I took my granny in to get a pair of hearing aids to help her day to day life. These people are amazing! The process was quick and surprisingly easy. They helped her understand the financing and were surprising cheaper than quotes we had from other places. They even helped her get them connected to her smart phone! Now she can adjust her new hearing aids without going back to the office! I know where I am going when I need a set for myself. 10 out of 10!

We’re always greeted with a smile, as we enter through the door. Molly makes us feel so welcome. Then there’s Ms. Betsy, she is a God-sent. Her patience with my father whom is 84 years old, and has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. She answers every question he has to ask. Regardless, if it’s the same question over and over again. She just continues to answer him until he understands. Ms.Betsy has even done a couple of home visits, to make sure his hearing aids were paired correctly to the tv. We just love her.

Betsy is one of the most competent and knowledgeable individuals Ive ever met. She is patient, honest, and explains things well. She is a good listener and always makes you feel that your questions are valid. Would highly recommend her!

The ladies keep the office sanitized. I hear very well now, even sounds that I didnt realize that I was missing. Excellent service and care given including follow ups. Got my new hearing aides in less than a week. They pare with my TV and iPhone so I dont have to have CC on the screen any more. What an improvement on the quality of my life. It is my understanding poor hearing could lead to Alzheimer’s Diease. I highly recommend Miracle Ear
