Amazing snowcones here! The silver fox was amazing, especially with the sweet cream added on, it made it as good as an ice cream would be. They did forget one of the flavors I had, but they were super helpful once they realized the mistake and instantly fixed it. 90% would recommend

The sno cones are sufficient but not awesome, i have had better.

Been coming here for as long as I can remember even when they changed location from Blinn. LOVE it from the shaved ice and flavor all the way to the price and customer service. Best shaved ice 🍧 ever!!!!

Delish as always. Today we tried the Coconut Craze with sweet cream..Yummy!! My daughter had the Strawberry Cheesecake with sweet cream and she loved it.

Never know when they are open. We drove way over there and they was closed at 2pm, this has happened multiple times in the website says theyre open till 7:00

This was my first visit to this place. I tried the strawberry cheesecake snow cone. It was all ice & tasteless. Since I paid for it, I tried eating. Upon arriving home, I simply poured it down the drain. One & done. Very disappointing.

Only certain ones I will get. The only problem I have is that they never keep stock on drink carriers. So if you have a large crowd I would recommend going somewhere that has them stocked.

The flavors dont taste like sugar free. And I love the prices and the ice.

I wasnt going to write a review. My son said, One worker makes his ice cream cone (perfect); I went, and got a sno-cone. I was disappointed. I dont know if they ran out of ice. My cup barely had any ice, and syrup. I didnt even recognize the (Fire & Ice) sno-cone.

The customer service was good. Only thing is that half way threw my large snow cone was snow and no juice. Was alot of people in line so I did not go back to get my item fixed. Please next time add more juice. I would of gave a better rating if my snow cone would of been right. The people did have a good attitude making the snow cone. Manager please fix this issue. 😥

My sister and I was over at the one by the gas station on 2818. The young lady her fingernails were nasty plus someone passed food to her through the window. I had to tell her to wash her hands. Which she did. Then we got 4 sno-cones she handed us each one then I asked do yall have a cup holder she gave us one with four place holders in it. 🙄 Smh. She did a good job making them, but she has poor hygiene.

A local treat with decently cheap prices and a large selection. The hard part is figuring out of something is going to taste as good as it sounds.(The menu is extensive.)I dont recommend the Cherry Limeade but the Cream and berry mix was wonderful.Update - Try the free samples to find your favorite mixes.

Decent enough snow cones, but I have no idea why it takes 7 or 8 minutes to make. Its a hit or miss whether whoever working at the time gives you enough syrup, or if youre left with a cup of ice that tastes like it got left next to a banana for a few minutes.

I would have given it 5 stars but it took a really, really long time. Tasted great though.

These sno-cones are yummy and the prices are fair, but I have never waited so long to have a sno-cone made ever in my life. Each time I go I typically have 1-3 people in front of me but it isnt the crowd that makes the wait so long. I dont know what theyre doing in that hut but they do it amazingly slow. But the product is good, and if you have 15-25 minutes to wait then its a great place to get a sno-cone.

Never come here! They made my large snow cone good at the top bad in the middle and I literally ate an ice cube at the bottom. And a large is $3 thats three dollars gone.

Ok ok now its a great place to get snocones, but my only problem is to long wait and they need more then 2 employees working there. Manager please do something about that.To the Owner, while we were there, there were 3 peoples on Monday afternoon, there was a guy taking orders n the female making the snocones n another guy sitting on a freezer on his phone, n why couldnt the guy sitting in the freezer do something, while we waited for 2 hours to get snocones n spend more then 25 dollars that day. So I think u need to adjust this to your employees.
