Everyone in the office was very kind to my mother and I. When we left, we felt that we had been well taken care of and had a little more knowledge about some things! We appreciate the help we received.

I’ve been doing business with them for 10 years or more. They have kept my hearing aids going the whole time. I’ve gotten them wet and later my cat chewed one pretty good but they still kept them working. Until I lost one. Now buying a new pair and am happy with the service and the price.

Joe and Treasure have always been great. Taken care of any problems that occurred. Easy to make appointments. Always concerned. Shelly, receptionist even called to make sure we were ok during the Pandemic. Happy to have them to take care of us.

We were explained our options for replacing the hearing aid Id lost. After making our replacement choice, I was given a hearing test while my husband s hearing aids were cleaned and adjusted. I was given a set of hearing aids like those Id ordered to use until mine come in. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we left feeling good about the appointment and decisions we had made.

Well after taking husband in for hearing tests then deciding to get him hearing aids and after they used our insurance and still had a high balance which I was supposed to come in and put on my credit card on a Thursday. I would have but husband ended up in hospital had a quadrupled bypass surgery. Well I called to let them know what had happened. Well after he was released 7 days later and him out of work 2 months I started paying monthly and they keep showing we are late. Our insurance was charged $11000 and it paid 6000 and they dont tell you this. His hearing aids were 4600 our part was 2700. Go figured. Be mindful when going there. Being seniors thats just wrong.
