction with an employee was being told again that they were closing in 3 minutes. Never was I asked if I needed assistance, was just told that my business was neither needed or appreciated. Needless to say, the baby fabric will NOT be bought from Joann’s fabric.

Everyone had masks on. We are very happy with the sewing machine we bought and carry bag for it. It seems to be a good price for the machine. No problem getting assistance in the store.

Very nice employees, very helpful. Big store with a large inventory of fabrics and all kinds of notions as well as seasonal stuff. They had all the items I needed. Covid 19 protocols were observed.

They are doing a great job with barriers for shoppers. Most people were wearing masks, which I appreciated, though a few had it below the nose, and one patron had hers temporarily hanging from her right ear. Their discounts and coupons made all the difference when it came to the final expense!

Drove an hour to buy black cotton because it said they had 6 spools of it. Got to the store and they said they had none while their website said they had 6. Its 2020. Its not hard to update a website in real time.

Fabric sales are awesome.... just wish they had more material choices... its hit or miss!! I was lucky to get some really cool multi colored hand signing fabric!!

Joanns is probably really good for fabrics though I am not really a sewer so I cant really judge that. It generally doesnt have what Im looking for in terms of other craft supplies unfortunately. Its selection is much smaller than the bigger craft stores in town but i always end up checking here first because it is the shortest drive. If youre not being picky this is a great place to pick up some bits and bobs though and the staff is always friendly and fairly knowledgeable.

If you need something to make a craft or to sew Joanns will have it! They stay ready to help!

The past couple times I have been here, the workers are rude they are only nice to customers they choose to be friendly with. I was in line getting my fabric cut and the lady cutting it was not nice at all like as if she had a attitude (I’m sorry but don’t take it out on a customer who has not done anything wrong). Then I was in line to check out the girl at the register was rude not friendly at all. And to work at a crafts store I would think the workers would be friendly but unfortunately they weren’t.

I got the fabric to take to my friend so she could make me some blackout curtains. Its a good place. Im not the kind of guy who frequents craft stores but they had some pretty cool stuff in there. Including furniture and home decor. I was pleasantly surprised.

They have everything you could ever want from a fabric store, but you are going to pay a pretty penny for it. Coupons are largely useless because they are usually only usable on non-sale items, and most items are on sale most of the time. Staff are generally friendly and helpful, and the discount fabric and remnant sections often contain some good deals. Overall a good experience for a corporate fabric store.

Customer Service training is needed for the young man who presents as a manager (he always seems a bit detached and unfriendly especially if he has to assist at the cutting table)....BUT, everyone else is WONDERFUL and always very helpful. There is always a great fabric selection, good in-store finds with the added bonus of coupons on my app. I can always find what I came looking for and leave with some EXTRAS! #HappyCrafting

Disappointed in the amount of merchandise. Im used to shopping at the store in The Woodlands, this store has way less merchandise.

Fabric store with plenty of sewing materials, beads for decorating and jewelry, and a few other craft items. Decorative boxes for gifting, household decor items. 2 sided tape for keeping clothes you wear in place. They had a good clearance on nice artificial flowers, coupons available for discount on fabrics. Well lit, organized.

Not accustomed to small town Joanns Fabric - They do not have good selections

As usual, the staff was friendly and helpful. The customers also were happy and smiling, which would not happen if the staff were unhappy. We were able to easily find what we needed, and also get ideas for future projects.

Awesome as usual. Black Friday was not so bad. Be careful of coupons expiring at noon though.

I go here at least twice a week and its great! They have great deals - be sure to download the app. While they may not have as big of a selection as Hobby Lobby or Michaels, they have more convenient hours and the staff is always so helpful.

Love this place! The app is worth every penny! Always have what Im looking for and when things go on sale you cant get better prices!! Even when its crowded I hardly ever feel like I need to wait for fabric cuttings either.

Its easy to get in and out store very quickly . The layout is very easy to find what you need without having to go from end of the store to the other end. It is usually not packed so its easy to get in and whether your killing time or having a crafty emergency they have got you covered.

Very good seminar about depression and anxiety. Pastor Paul very good speaker. People very friendly and different ages. Makes u very comfortable.

Fairly large selection of fabrics - always check their sale racks because you can find some pretty good stuff on there too. To get the best deals, use coupons that are for “regular & sale priced” items, as most of the time a lot of their fabric is on sale (especially holiday-themed fabric). Never had a problem with any employees, store is a lot better organized now. I go here at least once a month.

Love JoAnns. Go in for a button and stay 2 hours. Great gifts in there. Fun place. Lots of pretty fabric, decor and craft items. For me, its a fun place! This location does an art class with Mothers and their childrem that looked like a lot of fun.

What would I do without Joann? Stuff is always on sale and employees know their crafts and can actually help you...what a concept! Everone is so nice and they have great decorations..did I mention that its almost always on sale?
