I just dont like that you have to keep buying caps to try on wigs I get buying the cap but the wig i tried on they did not have which I asked did they have it before trying on and was told yes I had to rebuy another cap because it was wig number 4 not my fault you gave out wrong information I ended up buying a different wig I shouldve been credited for the cap just a way for them to make money .

I would give zero stars. Im disappointed in the service that I received today and will never shop here ever again. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I have spent hundreds of dollars and Thursday I spent over hundred dollars and when I got home my mascara wasnt in the box. The lady on the phone said to come in to get it. When I get there they wouldnt let me have the mascara. So basically I got f***** out of my money.

They helped me with all my beauty questions and the staff member i wish I could of gotten her name she was short dark hair and was wearing a black and white striped shirt she helped me and my mom find the right wigs because the one placed on the mannican head werent the right one she never once got mad or acted bothered at all and we had to have walked back and forth about 5 or more times she even helped my sister find the best sale on braiding hair she even recommended a cute unique hair color for her thank you 😊❤️

I cant give no stars BC the staff wasnt helpful you had 3 ladies inside not one came to see if they could be any assistance. They have a variety of hair but the customer service can be a lot better

I was able to find The Black Queen Wig spray. There was only one left and I grabbed it. This is the best spray for wigs that I have found, it works wonders.

Wholly cow! I have never been in such a big hair shop as this, I have been to Florida and Illinois, none can compare to this warehouse. Lots of wigs, products, accessories you name it! Staff was kind and helpful. I cant believe there are two locations! I didnt make a purchase as the card machine was down but definitely going back. Prices are what you would expect, all really good hair, expensive hair is behind counter and lowest price back there is about $115.00 (at least for what I wanted) looking forward to the next visit.
