I got my Honda in April a few days after I had it the coil pack went bad . I called them and they replaced it with NO PROBLEM . A month later my egr valve went out & as quick as I bought the part they had a mechanic ready to fix my car . & They even gave me a loaner .Excellent quality. Friendly people . Fast service & GREAT CARS . Thank you extreme .

Purchased my vehicle and within 2 weeks of making my purchase started having issues with the engine. I was told that the warranty covered the engine & transmission only. I went up there in person to report all of the issues I was having and was informed that they didnt have a mechanic and the sales person said well you said your husband was a mechanic. Which told me she was aware of the issues and didnt disclose them. Offered me no assistance. We have now had the truck 2 months and have put over $700.00 in parts into the vehicle and I still cant drive it to work everyday. It sits in my driveway while I carpool with my husband and Im making monthly payments on it. The finance company wasnt any help either they told me I could trade it in which means the amount that I owe on this vehicle will get added to a new vehicle. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. If you do make sure you test drive it and if they make excuses why you cant test drive it then walk away. I would also have a mechanic check it out before you purchase it.

Purchase a couple cars as well as some family members and friends, very understanding people when I felt behind on my payments. I LIKE that they have a cars that stand out and I hade my deals with the sales rep guy, very helpful since the beginning! Definitely coming back!

Brought SUV transmission trouble from day one ac went out a week later had to replace front axels told them about it will talk to the manager he call u never heard from him or them until it was time for a payment the guy that done all the work on the truck stop and gave me a card and told me to call a friend of his at CarMax that they use the same finance company that alot of these use carlots use even for second chances finance so I did my wife has a new car and I have the SUV I want with low miles he also he use to work for them u have to b family or friends to get takeing care of no hard feeling to them u live and learn
