Moises our car salesman was great. He even stayed until the late late night to finish our vehicles sales. He got us to purchase two cars in under 24 hours, so I would say that is fantastic. He kept our children in mind in terms of space. Our financial person was also great. He did the best to get us the best deal on our loan terms.
I love the Toyota brand and have always felt it to be reliable. I only take time to write reviews on experiences I feel strongly about and this was definitely one of them. If you decide to use BCS Toyota, do yourself a favor and ask for someone other than Nikki. The customer service I received from Nikki was tremendously disappointing. You would think a sales person would be equipped with the ability to talk to people. Nikki was quick to assume what I wanted and what was best for me, as well as being deceptive in the advice she gave. When she finally figured out that I was not there to finalize anything today, she immediately became dismissive to any requests I had. Again, I love Toyota and I am sure this facility has genuine people working there. As a customer, do yourself a favor and avoid Nikki. To Nikki, good luck with your career choice.
Nikki Bordallo, gave us top notch service. We needed a car for our college student (last minute). She promised us the car would be there in a week and a half. It came in a week sooner. We drove in from Cypress and got exactly what was promised. She rushed to make sure all was ready, stayed after hours so we could test drive it and sealed the deal. In the future we will be dealing with Nikki B at Bryan College Station Toyota.
Emmanuel Civil was one of the great salesman we worked with. We drove from Spring/Woodlands TX to Bryan TX to purchase a vehicle. He made the sales experience a breeze. I had a great experience and it started when I met Garret S. Who met me at the door. He greeted me and asked what I was looking for then we went on a walk to see a few vehicles. I wanted a 4x4 truck so at first I looked at a Tacoma, next a Tundra which I didnt know has a few versions depending on what your likes / needs and or wants are. The one I purchased was a Tundra Pro and a beauty she is. Total time there was probably 3 hours and that was due to me looking at a few different versions of the truck to see which one I wanted. The process was painless, Ali in finances is great and so are the employees there. You know your deal is done when you hear the bell ring. Thanks to Garret and Ali plus management for the experience.

I cannot thank Brianna Perez enough! She was great from the start. Its a little more challenging, during this time with all dealerships being short on inventory, to not only find a new car but to find a car in the color with the options I wanted. It was time for me to get a new car, but I did not want to feel like I was settling for something I didnt really want just because of the shortage. Brianna made sure I didnt feel that way by asking me for my wants and dont wants and found my now car within no time. She is a hard worker and takes great care of her customers. I just wanted to compliment my sales person - Steven Blake. I was buying from out of state - looking for the coveted Tundra TRD Pro. I literally called 30+ dealerships around the country trying to find one. Steven was a pleasure to deal with. In these times of low availability, Ashley found the car that I was looking for and made the whole process easy.
Told me they could lower my 4.25% interest rate by half a %. I told them my bank is good & always gives me the lowest rates. I also told them I didnt want more hard inquiries. They told me that since I pulled my credit from my bank that it would be a soft hit on my credit. I let them pull my score. They declined financing me after pulling my credit, & then they hid the fact from me that they pulled my credit 3 more times through 4 banks total. I gained an extra 4 hard inquiries just from my one visit.You can probably guess how it went after this. The finance manager pulled me in the back & rushed me to purchase this vehicle by telling me I could back out of the contract as long as I never drove the vehicle off the lot.Next day, I looked through the paperwork thoroughly & found I was paying more than I told them I was willing to pay, & for a damaged vehicle at that, although they were going to fix it. The price they charged me was 2k above all the other cars of the same model. I was PAYING for it to be fixed for that mark up.I decided I didnt want the car or their business, & I had to fight with them for a over 11 days to back out, which they finally held their own promises true. I reported them to several different agencies including the BBB, TCCC, DMV, & a few others.This dealership is literally the worst I have ever been to. I bought a 2021 brand new WRX STI Limited from sterling subaru. This is my 11th vehicle, 5th vehicle from a dealership. This one was the absolute worst, & they pride themselves on being the best. I took my business to Subaru, & I am to pick my vehicle up in a few days. Without hyperbole Ron in service is one of the greatest service people Ive ever worked with or heard about. That man is almost solely responsible for my three Toyota vehicle purchases and at least one from a family friend based on our discussions of working with Ron in the service department. We know we can trust him to tell us exactly what we need and exactly how to go about getting it done. He has worked hard for both of us to make sure we get what we need every time we are there for service. Each time I get the pleasure of speaking with him he makes me feel more confident in my purchases from Toyota and my future working with and buying from BCS Toyota. Service departments and the quality of service they provide will help you sell more vehicles than any salesman in my opinion and its what I tell anyone I can that is looking to purchase. Give that man a promotion.
Do not sell your car to BCS Toyota. We figured we would get a lower offer from a local dealership than we would from CarMax or Carvana, but we went local out of convenience. Well, BCS Toyota low-balled us and told us we couldn’t get what we thought we could for our car. I think they stereotyped us as a young couple needing to sell our car, but that was not the case. We just know the used car market is really inflated and thought we could make some money—which we did by going to CarMax. I get that dealerships need to haggle to be successful, but I think they were especially rude to my wife and me. The manager even told my wife, “ma’am, it’s only a Corolla” as we were leaving.CarMax in Cypress gave us more than we thought our car was worth and $5k more than BCS Toyota offered.

Tough to test drive a new vehicle with the chip problems. But this dealer seems less willing to work with you than other dealers in town. I found few vehicles on the lots at competing brands around town. But all but BCSToyota were willing to work with me to let me know when new vehicles were arriving or when “loaner” vehicles were available. BCSToyota basically said, “We have enough people who already know they want to order a new vehicle before the test drive that we don’t have any need to work with people who aren’t sure”.Again, there is a serious vehicle shortage. But despite this, I was able to test drive vehicles at other dealerships.
Got the run around in Houston looking for a ‘21 4Runner Venture Edition, not to mention some sleazy sales/negotiation tactics. Trevor at BCS Toyota went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for and worked well with me to find the right price. His dedication to earn my business was abundant and his communication was excellent. Cheyenne in finance was great to work with as well, and made sure the complicated and intricate was laid out simply and clearly to us. I recommend seeing what this dealership can do for you, even if it’s a little bit of a drive.
My 93 year old Dad bought a used 2014 highlander here in April. He traded in a creampuff 2009 highlander. Two months later ac not working. They say rats have nested in ac unit and have to do over 3000 worth of work to fix even though his garage is very very clean where he parks car. They run it thru his insurance and he still has to pay 500 dollar deductible. Now a month later the front passenger floor is wet and car has a musty smell. He is going to call in a new service request but is hesitant because they did not provide a loaner the last time and he had to wait two day to get a rent car and drive the tiny rent car for three weeks. I called twice for general manager and got voice mail and left messages no response. Not good customer service. We will see if they address new problem. I do know from what has happened so far he would never purchase a car here again.
I just bought a pre-owned Toyota Tundra at Bryan College Station Toyota. The vehicle was competitively priced and all employees we dealt with were knowledgeable, helpful and made the buying process easy. I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a car.
So I have been emailing back and forth with the internet department of this dealership for a few days. I want a specific model of a brand new toyota. They sent me an rock bottom price invoice which I was very happy with. My wife and I made an appoint to visit today and when I asked to drive that car they told me it had been sold. In fact most of that model get sold before arriving on the lot. They knew the car I want was sold days ago so we walked out. We ended up buying a Mercedes Benz GLC at the Mercedes dealership. Very disappointed in this dealership, but thankful that I ended up with a great car.

I bought a used 2014 Toyota Tacoma from them (V6 double cab). The truck was in top shape and was priced accordingly (27K with 77,700 miles which was on the mark with Kelly Blue Book) so we went straight to financing after the test drive and thorough inspection. They were not pushy and the atmosphere was relaxed. I was offered a superb rate which kept my monthly payments where I needed them. Since I dont live in the area, they didnt waste my time trying to sell me dealer services that I wont ever use. I did, however, purchase a 60,000 mile extended warranty from Toyota which I saw value in having that extra piece of mind. In conclusion, I will drive down from DFW again to purchase another vehicle from them in the future

Sold my car to BCS Toyota. No trade-in. Just a sale. I didnt arrive until 6:45 PM on a Wednesday evening and they close at 7:00 PM. One star for that. The car was appraised and paperwork signed, all done by 7:45. I was told to come back the next day to pick up the check because they didnt have anyone to sign it. Next day the original appraiser called telling me she would not be there and to see Paige. I arrived about an hour and a half after that, met with Paige, who put me off to someone else. This guy meets me in the lobby telling me he cant give me the check because they didnt have two people to sign it. This is infuriating. I feel like Im getting ripped off.
Would most definitely recommend going to another service shop. I brought my car in and paid well over 400 for service just to get it back the same day and the issue not be fixed. Took it back to toyata and was advised the issue never got resolved and now I’m having to pay an additional 2-3 hundred for them to go in and replace the part that they supposedly fixed. SUPER FRUSTRATING I’ll never come back. Ive never had a problem with paying more for service compared to the surrounding competitors, but this was the last straw.

Wish I could leave this place negative stars. Drove a hour to look at this truck and waited another 30 minutes to see it. Cheyenne, shows me one of the most disgusting trucks I’ve ever seen like I wouldn’t notice. This truck was disgusting and didn’t have the options of the one I looked at online. Plus it had dings and scratches. Two pictures show the nice truck I went to see. I can’t stand liars!

Verified the Sequoia I wanted was on the lot and taking my deposit placing a hold on it making sure it was there went I was able to finally check it out. I was in and out in 3 hours, test drive, trade-in appraisal, negotiation and purchase order drafted and signed documents with Ali.If I didn’t live in San Antonio I would happily continue business with this dealership.

I am writing this review since the salesperson was extremely dishonest with a lot of manipulation by hiding important information, not honoring my friends request to estimate monthly payment, protecting himself from ambiguous or rather extremely misleading communication, and not telling him that monthly payment include not only the car price/taxes/registration/documentation minus downpayment, but gap insurance and some other fees that cannot be listed with exact prices.This is a typical experience at a dealer like this. I tried to help my friend to check out a car at this location. Based on his interactions via emails, it looked like he had negotiated price already, but it was not the case when we got there. Then they ran hard inquary on my friends credit to run monthly payment while my friend asked them DO NOT do but soft inquary (just based on information, give good enough estimate of APR, etc.) Then they show my friend a monthly payment of about $420 for supposedly about $21,000 principals at 4.99%. I was calculating in my head that the monthly payment did not make sense at all. The salesperson was saying how much monthly payment was my friend was looking. It was just too bad to me that I pulled a financial calculator on my phone, and the monthly payment was supposed to be $343.12 based on all the information provided. I told the salesperson that the number was not matching up. Then he all the sudden saying that gap insurance and other costs are included, which is written in a footnote without exact amount. I told him that it is a BS. He had to check with his boss and he it comes with the monthly payment of $343.12.Now, this is probably a normal interaction with a dealer for anyone. This is the tactic that they use so that they can charge you more behind the auto loan. For the sake of you and your knowledge, I personally recommend all of you to learn personal finance and how to use a financial calculator. In addition, for a person with close to a credit score of 800, APR 4.99% on 72 month auto loan is too high by 150 to 200 bpts. Please make sure that you let banks compete APR instead of financing through dealers.Given the dishonesty of the salesman, I leave 1 star while I wish I could leave no star.

I purchased my second vehicle from here earlier this year...I now live four hours away but I knew I wanted to go back. After a very long drive I was looking for a quick and easy process and Haley did not disappoint. Although the car I wanted was not on their lot she had it there within two days and when I went back to pick up once again I was in and out super fast. There is a Toyota dealership 30 minutes from my current home but I’ll gladly drive back to BCS to have my car serviced there. I’ve been going to them since 2016 and highly recommend to anyone in the area.
Found the truck i wanted online. Called and gave them $ to hold the vehicle until I got there Wednesday night. I live 2 hrs away and had to get off work before I could head that way. Financing was easy. They promised to deliver my truck, but I had to drive back 2 hours to get it. My salesperson dragged his feet on giving my refund on my hold $, until I called to speak to manager about the situation. Love the truck, but not so much the service. May recommend dealership again, but not the salesperson.

Ask for Aaron Douglas!Truly a remarkable dealership; I admit I wasnt looking forward to getting a new car at first!I had wanted to trade in my 2012 F150 for something that was going to be my first brand new (I was second owner on my truck) vehicle, and I had heard a lot of really great things about the new 2017 Prius. Most of it was praise on the stellar gas mileage, but it was also cheaper to afford and to insure. Considering that my truck was paid for, I was hesitant to just walk in and try to work a deal on a new car considering that my truck had some wear. Nevertheless, Aaron was an outstanding service member. Not once did he ever make me feel like I was under pressure to walk out that day with a new car, and was very cordial, polite, and easy to ask questions to. He was highly knowledgeable of the car and its associated warranties/servicing, etc., and had gotten me hooked on it.Within a mere couple of hours, I was able to test drive the car, get a value on my truck, and work a near clean key swap for the vehicle. Thus far (it has been a week with the car now), it has been an outstanding experience. The new technology (I have the Safety Sense package) is awesome, it can carry plenty of equipment with the hatchback and the fold-able rear seats, and the gas mileage just blows me away.Thanks again Atkinson, this was my first Toyota and will probably not be my last!

I set up an appointment with her after needing another car ASAP after my accident and within my budget, and when I arrived she already had 3 cars waiting for me to look at. Any questions I had, Paige was there with an answer. Talking to her was like catching up with an old friend, which made the whole process a much easier experience than what I had already played out and I drove away with a huge smile on my face. Hassle free experience.My fiancee and I went in just to kill time and look at some 4Runners. While there a sales person offered assistance, but did not stick around to hover over us as we wondered around. When we decided which vehicle we wanted to look at they quickly found us a salesman. We dealt with Chris Waller who was friendly and professional, and most importantly, not pushy. Chris also seemed more knowledgeable than other sales people Ive dealt with. When it came to the paperwork, the sales manager wasnt there to pull one over on me and we were able to work out a price that I felt was fair, without difficulty, and quickly. The finance department was the same story. Easy to work with, got me a solid rate, and was informative on the warranties without being pushy. We came back the next day to bring my trade in. Chris told us when he would arrive the next day, and we arrived earlier than his scheduled time (intentionally, we were racing the clock for class) (if his boss is reading this, we were early, he was not late) and were helped out by Patrick(?) who was able to get my trade in all situated and they had us out of the dealership with plenty of time to spare. I was going to see if we could work in some nice all weather floor mats into the deal but I forgot, oh well. We love out 2017 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro in Cement.
Performed a Truecar inquiry for a 2021 Tacoma TRD Sport. The price was reasonable and I was interested enough to be willing to drive several hours to trade in my current truck. Received an email from a salesperson that the truck I inquired on was already unavailable and offering me a Tacoma with fewer add-ons for a higher price. Several days later and the Tacoma I inquired on is still listed on the website and on Truecar, except the price on Truecar is now $2k higher. They obviously had no intention on selling the Tacoma I inquired on for the price quoted and instead tried a bait and switch. Flat out dishonest, even for a dealership.

Pricing was upfront with no hidden surprises. I was looking for a vehicle for months. My wife and I knew what we wanted. I visited all the dealerships in San Antonio and all the salespersons were very pushy and tried to push us into something we didn’t want. My search for the vehicle we wanted also included online searches and I found one I was interested in but it still wasn’t the one. I reached out to Paige Crenshaw at Bryan College station Toyota and after months of searching she listened and was respectful of our time. She did her research for me and found exactly what we wanted. It was not in stock but she ordered it and it took almost a month to come in but she kept up with us weekly and let’s us know when it arrived. We traveled from San Antonio to pick it up and the process was fast and simple. I highly recommend dealing with Paige Crenshaw. She will make you feel like a VIP. We just spent a few hours here while my boyfriend purchased a new Tacoma. He got a very good deal and it is a great truck. The sales staff was nice and patient while we took our time. They processed the sale very quickly and did a very good job. I have had some horrible dealership experiences before and I am pleased with the job done here by all of the staff. The only negative I have and it made a pretty strong impression on me are the girls they have greeting you or literally stalking you as you pull up is very awkward. I am not the kind of person who likes to be swarmed and followed and told what to do. I can see how for others it would be very helpful. I even tried going in the back way and avoiding them this time because we had an appointment but they came running to intervene. That I found very annoying. I would personally avoid servicing my car there if I had to deal with that every time. But that is the only negative. They have a nice waiting room and plenty of refreshments. Toyotas are great vehicles! Definitely go here if you are looking.

This was my first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership. I wasnt sure what to expect but I am very happy with the entire process. Ben Winkle came out to the lot to show me around and answer any questions I had. After taking one test drive I knew what I wanted, and Ben did what he had to to ensure I was able to drive out that day with it being in my budget. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend Atkinson and Ben Winkle to any friend looking to purchase a vehicle.
Would not recommend dealership to anyone looking to buy any type of vehicle. I was told that if I would give a $500 deposit on a vehicle that it wouldn’t be sold to anyone else. Me and the salesperson had a conversation and I made it aware to him that the money would be taken to him in less than an hour. My girlfriend took the money to the dealership and even got a printed receipt that the agreement had been made that my vehicle would be removed from the lot from others interested in buying it. Well it turns out they sold that vehicle right in front of my girlfriend moments after the receipt was given to her. They were extremely unprofessional in the way that they handled things. If they knew that the vehicle was in the process of being sold to someone else I don’t know why they allowed my girlfriend to give them the $500 for the deposit. Things got worse when they said they couldn’t return her the money on that same day since the registers were “closed”. My girlfriend had to go the next day already being upset and disappointed with what happened the day before to get the $500 back. Worst car buying experience I have ever had and I will never forget the way they treated me and my girlfriend. To the employee by the name of Austin that was helping me through the car buying process but then shocked me by selling the vehicle that I had already told him of making the deposit on, shame on you. And to the employee Holen who wasn’t able to give the money to my girlfriend on the day of the car being sold to someone else, shame on you too. Terrible employees that lack some serious integrity.
Just purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry Hybrid. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful in completing the transaction. We hit a bump... It was resolved promptly and courteously. If you come here, make an appointment with Marcus. He is a fantastic, patient, knowledgeable salesperson. We ended up having to buy elsewhere just because we wanted a specific configuration that was not available on the lot. If they had had the exact option we wanted, we would have purchased with Marcus in a heartbeat. Marcus is 5/5 stars; do yourself a favor and set up an appointment with him.All that said, I was disappointed by the number of employees who consistently wore their mask incorrectly or just hanging off their ears. If you are concerned about proper safety protocols, I would encourage you to do your business online/over the phone (with Marcus!) as much as possible rather than enter the dealership.
Service department is a scam. They blatantly lie to sell service. I was told a few months ago that my brakes looked great, now a few months later they say they need to be replaced for an insane amount of money compared to even other dealerships. A friend of mine also came by and was told they need new tires and have a nail in one. Neither of those things were true, the tires were a month old and after inspecting on a lift there were no nails. Avoid their service department.
I went and traded my car in. The sales guy was wonderful and I got a great price on my car. But literally felt like I was rush the whole time. Found out the car needs new brakes I think. I have spent thousands of dollars at Toyota this year let alone fixing my car already. Now I’m going to have to spend more to fix this, when I should have not. Next time I will be taking my business to Chevy like I should have!
NEVER AGAIN!Wasted two days of my time! When I arrived the first day was t greeted after walking around outside for 20 minutes. Had to go inside and ask for a salesman. Then was never given options or even test drove. Was trying to shove a car down my throat that I repeated said I did not like. Was asked to sign papers for approval for the car that I did not like and after I went home and thought about it I went back but they were closed but I took a look at more cars and found another car I liked that was the same price as the one they were trying to force on me. Next day was asked to put $1500 cash along with my trade in in which they said was worth $1500 but on paperwork for the forced car was $3400 long story short I decided to leave and went to another dealership and was only there for about an 1 hour and a half and the deal was done on a car that I really liked. Perfect payments and they had options of cars that was right for me and I got to chose. Woman please take a man with you when you go! NEVER EVER AGAIN!
I’ve been driving my tours tundra for 5 years. I bought the extended warranty when I bought my truck at a different Toyota dealership. I take my truck every time to Bobby in the service department. He is THE GO TO GUY ! Great, honest, and dependable! They have always done me right ! They try very hard to get the vehicle out in the time frame that say. They will always tell you what needs to be fixed and what can wait. If they say it’s in need of repair then it truly is. Please go see Bobby in the service department! I don’t get anything for you asking to see him, all I am telling you is that you will not be disappointed. I only use college station Toyota for service, I have not bought a vehicle from there. They are my service dealership only, and there is no point in changing because they are the best at what they do !
I had my car detailed by a gentleman named Eddie and WOW— when I walked up to it I felt like I was getting a brand new car all over again! Definitely going to try to keep my dogs out as long as possible to enjoy this level of clean.

Had Such a Great experience at this Toyota!!! My mom went in for a Tacoma truck. We set up the appointment ahead of time and the truck was right out front with her name on it, literally.Brad was our sales man, & I cannot reiterate how great he was! He really was patient & really explained everything in detail. Brandon T. Was also alongside assisting during the sale process. He was able to translate a lot of the important details to my Spanish speaking mom. & he really fought for her to get the price she wanted! I had a BMW that I loved! However the dealership I used for maintenance was 2 hours away. I started looking for another vehicle and decided on the Rav4. After looking locally I started looking nationwide. I found a great vehicle at Bryan College Station Toyota. I had never bought a vehicle online and then had it shipped, but this was the best experience ever! Michael OConner and Holden were great! From the time they took to answer my questions (and more questions), send pictures and down to the delivery driver I could not have had a better experience. The driver who delivered my car loved Toyota! He was wanting to make sure I knew all the features that came equipped with the car. I may be 10 hours away but I would not hesitate to buy from them again!
Had to get a new windshield due to a really bad crack. John helped me out even with my terrible schedule and poor planning. He was able to get my car picked up from work and dropped back off with my new windshield! It was so great and everyone was so wonderful to work with. Service is outstanding with them!

I flew out to Bryan College Station Toyota and drove 1100 miles back west just to do business with Keith, he knows what he’s talking about when it comes to Toyota’s and he made me feel comfortable through the entire process.

Bought the upgraded heavy duty floormats. They wouldnt even vacuum my truck and install new floormats. Im usually pleased with them. But, 200 bucks worth of floormats and they cant even vacuum the truck?---- Atkinson---- If I were to call or go up there. Who would I ask for?As of 2-13-2019. No Answer From Local Toyota Team. It has been 2 months.

Never been here before and it was an amazing experience. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and just great atmosphere that made me feel comfortable.
