Jerry went above & beyond to help us out. I had just left the store, exited the parking lot & both my battery & alternator died. Jerry confirmed it, got me a new 4 yr battery h installed it after having to push my car back to the store & out of traffic.

I would not recommend Batteries Plus if you are needing your iPhone screen changed. My screen had broke and started acting funny when you pushed the numbers. My husband took my phone here to have the screen replaced. After they put the new one on my entire top row (1, 2, and 3) stopped working. Paid almost $100. I was about to give up and throw my phone away but my husband’s friend recommended another establishment. We tried the other place the following week. The other guy was able to get my first row working again with a new screen and charged me half the price. Now I’m stuck with a Batteries Plus screen I have no use for. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.

Shoes no interest in helping me with a Google phone battery

Was not aware of the $3 battery fee at the time of the online purchase. When I noticed I was not receiving my full core charge credit at the time of pickup, I had to question the Representative. He started to explain and a man at the register to the side replied in an stern manner that the state charges a fee and it is not included at the time of purchase because all states are different. I felt out of place for attempting to make an informed purchase.

Ordering online was very simple. Within 30 minutes I had an email saying that the battery was ready to be picked up. The battery was waiting by the register, everything was handled very quickly in store. Entire transaction took 5 minutes in person, and 2 minutes online.

Recently went to the AT&T store to replace the battery in my iPhone and was referred to the Batteries + Bulbs store in Bryan. The sales rep there was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He confirmed the battery did need to be replaced and that he had a replacement in stock. Said it would take about 45 minutes. I left and returned in 46 minutes and my phone was ready. Cost was $49 + tax. The battery replacement was done efficiently and in the time I was told it would take. I highly recommend this business.

Their Duracell truck batteries are pretty good, just call ahead before you go to see if they have what youre looking for in stock. Website is not always accurate.

They are very knowledgeable and always looking to do whats best for us. They even gave us an energy audit when we requested it to see if we should make the switch to more efficient bulbs. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I had placed an online order to be picked up in the store, and accidentally placed it at a different store than I thought I had. The staff at the store I went to for the pick-up were very kind and accommodating and were able to transfer my order from the other store so I didnt have to go across town to pick it up.There was an issue with one of the items I ordered being out of stock and they were willing to substitute a different item and match price so I could have the item in time for Christmas.This was my first experience with this company and there will definitely be more!

Ordered online, got a call when my order was ready. Drive to Bryan location was better than going to Austin. Was greeted as I walked into the store. The young men off loaded my old batteries and loaded the new and I was ready to go in just a few minutes. Was a good experience even if I was spending $600 for new golf cart batteries.

I like these folks. I have been going to Batteries Plus for many years. One time they had received batteries from the warehouse that were mismarked. My truck was one that the electrical system was blown, and Batteries Plus stepped right up and made it all good. That was a few years ago and as you can see, I am still a customer and will continue to do so. The store reps were great to deal with. Will go back again and again.

The staff was very helpful. They unloaded my old batteries and loaded my new ones. Each was about 90 lbs., so this was very helpful. My only complaint is that the batteries are too expensive, but I could not find them at a better price anywhere else.

Ordered a 6 volt golf cart battery online. Within 2 hours was notified via email it was ready to pick up. Went to the store and the transaction was smooth and easy. The young man who helped me brought the new battery out to the truck and picked up the old one. Very good experience.

They do not say anything on their web site that they would not ship my order. I am handicapped and cant drive 70+ miles to go and pick it up. They are like thieves as they said they could not cancel my order or do a credit on my credit card and that is a lie as I know how credit cards work. You can bet I will tell everyone that I know not to do business with the thieves.

Batteries Plus is advertising battery replacement on tablets. We took our iPad there to have the battery replaced. When we got it back the power button was inoperable, the Wi-Fi did not work, and the mid-frame seal was mangled. Good thing they did not charge us for the battery! I have no problem with the concept, but would not take my hi-tech device in the future. The good news is that MiPhoneDoctor was able to repair the damage for about the cost of a new battery ($103.85)
