This store is ghetto & horrible in all aspects. Theyre still enforcing illegal pointless masks. I didnt waste time arguing so I just left & will NEVER come here again.

I will never shop here again! Their refund policy is unheard of. I purchased hair that looked like it was the right kind of hair, but when I got home and opened one package it wasnt right. So I took it back the SAME DAY and they said I had to wait until the next day to return it. Which made no sense at all. Then once I was able to return it the next day, they have this crazy policy that they have to take 5% off the whole total I spent just because I was returning what I purchased. They are just ripping people off!!! Dont go here.
