I work for Bayer Crop science company and our schedule is very based on Mother Nature, just gotta day it’s always Awesome work from them all the time. They got us in as quick as they could, to let us be able to plant before the storm. Technician was very accommodating and stayed extra to make sure work was done, service rep is very helpful does everything she can to meet our crucial open window demands for planting and harvesting, thank y’all!

I dealt over the phone with Mark from the Brenham location on the purchase of a used scissor lift. Mark was super helpful and easy to work with. I ended up purchasing a unit from the Bryan location where I dealt with Steve, the Service Manager. Steve was very helpful as well as informative on the unit I purchased. I will definitely do business with them again!

I had no problems with their services. Took my case 350 in to be serviced they told me it was about a 3 week turn around and instead had it done within the next few days I was very impressed. They communicated everything they were doing with me and even saved me some money and had my 350 back in running in no time very impressed with the service department the girl i believe her name was brittany was extremely helpful and tried to answer every question i had. will be going back

Sent a case IH tractor to be repaired because it wouldn’t move and almost 1k dollars later I’m picking it up because it still will not move . I was told if I leave it with them they can run more test. At 110$ a hour I don’t think so do not carry your tractor here you will be robbed. I could charge some one for no results myself

These guys were worth it!! came out to my location figured out what was going on with my machine, then came back out a couple days later and fixed it and had me back up and running it was a fairly quick process and i had no problems.

Absolutely horrible service department. Purchased a NEW Case Hay Bailer from ASCO and have had nothing but trouble with it since it was new. Brian in the service is terrible to deal with. Does not take or return phone calls. Took equipment to ASCO for warranty work, but didnt fix it. ACCO sent 4 service technicians to my place to work on the equipment, but could not fix it. Filed Insurance claim and they still cant get it right. Of course, ACCO sent a bill. Bottom line, ACCO has incompetent service technicians and service department. Stay away from them!

Beware!! Caution before you rent! I rented a 750 dozer and it was nightmare. The delivery was canceled last miniute so I had to use outside hauling #1. Multiple lights and caution horns were going off almost immediately #2. Service was slow and didn’t fix the machine #3. I was told to keep running machine even when the STOP light came on #4. When outside hauling came to pick up the machine and it didn’t Start they charged me to come get it (I even emailed them videos to show problems) #5. Now Im stuck with a bill for over $1,000.00 more than I was originally quoted. All I want is fair and you damn sure cant get that at ASCO! Cole Van Cleve

I bought a new tractor from the dealer in Brenham, Texas. The tractor would not start so I called for service. The Brenham location seems to never be able to keep a service technician had to send a tech from the Bryan, Texas location. The technician came out to repair the tractor that was stranded in the field. The tractor was not a year old yet. The technician told me the service would be under warranty when he was servicing my tractor. I never heard back from the technician and then two months later I received a bill. I was charged $177 for mileage and $315 for labor. When I called regarding the bill they told me there was trash in the gas tank. The technician ever mentioned that to me during his visit. The company said the trash in the tank was my fault. My tractor is stored in a covered shed. I can not u der stand why I have to pay over $600 to apparently drain the tank by pulling a fuel line. I have also called the service manager and he totally refused to work with me. This is how this company treats theIr customers after the sale. We have had several other problems with this tractor previously also. I was prepared to buy a John Deere tractor but I had a salesman from the Brenham dealership named Rodney that convinced me to buy a Case International. Just like the service technicians- they can’t keep salesmen either. Rodney left soon after our purchase. I am truly disappointed in the company. After my purchase I learned from others of the numerous problems they have had with the quality of their tractors. I do not recommend this company.
